INTRODUCTION
The machine is supplied with AC 220V input. It’s using advanced inverter
technology to transfer 50/60HZ power frequency electric to above 100KHZ high
frequency electric through the inverter combined with powerful components such as
MOSFET and so on. Then after voltage reducing- rectifying-wave filtering it also adopts
pulse-width modulation (PWM) and closed-loop back circuit control technology to
output stable DC current. Thus this unit has the following characteristics: high efficiency,
low energy consumption, compact, good dynamic characteristics, stable arc,
continuous adjustable current and so on. Also it’s with protection function for
overvoltage, over current and overheat to ensure the safety and durability of the welder.
The welder is of constant current characteristics, and welding current is
stable and doesn't change with the arc. And in cutting process, the temperature
can reach 10000-15000
after the arc is compressed by high-speed flowing air, then
the machine enters into high ionization state and gets powerful plasma arc.
The unit is with foot pedal conncetor which is for remote current control
and more convenient for operation. And it's widely used in aluminum, carbon
steel, stainless steel, cooper and titanium welding, etc.
Welcome to purchasing our product and giving us more valuable advice. And we
will be committed to perfect products and services to create the top brand among the
welding industry.
1.
Creepage-protecting switch should be used when you operate the machine!

SOLUTION TO FAULT
Below phenomenon is related to fittings, welding materials, environment factor,
supply powers, please try to improve the welding environment.
1. Current is unstable during welding process and it may be caused
by the followings
1.1 Electric network voltage changes.
1.2 Harmful interferences from electric network or other equipments.
1.3 Undersize of external input cable.
2. Output current not up to rated value
Current will not match the setting value when power voltage departs from the rated
value. While voltage is lower than the rated value, the max output may be lower than
the rated value.
3. Arc-striking difficult and easily pauses under MMA or TIG
3.1 Make sure the rod or tungsten is of good quality otherwise it is difficult to meet the
request of the high quality welding.
3.2 It will be hard to strike arc if the rod is not dry enough or the tungsten is not
sharpened. It will also cause unstable arc and the welding quality will be
influenced by increased defect.
4. Too much spatter under MMA welding
4.1 High current with rod of small diameter.
4.2 The output terminal polarity is reversed. For normal use you can adopt positive
connection which means the holder connects to “-” polarity and work-piece to the
“+” polarity, so please exchange.
5. Unsmooth cutting appearance and unsatisfactory cutting effect
5.1 Make sure the compressed air source is stable and with enough pressure.
Normally the air pressure should be not less than 0.3Mpa (around 3Kgf/cm²), and
the range of fluctuation should be under ±0.05Mpa.
5.2 The electrode and tip diameter do not match the cutting current very well.
