この度は、三菱マテリアル複合加工機用ＨＳＫ工具外
径用アダプタをお買い上げ頂きまして、誠に有難うご
ざいます。お求め頂きました製品をお使いになる前に、
この取扱い説明書を良くお読み頂きますようお願い申
し上げます。

Please read through this manual carefully before
using the product.
外径用アダプタに関するその他のご注意
１．工作機械への取付けは正しく行って下さい。
２．適正な加工条件で使用して下さい。
４．本体テーパ部、刃物取付け面などは常に清掃して下さい。また長時間
ご使用にならない時などは、本体に付着した汚れ、切りくず、切削油
を除去した後、防錆処理を行って下さい。
３．万一落下、衝突などした場合は直ちに使用を中止し、本体のキズや
割れ等を確認して下さい。
Other cautions for turning tool holders
１.Please install to the machine tool properly.
２.Please use this product under proper cutting conditions.
４.Please clean the body's taper part and tool installation face
constantly. Also when the tool is not in use for long time, please
wipe off adhered stains, chips and coolant on body and proceed the
rust prevention afterwards.
５.Please replace the tightening set screw periodically since
they are consumption parts. Don't use the set screw whose hexagon
hole is damaged and wear progresses.
３.Please stop using immediately and check the body's cracks when
the accidents such as collisions occurred.
５．締付けセットボルトに関しては、過度の使用による破損を避ける為、
定期的な取替えをお願いします。（特に、六角穴の傷んだネジや、摩耗
の進行したネジの使用を避けるよう願います。）

工具取付け手順
①締付け台等に本体を固定し、
セットボルトを緩めます。
(Fixate body on tightening

②角シャンクの背面側を本体取付
け面に合致させるよう挿入します。

tool holder of square shank
type to the body's installation

工具取付け上のご注意
１．工具取付けの前に本体の工具取付け面に、ほこり、切りくず、油分の付着等がない事を
確認して下さい。精度低下や締付け力低下の原因となります。
３．セットボルトは所定のレンチサイズで適正なトルクで締付けて下さい。過度の締付けは、
本体の割れや精度不良の原因となります。また、締付け不足は精度不良や工具の抜ける原因
となります。なお、締付けは締付け台等をご使用になり、工具を確実に固定し行って下さい。
４．内部給油でご使用の場合は、本体正面のクーラントノズルが可動式になっておりますので、
加工前に刃先にクーラント液がかかるよう調整して下さい。
Cautions for tool installation
１.Before the installation of tool, please make sure that there is no dusts, chips,
or adhered oil on installation face of body. It will cause the deterioration of
accuracy and tightening force.

Installable tool for HSK-T100 will be JIS B4126 standards's (ISO 5610
standards's) tool holder of 32×32 size and 32×25 size square shank type. By
preparing duckboard of thickness 7[mm], tool holder of 25×25 size square shank
type is also installable. As for the total length of the tool, please adjust it by
cut off the tool to have the proper tool overhang. (※)
３.Please tighten the set screw with prescribed wrench size and proper torque.
Over tightening will cause the deterioration of accuracy and cracks on body.
Also lack of tightening will cause the deterioration of accuracy and loosening
of tool. Please use the tightening stand to fixate tool for sure.
４.The coolant nozzle at front of the body is movable. So in case of use
with internal coolant, please adjust the coolant nozzle before the cutting
to have the cutting edge being soaked by the coolant.

２.Installable tool for HSK-T63 will be JIS B4126 standards's (ISO 5610
standards's) tool holder of 25×25 size only. As for the total length of the tool,
please adjust it by cut off the tool to have the proper tool overhang. (※)
２．ＨＳＫ－Ｔ６３の取り付け可能な工具は、ＪＩＳ Ｂ ４１２６規格(ＩＳＯ ５６１０
規格)の角シャンク２５×２５サイズのみです。工具の全長につきましては、適正な突き出
し量になるよう追加工(削除)して調整して下さい。 (※）
ＨＳＫ－Ｔ１００の取付け可能な工具は、ＪＩＳ Ｂ ４１２６規格(ＩＳＯ ５６１０規
格)の角シャンク３２×３２サイズと３２×２５サイズです。また、厚さ７ｍｍの敷板を用
意することで、２５×２５サイズの取付けが可能です。工具の全長につきましては、適正
な突き出し量になるよう追加工(削除)して調整して下さい。 (※)
