The crust breaker Z92 is designed for
breaking the crust on the surface
of electrolytic vast.

Aufrauhen der Kruste, die sich auf der
Oberfläche der Wanne ansetzt, bestimmt.

Using the Z92 for demolition works or

The crust breaker fixing support, which
must be manufactured locally, must allow
to held the breaker under the back head
and on the spacer :
- either by using a plate mounted
around the spacer,
-orbyaflange.

fixation du Z92 sous la tête arrière et au
niveau de l’entretoise :
- soit par une plaque montée autour de
l’entretoise,
- soit par une bride.

equipped with a hood which must keep air
circulating around the cylinder to
homogenize the surrounding temperature

Moil points are machined (retaining pin

Use a screw driver to push the lock
back. Using a second screw driver,
remove the retainer.

Riegel nach innen drücken. Mit einen
zweiten Schraubendreher den Haltekeil

Insert the tool into the front guide. Mind
the groove orientation vs the retainer
housing.
Montez l’outil dans le guide avant.
Veillez à l’orientation du plat par rapport
au trou de l’axe de retenue.

einführen. Achten Sie auf die Orientierung
der Fläche des Werkzeuges in Bezug auf

Do not feel the alignment with the
finger ! Ne vérifiez pas l’alignement avec le doigt ! Die Angleichung nie mit den Fingern kontrollieren ! No compruebe la alineación con el dedo!
Mount the retainer. Make sure the lock
is well engage on the retainer. Montez la clavette. Vérifiez que le verrou est correctement engagé sur la clavette. Das Haltekeil aufstellen. Beachten Sie, dass der Riegel richtig im Haltekeil ist. Monte la chaveta. Compruebe que la chaveta quede bien sujetada por el
chavetero.

4 - LUBRICATION 4 - GRAISSAGE 4 - SCHMIERUNG 4 - ENGRASE

Be sure all hose connections are tight.
A loose hose not only leaks but can come
completely off the tool and while whipping
under pressure, can injure the operator
and others in the area.

Do not lubricate air tools with flammable

Do not flush the tool or clean any parts
with diesel fuel. Diesel fuel residue will
ignite in the tool when the tool is operated,
causing damage to internal parts.

dans du gazole. Les résidus de gazole
pourraient s’enflammer dans l’outil lors de
sa mise en marche et endommager les
pièces internes.
