TouchFree EcoStation™ User Instruction Manual
1. Peel o seal of refill bottle, taking care to remove any remnants (Fig. 1).
2. Remove dispensing assembly by gripping firmly and pulling o (Figs. 2 and 3).
3. Align dispenser assembly with new bottle, and pop on. Hang back on wall
bracket.
• Replace dispensing assembly if cracked, broken, worn, or if EcoStation
ceases to operate properly.
• After installing a refill, verify that the lid is secure and the dispenser
functions properly.
• Carry and handle the TouchFree EcoStation assembly by the bottle, not the
dispenser assembly.
• Please recycle empty EcoStation bottle. Empty bottles are fully recyclable.

This limited warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in your new Moldex
TouchFree EcoStation for one year from the original owner’s date of purchase of a
new TouchFree EcoStation from any authorized Moldex distributor.
Moldex will replace any defective or malfunctioning TouchFree dispenser base at
Moldex’s discretion and in either case at no charge.
This limited warranty does not apply to batteries, earplug bottle, earplugs or to any
problem or defect that is caused by or results from accident, abuse, alteration, drop,
misuse, unintended use, servicing with components not approved by Moldex or an
act of God (such as a flood).
The owner assumes all other risks, if any, such as the risk of any direct, indirect
or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the
EcoStation TouchFree base. This limited warranty is made in lieu of all other
warranties, express or implied, and may not be varied or extended except in
writing by an authorized oicial of Moldex. Some states do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or
exclusion may not apply to you.
Moldex suggests that you register the product soon after purchase by going to
www.moldex.com/touchfree-warranty or clipping the warranty registration card
below and mailing it along with proof of purchase to the address below:

If you experience a performance problem with your TouchFree EcoStation dispenser
base, before you send it to Moldex, please go to www.moldex.com/touchfree-
warranty and click on Report An Issue or send an email to touchfree-warranty@
moldex.com with a brief written description of the problem. You will need to have
previously registered your product and provide the registration confirmation or
provide valid proof of purchase to obtain warranty service.
Moldex will evaluate the issue and reply directly back to you if we need further
information and with further instructions as appropriate.
If Moldex determines that the TouchFree base qualifies for replacement, we will
ship a replacement base to you free of charge and send you return instructions for
shipping the defective base back to Moldex. Charges may apply for shipment and
for services not covered by this limited warranty.
EXCEPT FOR THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY, MOLDEX EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES ALL
WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, THE WARRANTY OF
FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY HAVE ARISEN
FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. This warranty gives you specific
legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

This warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies you have under
Australian law. Our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under
the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to replacement or refund for a major
failure and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You
are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of
acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This limited warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. There
are no other warranties which extend beyond this limited warranty or those in the
Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010
as amended from time to time, or other similar legislation of a state or territory of
Australia (Australian Consumer Law). The products sold will meet Moldex’s physical
standards and specifications. Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, remedies for
breach of this limited warranty are limited to replacement of the number of Moldex
products proved to have been defectively manufactured. Under this limited warranty,
Moldex shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, damage or liability, direct,
indirect, special, or consequential, arising out of sale, use, or misuse, or the inability
to use products by the user, although you may have other rights and remedies under
the Australian Consumer Law.
Any claim under the warranty must be made within 1 year of the date of purchase
of the product. To make a claim under the warranty, take the product (with proof of
purchase) to the store where you purchased the product to contact Moldex.
Moldex will pay your reasonable direct expenses of making a claim under this limited
warranty which is upheld. You may submit details and proof of your expense claim
to Moldex for consideration.

Important Use Information
Troubleshooting
If Earplugs Are Not Dispensing
1. Turn unit o at switch.
2. Remove from mounting location.
3. Turn upside down and gently shake and/or tap
dispenser assembly with hand.
4. Rehang, turn on and try again.
If Hand Sensor Is Unresponsive
1. Check Indicator Light to ensure that the unit is on
and that the batteries are operational. See “Indicator
Light” above.
2. If unit is on and operational but hand sensor is still
unresponsive, turn unit o at switch.
3. Remove from wall.
4. Move unit to a dierent location in the facility.
5. Rehang, turn on and try again.
Battery Installation & Replacement Instructions
1. Remove both battery covers by unscrewing the ridged knobs
(Fig. 1).
2. Install new batteries ensuring batteries are inserted correctly
with regard to polarity (+ and -) marked on the battery and
equipment (Fig. 2).
3. Replace both battery covers, replace ridged knobs and
tighten.

Battery Warnings
• Use alkaline AA size batteries only. Rechargeable Ni-MH AA size batteries can be used, but the low battery warning will not
function properly.
• When replacing the batteries, replace all batteries at the same time. DO NOT mix battery brands. DO NOT mix old and
new batteries. Always ensure batteries are inserted correctly with regard to polarity (+ and -) marked on the battery and
equipment.
• DO NOT use batteries beyond their expiration date.
• Remove batteries from equipment if it is not to be used for an extended period of time

the unit o when not in use
(overnight) to conserve battery
life.

Mounting Location
The TouchFree dispenser should only be mounted
indoors and may not work properly when installed
in direct sunlight. Avoid areas exposed to excessive
moisture or rain.
