LED LIGHT BULB E27, MITO LIGHT® BULB 3.0
(from now on referred to as the "device")
The specications of the device, or the contents of this user manual
are subject to change without notice to improve the product's functions.
MITO LIGHT® device emits red and near-infrared light.
It is equipped with high-power LEDs with an optimal selection
of wavelengths, which have four peaks - 660, 670, 830, 850 nm.
This combination achieves a great synergy in the form of red
and near-infrared light.
Description

Red and near-infrared light is absorbed by chromophores in
the mitochondria (especially Cytochrome c Oxidase), leading
to an increase in mitochondrial membrane potential, oxygen
consumption, adenosine triphosphate (ATP), and a transient
increase in reactive oxygen species (ROS), which then results
in increased antioxidant activity.
It can therefore help to increase energy, accelerate muscle,
joint, and tendon regeneration, increase collagen
production, improve skin quality, improve blood circulation,
and have other positive eects.
Dierences in the use of red (RED) and near-infrared (NIR)
light
- Red light is absorbed by the skin. It can help improve the
skin's quality and appearance and speed up healing
wounds and scars.
-Near-infrared light penetrates deeper into the body. It
can help to improve the regeneration of muscles, joints,
and tendons or to increase cognitive function.
- Red and near-infrared spectra are the most often used
together and have synergistic eects.
How does it
work?

1. Follow the safety instructions.
2. Fix the fully unpacked device in the stable position you will use.
3. Screw in the device into the E27 thread on the power cable.
4. Plug the power cable into an electrical outlet.
5. Switch on the device using the switch on the power cable.
6. Expose yourself to light without clothes at a distance of 15 - 50 cm
from the light for 10 - 20 minutes per day.
- According to customer feedback, most users do not use protective
goggles and only keep their eyes closed during shining. However, always
wear protective goggles unless otherwise instructed by your physician.
- With a shorter distance from the light, a shorter illumination time is needed,
and vice versa.
- This one light application applies to one illuminated area. One area can be
illuminated 1 - 2 times per day. If the same area is illuminated, we recommend
a total time of no more than 30 minutes per day.
7. When you have nished using it, rst turn o the power switch and then
pull the mains plug out of the socket. This completely disconnects the device
from the power supply.
