RODZAJ OCHRONY I LIMITY UŻYTKOWANIA
Hełm ochronny MN-06-145-1 jest hełmem przemysłowym z izola-
cją elektryczną. Może być stosowany w pracy na urządzeniach elek-
trycznych pod napięciem lub w pobliżu elementów elektrycznych
pod napięciem do 1000 V AC lub 1500 V DC. Ten hełm został zapro-
jektowany do pochłaniania energii z uderzenia przez zniszczenie
,lub częściowe uszkodzenie skorupy i uprzęży. Nawet jeśli uszko-
dzenie nie jest natychmiast widoczne, każdy hełm, który doznał
znacznego uderzenia, powinien zostać wymieniony.
Temperatura pracy musi mieścić się w zakresie –30ºC / + 50ºC.
INSTRUKCJE DOTYCZĄCE PRAWIDŁOWEGO UŻYTKOWANIA
Aby zapewnić odpowiednią ochronę, hełm musi idealnie przylegać
do głowy użytkownika .Hełm powinien być noszony na głowie w
taki sposób, aby szelki otaczały obwód czaszki, a opaska opierała
się na czole. Aby zapewnić skuteczną ochronę, pasek na karku po-
winien być tak wyregulowany, aby hełm był mocno osadzony na
głowie użytkownika. Wysokość można ustawić w dwóch różnych
pozycjach. Hełm nie może być w żaden sposób modykowany w
celu zabezpieczenia akcesoriów niezalecanych przez producenta.
KONTROLA
Przed użyciem hełm należy skontrolować, aby upewnić się, że za-
pięcia pasów są dobrze zabezpieczone, a pasy amortyzujące są w
dobrym stanie.
PRZECHOWYWANIE I TRANSPORT
Hełm powinien być przechowywany w oryginalnym opakowaniu
lub w torbie. Powinien być przechowywany w suchym miejscu, z
dala od źródeł ciepła, substancji chemicznych i ściernych oraz z
dala od bezpośredniego światła słonecznego. Warunki przechowy-
wania są ważnym czynnikiem dla zachowania zdolności ochronnej
sprzętu.
DEZYNFEKCJA I CZYSZCZENIE
Do czyszczenia, konserwacji lub dezynfekcji używaj wyłącznie
substancji, które stosowane zgodnie z instrukcjami producenta
nie mają negatywnego wpływu na hełm lub jego użytkownika. Do
czyszczenia skorupy i zawiesiny można użyć neutralnego deter-
gentu i ciepłej wody. Nie wolno używać produktów ściernych ani
rozpuszczalników.
OKRES UŻYTKOWANIA
Okres użytkowania hełmu to maksymalnie 5 lat od daty produkcji
(patrz data wewnątrz hełmu). Rzeczywisty okres użytkowania urzą-
dzenia będzie zależeć od intensywności użytkowania, częstotliwo-
ści, środowiska, kompetencji użytkownika, konserwacji, warunków
przechowywania itp. Data produkcji hełmu uwidoczniona jest na
jego obudowie. Jeśli hełm został uderzony lub widoczne są wady
lub pęknięcia, należy go natychmiast wymienić.

WARUNKI GWARANCJI
1. Firma RAWLPLUG S.A. udziela gwarancji na sprawne działanie
produktu.
2. Okres gwarancji liczony jest od daty przekazania użytkownikowi
i trwa 12 miesięcy.
3. Bezpłatnymi naprawami objęte są wszystkie usterki wynikające z
użytych wadliwych materiałów, nieprawidłowości montażu bądź
też technologii wykonania wyrobu.
4. Gwarancja jest ważna, gdy produkt jest dostarczony do punktu
serwisowego bez jakichkolwiek przeróbek wraz z dowodem za-
kupu i wypełnionym protokołem reklamacji.
5. Firma RAWLPLUG S.A. zobowiązuje się do naprawy produktu w
terminie do 14 dni od daty dostarczenia do serwisu.
6. W przypadku braku części zamiennych, podany w punkcie 5
termin naprawy gwarancyjnej może ulec wydłużeniu, o czas nie-
zbędny na sprowadzenie brakujących elementów. W takich przy-
padkach okres gwarancji ulega przedłużeniu o czas niezbędny
do wykonania naprawy.
7. Wszelkie koszty związane z zapewnieniem bezpiecznego opako-
wania, ubezpieczeniem i innym ryzykiem ponosi Klient.
8. Serwis może zadecydować o wymianie produktu na nowy (w
całości lub w części) w przypadku braku możliwości usunięcia
usterki lub z powodu wysokich kosztów naprawy. O ile taki sam
produkt nie jest osiągalny, może być wydany nowy produkt o nie
gorszych parametrach.
9. Decyzja serwisu Gwarancyjnego odnośnie zasadności zgłasza-
nych usterek jest decyzją ostateczną.
10. Gwarancją nie są objęte:
• wadliwe działanie lub uszkodzenia spowodowane niewłaściwym
użytkowaniem lub używaniem produktu niezgodnie z przezna-
czeniem, instrukcją obsługi lub przepisami bezpieczeństwa
• mechaniczne uszkodzenia produktu spowodowane niewłaściwą
eksploatacją i wywołane nimi wady
Reklamowane wyroby powinny być oczyszczone przez użytkowni-
ka zanim zostaną przesłane do reklamacji. Serwis może odmówić
przyjęcia do naprawy wyrobu nieoczyszczonego lub oczyścić go na
koszt reklamującego.

EN MN-06-145-1 helmet has been designed in compliance with
Regulation (UE) 2016/425 based on the application of the cor-
responding section in standards EN 397:2012+A1:2012 and EN
50365:2002. Notied Body responsible for the EU type examina-
tion: Plaza de Emilio Sala, 1, 03801 Alcoi, Alicante (Spain). Control
body No. 0161 Body intervening in production control (Module C2):

TYPE OF PROTECTION AND USAGE LIMITS
The MN-06-145-1 helmet has been designed to protect the upper
part of the user’s head against falling objects and it also prevents
electric current from aecting the head. It can be used in work on
live electrical equipment or in proximity to live electrical elements
up to 1000 V AC or 1500 V DC. This helmet has been designed to
absorb energy from an impact by destruction or partial damage of
the shell and the harness. Even if this damage is not immediately
evident, any helmet that has suered a signicant impact should
be replaced. Working temperature must be within– 30ºC/+ 50 ºC.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CORRECT USE OF THE HELMET
For adequate protection, this helmet must t the user’s head per-
fectly, or be adjusted to t. The helmet should be worn on the head
in such a manner that the harness surrounds the cranial perimeter
and the sweat band is on the forehead. For eective protection the
nape strap should be adjusted so the helmet is rmly held onto the
user’s head. Height can be adjusted to two dierent positions. The
helmet must not be modied in any way to secure accessories not
recommended by the manufacturer.
INSPECTION
Before use, the helmet must be inspected to ensure that the har-
ness fastenings are perfectly secured, and the shock-absorbing
bands are in good state.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
When not in use, the equipment should be kept in its original pac-
kaging or in a bag. It should be stored in a dry location, away from
sources of heat, chemical and abrasive substances and out of direct
sunlight. Storage conditions are an important factor to preserve the
protective capacity of the equipment.
DISINFECTION AND CLEANING
For cleaning, maintenance or disinfection, only use substances that,
used according to the instructions of the manufacturer, have not
negative eects on the helmet or its user.
Neutral detergent and warm water can be used to clean the shell
and the suspension. Abrasive products or solvents must not be
used.
SERVICE LIFE
The service life of this equipment is 5 years from the date of ma-
nufacture (see date inside helmet). The actual service life of the
equipment will depend on the intensity of use, frequency, environ-
ment, competence of the user, maintenance, storage conditions,
etc. It is preferable for a piece of equipment to be assigned to a
single user, so its history will be known. In any case, if the helmet
has suered an impact or defects or cracks are visible, it should be
immediately replaced.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. RAWLPLUG S.A. hereby grants a warranty for ecient operation
of the product.
2. The warranty period runs from the date of handing over to the
user for 12 months.
3. All defects caused by defective materials, incorrect assembly or
the manufacturing technology shall be removed free of charge.
4 The warranty remains valid if the product is delivered to the ser-
vice centre without any modications. Along with the aforemen-
tioned documents, the product must be accompanied with a
complaint record and a legible copy of the purchase document.
5. RAWLPLUG S.A. undertakes to repair the product within 14 days
from the date of its delivery to the service centre.
6. In the absence of spare parts, the warranty repair period spec-
ied in item 5 may be extended by the time required to obtain
the missing parts. In any such cases, the warranty period shall be
extended by the time required to perform the repair.
7. The Customer shall bear all costs related to secure packaging,
insurance and other risks.
8. The service centre may decide to replace the product with a
new one (in whole or in part) in the event that it is impossible
to remove the defect or due to high repair costs. If an identical
product is not available, another new product may be furnished
instead, provided that its technical parameters are not inferior in
any manner.
9. The warranty service centre’s decision concerning the legitimacy
of the defects reported in the complaint shall be nal.
10. The warranty does not cover the following:
• malfunction or damage caused by using the product improperly
or in a manner contrary to its intended use, to the operation man-
ual or to the applicable safety regulations,
• mechanical damage to the product caused by improper handling
and consequential defects.
Products complained about should be cleaned by the user before
being returned under the complaint procedure. The service centre
may refuse to proceed with a repair of a product which has not
been cleaned, or clean it at the expense of the party submitting the
complaint.
