Assembly Manual Of 420 & F420

1. Before starting to assemble the quad, please use a support stand to lift the rear axle of the quad. It will help you
operate easily.
2. Remove the bolt on rear right axle with a 8mm Allen wrench.

3. Remove the bottom bolt of rear caliper with a 4mm Allen wrench. Put up the caliper and get the right wheel through right axle.
Put down the caliper and tighten the bolt.

Tighten the bolt into the axle.
4. Finish the assembly of right wheel. And fit the left wheel by the same way.

5. Fit the rear carrier.

6. Adjust the handlebar and tighten the clamping screws with a 5mm Allen wrench.
7. Fit the headrest, mirrors, bottle holders and flag.

8. Fit the pedals and put the front boom straight, adjust it according to your x-seam and tighten the bolts on caliper ring with
a 6mm Allen wrench.

9. Slide the battery into the holder, lock the battery on the holder and plug the connector into the battery.

10. Finish the assembly
Your quad is properly tuned by our engineers before it was shipped out. The rear brake rotors may be not in the center of
the calipers when you fit the two rear wheels. You need to check the screws on the calipers.
