Welcome
Thank you for purchasing the mophie powerstand,
the most versatile iPad dock and charging station
available! You will now be able to enjoy your iPad to
its fullest, easily positioning it for maximum comfort
and best viewing angle while keeping the iPad

Connecting the iPad to the mophie powerstand
1. Place the powerstand base on a table or other
at surface and position the support arm so
that the dock connector points upward in a
vertical position.
2. Lower the support arm so that the bumper pad
located on the bottom of the dock connector
mount sits at against the table.
3. Line up the dock connector with the iPad and
carefully dock the iPad into place.

4. Grip the powerstand on the sides and using
gentle pressure from your thumbs press the
iPad evenly into place so that it seats rmly into
the rubberized side grips.
5. The iPad should now be securely locked into
position for use and the powerstand may be
raised and swiveled or tilted into the best
position for the current activity.

Using the mophie powerstand
With the iPad in vertical position, the powerstand
is the perfect accessory for reading eBooks or
viewing content in a portrait orientation. For viewing
movies or landscape content, rotate the iPad holder
horizontally until it“clicks”into position.
Compatibility
The mophie powerstand is made for iPad (4th generation)
only. Please do not attempt to use this product with
older generations of iPad or other devices as it may
damage your device or the powerstand.
Connecting the powerstand using the included
wall charger
The mophie powerstand can be used independently
of a computer and still provide charging for the iPad.
Plug the wall adapter into an outlet then connect
the included power cable into the barrel connector
on the back of the powerstand.

Will the powerstand charge at any angle?
You bet. The powerstand can be positioned at
any angle to fit your need; all while keeping your
iPad fully charged.
Can charging with it damage my iPad?
Not a chance. mophie goes through rigorous
testing with each of our products to make sure we
produce safe, well-designed products to enhance
the functionality of your smart device.
Will the powerstand work with any type of
tablet device?
The mophie powerstand connects to your iPad
throughtheAppleLightningconnector.Thisdevice
isintendedsolelyforusewith theAppleiPad(4th
generation). Please do not attempt to use this
product with any other device - things could go
haywire, but contact us if they do.
Will the powerstand work with the iPad mini?
No.
Will it work with my current iPad cover?
The powerstand is designed to hold the iPad snug in
place. Unfortunately, cases or covers must be removed
before connecting your iPad to the powerstand.

Can I mount the powerstand to a wall or counter?
Althoughyouprobablycouldmountthepowerstand
to a wall if you found the right hardware, we
recommend keeping the device portable.
Am I able to sync my iPad when connected to
the powerstand?
Sincethepowerstandcannotconnecttoacomputer,
all syncing must be done via WiFi or through the iPad
built-in internet connection.
