CHARGING THE BATTERY
WARNING:
NEVER use anything
EXCEPT a 4moms
approved power
supply to charge the
moxi™stroller.
BATTERY WARNING:
• The stroller contains a Lithium Polymer battery
pack. Use only battery pack 4M-106-11-000101 or
a 4moms approved equivalent.
• NEVER use non-rechargeable batteries in the
stroller. Failure to follow instructions or use of non-
approved batteries could cause permanent
damage to the battery and its surroundings, and
cause bodily harm. Use only the charger supplied
by 4moms.
• NEVER disassemble or modify battery pack wiring
in any way or puncture cells.
• NEVER allow the battery temperature to exceed
140 °F/60°C.
• NEVER short battery, trickle charge, or discharge
below 2.5V per cell.
• NEVER leave unattended or place on
combustible materials during charge.
• ALWAYS keep battery pack out of reach of

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Wheels and Power Pod
The stroller is designed to handle many types of ground and rough
terrain. However, to keep the stroller in peak condition, keep the wheel
bearings free of sand and abrasive grit, and wipe water off the Power
Pod after use. Do not submerge any part of the stroller or use running
water to clean it.
Battery
Extremely low temperatures can decrease the battery life of the stroller,
or prevent the battery from working at all. We recommend you not
store the stroller below freezing temperatures, or use it in temperatures
of less than zero degrees (0º F or -18º C).
Frame
To clean the plastic parts or aluminum parts of the stroller, wipe with
a solution of mild soap and water. Do not use bleach. Keep the
handlebar, frame, and seat ring frame free of sand and abrasive grit.
Avoid getting oil or lubricants on the plastic parts, as this can chemically
degrade the plastic.
Storage Bag and Seat Insert
The storage bag, dashboard bag and seat insert are machine
washable. Wash cold on gentle cycle. Air dry.

Troubleshooting & Frequently Asked Questions
The stroller will automatically go into
power-saving mode after a few
minutes sitting still. Push it forward to
wake it up.
Check the app for details, or contact

When the stroller is charging, the
battery indicator in the upper right
corner of the LCD will cycle from
empty to full repeatedly. Charging
stops when the stroller is stationary.
You must be walking at a sufcient
pace for the stroller’s battery to
charge. The faster you walk, the faster
the battery will charge.
If you frequently use the stroller’s
headlights, or if you use the stroller
to charge your phone, you might
be using more power than you are
generating by walking. For best results,
plug the stroller into a wall outlet to
charge it periodically.

• Be aware of the environment in which you are
using the stroller. Do not stroll over obstacles in
your path, and be especially careful on uneven,
slippery, unstable, or steep terrain, as this may
increase the stroller’s likelihood of tipping or rolling
away from you.
• Make sure your child’s arms and legs are inside
the stroller before moving, as obstructions striking
the stroller could cause injury.
• NEVER use the stroller on stairs or escalators, or in
any other environment where you could suddenly
lose control of the stroller and cause injury to
yourself or others.
• Securely fasten the harness straps when in use.
A snug strap will not allow any slack. It lies in a
relatively straight line, without sagging.
• Check that the pram body or seat unit or car
seat attachment devices are correctly engaged
before use.
• Keep the stroller balanced. Stroller may become
unstable if more than 55 lbs is placed in the
seat, or if weight, such as a parcel bag or rack, is
added to the stroller (except for those produced
for or included with the 4moms moxi stroller).
WARNING:
• Read these instructions carefully before use.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in
damage to the product or injury to the child
occupant.
• For your child’s safety, make sure anyone using the
stroller reads and understands these instructions
before using it.
• Immediately discontinue use of the stroller
should it become damaged or broken or if the
LCD screen presents an “Err” message. Contact
4moms Customer Care at 1-888-614-6667 if this
occurs.
• Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out.
ALWAYS use harness when not using the carriage
mode.
• NEVER leave your child unattended. A wheeled
vehicle can roll unpredictably, so always stay
within arm’s reach of the stroller.
• Use the brake every time you stop to prevent
unexpected movement, especially on inclines.
• DO NOT let your child play with or push this
product.
