RIDING THE AGROID RS-16 E-BALANCE BIKE PRESENTS POTENTIAL RISKS
AND CAUTION IS REQUIRED. The Agroid RS-16 E-Balance Bike is a battery-powered
product, intended to be ridden by children. It is impossible to anticipate every
situation or condition which can occur while riding, and this manual makes no
representation about the safe use of the product under all conditions. Operating

child to ride the Agroid RS-16 E-Balance Bike, you are assuming the responsibility
for that risk.
ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES THE BIKE IS IN USE.

review this manual and to make sure you understand and teach child riders the
rules of safe and responsible riding, as well the proper use and maintenance of
the bike. Proper use and maintenance of the Agroid RS-16 E-Balance Bike reduces
the risk of injury.
If supervision is transferred to another adult, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to

THIS MODEL IS NOT FOR RIDERS UNDER THE AGE OF 8 OR
HEAVIER THAN 132 LBS. (60 KG).
Any rider who exceeds the weight capacity of the Agroid RS-16 E-Balance Bike, or

Children under the age of 8 years old should not use the Agroid RS-16 E-Balance
Bike. This recommendation is based not just on age or weight or height- it takes
into consideration the coordination and skills a rider needs for operation of this

affected by rider’s size, weight, development or skills. As such, not every child 8
years old or older will be suited to the Agroid RS-16 E-Balance Bike.
The decision to allow a child to ride this product should be based on the child’s
maturity, skill, and ability to follow directions and rules. Adults are instructed

and assistance. Riders with any mental or physical conditions that may: make
them susceptible to injury, impair their physical dexterity, or mental capacity
to recognize, understand, and follow safety instructions, impair their ability to
understand the hazards inherent in a product’s use, or impair their ability to
safely operate the Agroid RS-16 E-Balance Bike, should not use or be permitted to
operate this product if determined inappropriate for their abilities.
Adults that have inherent health issues or physical limitations should not provide
supervision to these products if such limitations would impair the ability to
provide supervision for the safe operation of this product.
Caution is also necessary in situations in which children of various ages and
abilities may have access to the same riding products.
Refer to your local laws and regulations as to any age limits or other
requirements for riding an e-balance bike as your state may have different
and more restrictive age restrictions in place from what the manufacturer
recommends.

Always be aware of and obey any local laws or regulations
which may affect the locations where the Agroid RS-16 E-Balance Bike
may be used. Keep safely away from cars and motor vehicle traffic at all
times, and only ride where allowed and with caution.
Never ride the Agroid RS-16 E-Balance Bike on public
streets, roads, highways, at night, or when visibility is limited.
ACCEPTABLE RIDING PRACTICES AND CONDITIONS
Do not activate the throttle (speed) control on the hand grip unless the rider is
seated on the Agroid RS-16 E-Balance Bike, with all protective equipment on, and
is in a safe outdoor environment suitable for riding. The maximum speed of the
bike is limited by the selected power mode (see Change Speed Mode section
below). Avoid excessive speeds and downhill grades that may cause the rider to
go too fast.
Always maintain a grip on the handlebars with both hands. Do not touch the brake
drum or motor on your Agroid RS-16 E-Balance Bike when in use or immediately
after riding, as these parts can become very hot. Ride defensively. Watch out
for potential obstacles that a rider could collide with, catch the wheel, or force
a sudden swerve or loss of control. Avoid pedestrians, skaters, skateboards,
scooters, bikes, children, or animals who may enter the riding path, and respect
the rights and property of others.
The Agroid RS-16 E-Balance Bike is intended for use on flat,
dry, solid surfaces. Riding the Agroid RS-16 E-Balance Bike on surfaces with
loose debris, such as sand, leaves, rocks, or gravel could cause a rider to lose
control of the bike and fall. Wet, slick, bumpy, uneven or rough terrain may
impair traction and contribute to possible accidents, including falls. Do not
ride the Agroid RS-16 E-Balance Bike through mud, over ice, through puddles,
in wet or icy weather, as the rider could lose control of the bike and fall.
Never immerse or wash the Agroid RS-16 E-Balance Bike with
water, as the electrical and drive components could be damaged by water
or create other possible unsafe conditions.
Never use near steps, or swimming pools. Avoid sharp bumps, drainage grates,
and sudden surface changes. Do not attempt or do stunts or tricks on your
Agroid RS-16 E-Balance Bike. The Agroid RS-16 e-Balance Bike is not made to
withstand abuse from misuse, such as jumping, curb grinding, or any other
stunts. Racing, stunt riding, or other maneuvers also enhance the risk of loss of
control, or may cause uncontrolled rider actions or reactions.
Never allow more than one person at a time to ride the Agroid RS-16 E-Balance
Bike. Do not ride at night or when visibility is limited. Never use headphones, a cell
phone or texting when riding.

7
Do not ride the Agroid RS-16 E-Balance Bike indoors. Indoor settings lack
sufficient space for riding, and carpet or flooring may be damaged. Never tow
anything or anyone with your Agroid RS-16 E-Balance Bike or allow your Agroid RS-
16 E-Balance Bike to be towed by any other person or vehicle, motorized or not.
Ride your Agroid RS-16 E-Balance Bike in an open, outdoor, controlled
environment. Do not ride on public streets, open roads, or highways.
POWERED & ROTATING PARTS WARNING:
Never operate the Agroid RS-16 E-Balance Bike without the
side cover and chain guard properly installed and securely in place. Do
not allow hands, feet, hair, body parts, clothing, or other objects to come
in contact with any rotating or moving parts, wheels, drive motor, drive
sprocket, or chain while the motor is running or while the wheels and tires
are rotating.
PROPER RIDING ATTIRE:
Always wear proper protective equipment, including: a
properly fitting helmet that meets or exceeds established safety standards
(with chin strap securely buckled), eye protection, shoes that cover the
entire foot, elbow and knee pad protection. Keep shoelaces tied and out of
way from wheels, motor, and drive system. Never ride barefoot or in sandals.
Long-sleeved shirts, long pants, and gloves are recommended.
A helmet may be required by local law or regulations in your area. Approved
helmets in the USA must meet or exceed the US Consumer Product Safety
Commission (CPSC) standards and will be marked with a CPSC reference.
Riders’ safety and well-being are the utmost importance. Make sure they
wear a properly approved, and properly fitting helmet that is securely
buckled!

Side cover and chain guard: Ensure the side cover and chain guard are properly
installed and securely in place.
Tires and Wheels: Inspect tires for proper inflation (refer to sidewall of tire for
proper air pressure) and excessive wear. Check wheels for any “wobbling” as they
spin.
Frame, Fork, Stem, and Handlebars: Check for cracks, dents, and loose
hardware.
Hardware/ Loose Parts: Check all hardware, such as nuts, bolts, cables,
fasteners, etc., to ensure they are secure. There should not be any unusual rattles
or sounds from loose parts or broken components. If the unit is damaged, do not
ride until repaired. Reference “Warnings” listed in manual.
