This socket contains a short circuit and overload protection feature. If there is no power
from the USB socket unplug the connected device. Check to ensure the USB socket and
USB device have not come into contact with water, liquid or debris and the cable to the
device is not damaged. With no device connected to the USB socket, it will automatically
reset and be ready for use
We recommend using high quality USB charging cables as low cost options may cause
compatibility issues and may inhibit your device’s ability to charge efficiently
TROUBLESHOOTING
6. Connect the mains cable to a suitable fused spur unit or 13A plug (not included), (fig.4).
This product must be earthed. Ensure correct polarity is observed
BROWN- LIVE. BLUE-NEUTRAL. GREEN/YELLOW-EARTH
7. Check all wiring is correct and secure

1. Drill an 18mm diameter hole in the work surface. Mounting board thickness must be a
minimum of 14mm and maximum of 50mm (fig.1)
3. Insert the cable and product into the prepared hole (fig.3)
4. Slide the fixing washers and nut over the cable ensuring they are in the
correct order (fig.2)
5. Securly tighten the nut
2. Release the fixing washers and nut from threaded mounting base (fig. 2)
