(from now on referred to as the "device")
The specications of the device, the location of the individual elements in dierent models, or the contents of this user manual are subject
to change without notice to improve the product's functions. Illustrative photos are of the MITO LIGHT® Biohacker 4.0.
MITO LIGHT® device emits red and near-infrared light. It is equipped
with high-power, dual-chip LEDs with an optimal selection of
wavelengths, which have six peaks: 630, 660, 670, 810, 830, 850 nm.
All wavelength peaks are represented in the same proportion. Each
LED contains one red and one near-infrared chip. This combination
achieves a great synergy in the form of red and near-infrared light.

Red and near-infrared light is absorbed by chromophores in the
mitochondria (especially Cytochrome c Oxidase), leading to an
increase in mitochondrial membrane potential, oxygen consumption,
adenosine triphosphate (ATP), and a transient increase in reactive
oxygen species (ROS), which then results in increased antioxidant
activity.
It can therefore help to increase energy, accelerate muscle, joint,
and tendon regeneration, increase collagen production, improve
skin quality, improve blood circulation, and have other positive eects.
Dierences in the use of red (RED) and near-infrared (NIR) light
- Red light is absorbed by the skin. It can help improve the skin's
quality and appearance and speed up healing wounds and scars.
-Near-infrared light penetrates deeper into the body. It can help to
improve the regeneration of muscles, joints, and tendons or to
increase cognitive function.
- Red and near-infrared spectra are the most often used together
and have synergistic eects.
How does it
work?

Power Cable
- It is designed to connect the device to an electrical outlet.
Power Connection Cable
- It is designed for electrical connection to another device.
- When using multiple devices, plug it to the device plugged into an electrical outlet
with the power cable, and then plug it into the next device. Connect each additional
device using the connection cable. The power limit of your electrical outlet
determines the maximum number of devices you can connect in this way.
Protective Glasses
- According to customer feedback, most users do not use protective glasses and
only keep their eyes closed during shining. However, always wear protective glasses
unless otherwise instructed by your physician.
Hanging System
- Eye screw, dowel
▪ It is designed to be mounted in a wall as a xed point for hanging the device.
▪ Drill a hole in a wall with sucient load-bearing capacity, insert the dowel, and
screw in the eye screw.
- Adjustable door hook
▪ It is designed to be mounted on a door as a xed point for hanging the device.
▪Attach the door hook to an open door from above and tighten it with a thread
to secure it in place.
- Steel cables with threads and carabiner, double-sided screws
▪It is designed to connect the device to the pulley with a rope for hanging
the device or to connect two devices underneath.
▪Pulley connection - Screw the double-sided screws into the threads on the top
of the device and then screw the steel cables' threads onto them.
▪Devices connection - Screw the double-sided screws into the bottom device's
top threads. Then, place these screws into the holes of the upper device,
securing them by tting the cut-outs into the tighter parts of the holes to
secure the device in place.
- Pulley with rope and carabiners
▪Hook the pulley's carabiner to the door hook or eye screw. Then, attach the
second carabiner to the one on the steel cables.
▪Adjust the carabiner to set the desired height for the hanged device.
Accessories

- Follow the safety instructions.
- Fix the fully unpacked device in the stable position you will use.
- Plug the power cable into the device, plug the power cable into an electrical outlet,
and turn on the power switch (position "I").

1 - 20 MIN. After adjusting, touch the "BACK" arrow button to return to the main menu.
- Touch the "LIGHT" button and adjust the RED and NIR light modes.
Use the sliders to choose the desired intensity of both spectra between 0 - 100%.
- Touch the "CHECK" button to start the light.
- Expose yourself to light without clothes at a distance of 15 - 50 cm from the light
for 10 - 20 minutes per day.
▪According to customer feedback, most users do not use protective glasses
and only keep their eyes closed during shining. However, always wear protective
glasses unless otherwise instructed by your physician.
▪With a shorter distance from the light, a shorter illumination time is needed,
and vice versa.
▪This one light application applies to one illuminated area. One area can be
illuminated 1 - 2 times per day. If the same area is illuminated, we recommend
a total time of no more than 30 minutes per day.
How to use
the device

- Touch the screen outside the time circle to go back to the main menu. You can
adjust the time or the intensity of RED and NIR spectra during your session.
- Touch the red power button in the main menu to return to YOUR SESSION screen.

How do I know if the light is working properly?
-When the red spectrum (RED) is switched on, the LEDs light up, emitting a visible red intense light. At the same time, the fans turn on.
-When the near-infrared (NIR) spectrum is turned on, the LEDs light up, emitting invisible near-infrared light. This spectrum is invisible to
human eyes. Correct operation can be veried via the camera on a mobile phone. The lens of the camera can detect this light. At the same
time, the fans turn on.
-When both the red (RED) and near-infrared (NIR) spectra are switched on, all LEDs light up simultaneously. At the same time, the fans turn on.
How do I know if the light is not working properly?
-The red (RED) or near-infrared (NIR) LEDs do not light up or ash when switched on.
-Only a portion of the red (RED) or near-infrared (NIR) LEDs are illuminated when the red or near-infrared light is turned on.
-An unusual fan sound is heard when the red or near-infrared light is switched on.
