the water flow becomes clear. Drinking water can
be produced. If there are slight bubbles, the use
will not be affected.
4. During flushing, check the joints of water pipeline
for leaks to ensure the parts are installed in place.
The observation time should be at least 5 minutes.
5. After flushing, turn off the clean water tap and
make sure there is no leak.
Now, the test is complete.

the indicator is green. When the service life of the
filter cartridge is about to end, the indicator flashes
in yellow which advice you to replace the cartridge.
When its service life is over, the indicator is red, and
the buzzer goes off 5 times (sounding for 1s each time
and then waiting for 0.5s), which advice you to replace
the filter cartridge immediately.
Note: Ensure to be power off before replacing the
filter catridge.

How To Replace the Filter Cartridge?
1. Unscrew the old filter cartridge and
install the new one.
2. When replacing the cartridge, it is not
required to close the inlet valve, since the
water outlet will be automatically closed
by the wall seat. When removing the filter
catridge, there may be a small amount of
water in it flowing out. Use a clean cloth
to dry any leakage.
•
•
•
•
Note:
• The recommended water treatment capacity and
the replacement cycle of different filter catridges
will be different according to the water quality and
use method.
• The estimation of the service life for the filter
catridge is based on the water consumption of
ordinary families.
• The filter cartridge is replaced with paid service.
The filter cartridge can be purchased in stores
where you buy the water purifier, or the flagship
store of the MOEN TMall, JD , and other
e-commerce stores authorized by MOEN.
• The replacement cycle recommended is
calculated by referring to the average index of tap
water in various places. If the actual water quality
and the utilization rate of the machine is very
different than the average index, the replacement
cycle should be based on the actual use status.
If this is the case, contact the service provider.
