Measurethelength and widthofyournew board. Determine the wallcenterline and height

offthe floor thatyouwant your newboard to belocated. Hold your boardupin position and

drawa line3/8” abovethe topedge ofyour boardand 3/8”below thebottom edgeof your

board. Ifyourwallhasstuds,determine the centerlineof thestuds. Itis recommendedthat

you tie into as many studs as possible when mounting your board. .

NOTE: The proper installation of your board will require at least two people.

Tools required: Tape measure, chalkline, electric drill / screwdriver, drill and

screwdriver bits, stud finder and level. .

Installing the Aluminum Marker Tray

1.) InstalltheAluminumMarkerTraytothewallbefore you installyourVisionaryBoard.

2.) Determine where you want your tray to be located and mark a line 1” above the

bottomedge ofyour board. Drill two 5/16” diameter holes in the wall 5 3/4” apart.

Pushintwo PlasticAnchors(C)into thepredrilledholes. Place theTray Mount(P-2) overthe

PlasticAnchors(C) andsecurewith two CSScrews (D) asshown in Illustration#1.

Place theAluminumTray(P-3) inthefront slot oftheTrayMount(P-2)andalign the holes.

SecuretheAluminumTray (P-3)totheTray Mount (P-2)usingtwo PhillipsTray Screws (F).

To Assemble and Attach to Wall:

IdentifyandSeparate all thePartsandHardware.

Afteryouhave followed theguidelinesfrom the previouspage,installthe correctnumberofBoard

Mounts(B)forthe size boardyouaremounting to the wall. InstalltheBoardMounts as shownin

Illustration#1 and Illustration#1a.

3.) For all walls except sheet rock: .

Predrilla 5/16” diameter holeon theline that wasdrawn 3/8”belowand 3/8” abovethe

top andbottom edgesof yournew board. Pushin a PlasticAnchor (C)into thepredrilled

hole. Place the bottomhole in theWall Mount(B) on topof the PlasticAnchor(C)and

attachusing oneCS Screw(D). Repeat this Stepfor eachWall Mountthat isrequired

for your size board. . .

5.) Place theGlass Board(P1) between and resting on the stepledge oneach WallMount (B).

Secure the Glass Board (P1) in place by screwing in aTop Cap (A) into each treaded hole in

the Wall Mounts (B) as shown in Illustration #3 .

Screwin a DrywallAnchor (F)on the linethat was drawn3/8” below and3/8” above the

top and bottomedges ofyour new board. Place the bottomhole inthe WallMount (B)

ontop ofthe Drywall Anchor (F)and attachusing oneCS Screw (D). Repeatthis Step

for each Wall Mount that is required for your size board. . .
