To insert self-tapping screws with an electric driver,
start with the clutch setting on low and increase it
incrementally until the screws turn.
Reset your clutch every time you
recharge your battery.
WHEN YOUR CABINETS ARRIVE
When your order is delivered, remove the packing material and thoroughly inspect all cabinets for
damage. If you see damage to the cabinets sign the bill of lading with Damage, or if you see damage
to the packaging sign the bill of lading with Possible Concealed Damage, then contact Moduline.

For the best results, keep these tips in mind:
 Wherever possible, leave the protective vinyl on your cabinets until installation is complete.
Peel it back only where necessary for attaching parts together.
 Mark on the floor and wall where your cabinets will go. If you have a studded wall, mark the
studs now.
 When attaching cabinets together, don't tighten down the bolts until you start shimming.
 Find the highest spot on your floor with a level. When shimming your cabinets, start there and
shim up to that level as you move away.

Step 1 Put the Door Assembly on foam to protect it from scratches.
Step 2 Attach both Sides to Door Assembly . (One side not shown for clarity)

INSTANT WALL
Instant Wall panels come in two sizes: a 12" wide panel that will make
up the majority of your Instant wall, and a 14" wide panel that is only
used with Mobile Toolboxes.
Step 1 Pair off Instant Wall panels of the same size. Bolt them together
with a stiffener on both sides of the joint. Keep the tops of
the panels flush when tightening the bolts.
Step 2 Insert cage nuts in the back of each panel section. Refer
to the diagrams below for the number of nuts and where to
put them for each type of cabinet.
Step 3 Starting at a corner (if you have one), bolt the
panel sections from step 1 together with
stiffeners until the Instant Wall is complete.
Assemble corner joints using two stiffeners,
a long angle , and two short angles .




Optional adjustable anchor brackets are provided for securing the Select Instant Wall to a wall for
added stability. Anchor brackets can be adjusted, up to 10" long, to accomodate stem walls and
other obstructions that prevent your cabinets from sitting flush against the wall.
Step 1 Each bracket comes with a pre-formed offset end which fits in the wall channel.
Bend the other end to the desired length up to 4". Trim if necessary.
Two brackets can be bolted together for lengths up to 10" .
Step 2 Hook the offset end of the brackets into the Instant Wall panels at an ends of the wall.
Bolt the brackets to the Instant Wall using the top hole in the panel. Secure the
brackets to the wall using appropriate mounting hardware (not provided by Moduline).
You may be able to conceal the anchors by putting them on the second panel in from the ends.
However, access in this area may be limited so installing them this way may be challenging.

Step 1 Put the first cabinet in place. Loosen the toe kick bolts to adjust the gap between the
toe kick and cabinet sides and insert shims as necessary for leveling. We recommend
that you level each cabinet as you go, but don't tighten the toe kick bolts until all the
cabinets have been installed. Attach the cabinet to the Instant Walls with 1/4-20 bolts,
or to your own walls with appropriate mounting hardware (not provided by Moduline).
Step 2 If the next section is a Countertop Brace see page 18.
If the next section is a Corner Filler see pages 19-21.
Otherwise, put the next cabinet in place and loosely bolt the cabinets together.
To add mounting holes to a closet, drill through the holes in the adjacent cabinet.
Shim as necessary, then tighten the bolts between the cabinets.
Step 3 Repeat steps 1 & 2 until all your cabinet components have been installed.
Step 4 See page 22 for instructions on installing the countertops.

Step 1 Attach Countertop Brace to adjacent bases and/or toolboxes.
Step 2 If adjacent to a closet, use the Countertop Brace as a template to drill
mounting holes in the Closet side. Make sure the Countertop Brace is level
when drilling or marking holes.

Step 1 Bolt the Corner Filler and Toe Kick Filler together.
Step 2 Attach the assembled corner filler to adjacent bases and/or toolboxes.
Step 3 Install bolts for the Countertop Brace in the top-rear holes of the sides.
Note: Leave all 1/4-20 bolts loose and tighten them at the end.
