Positioning function

Absolute position Infinite feed function In an absolute position detection system, even if
the servo motor rotates 32768 rev or more in

restored after the power is cycled. When this

Shaft resonance suppression filter When driving the servo motor with a load
mounted to the servo motor shaft, resonance
due to shaft torsion may generate high
frequency mechanical vibration. The shaft
resonance suppression filter suppresses this
vibration.

Robust filter This function improves a disturbance response
