1. GENERAL INSTRUCTION
EASY LIFT 3000 is a mobile hydraulic crick lift, with a colum structure, built a d ma ufactured to
work at wheel.
It offers the warra ty of stability of the load both for raisi g a d loweri g operatio s.
The raise a d desce t are obtai ed usi g a sleigh fixed o a hydraulic cyli der, that is operated by a
350 bar hydraulic pump.
EASY LIFT 3000 has reduced dime sio s (see par.14 tech ical data) a d a remarkable ease of
ha dli g, obtai ed tha ks to four wheels allowi g a easy displaceme t.
The worki g operatio s are at ma ’s height.
The equipme t is supplied with the ma ual a d the CE certificate.
The CE certificate a d the Ma ual must follow the equipme t also i case of its sale, a d must be
kept with the equipme t.
2. USE
EASY LIFT 3000 is for work-shops, tire-shops a d body-shops for mai te a ces, checks, a d car
repairi g. It has ot bee built a d it ca ot therefore be used to raise people.
EASY LIFT 3000 must be used i side, protected from the atmospheric eve ts (rai , humidity, wi d).
The room temperature, i which the lift is i stalled, must be betwee +10° a d 40°ce tigrade.
EASY LIFT 3000 has ot bee thought for people operati g u der the lifted vehicle.
The o -respect of these rules i the use of EASY LIFT 3000 ca i volve heavy risks for the operator,
falli g o ly o his respo sibility.
The user must employ the lift o ly i co formity with its use a d all the i structio s of the
ma ufacturer.
PLEASE NOTE: The ma ufacturer a d his distributors are ot respo sible for a y possible damages
to people or thi gs caused by a i appropriate a d irrespo sible use of the lift differe t from the o e
described i this ma ual.
The first use of EASY LIFT 3000 i volves the implicit accepta ce from the user of all co ditio s
prescribed by the ma ufacturer.
3. IDENTIFICATION DATA OF EASY LIFT 3000
The ide tificatio data of EASY LIFT 3000 - the serial umber, the capacity a d the co ectio data -
are writte o this ma ual a d o the labels stuck o the structure.
The user must ot take away, spoil or damage the labels o the structure.
The warra ty automatically decli es i case of their tamperi g.
4. PACKAGES
EASY LIFT 3000 is packed with a colum separated from the base.
Whe you ope the packages check that the shipped parts correspo d to all the Easy Lift parts a d
check their i tegrity.
You must do this i fro t of the forwarder because the goods, u less differe t agreeme ts subscribed
duri g the co tract phase, travel at purchaser’s risk .
A y claim, for tra sport damages, caused by a i correct load, u load a d u packagi g, ca ot be
charged to the ma ufacturer compa y.
5. BACKING GROUND FOR EASY LIFT 3000
The backi g grou d for this crick lift must be levelled, without depressio s a d with fit characteristics
to load support.
ATTENTION!!!!!
The o -observa ce of this precise prescriptio ca i volve risks of the tur over of the load with
serious risks for people a d thi gs.

6. MOVEMENT
The moveme t of the packages will be do e accordi g the safety rules a d by perso el well trai ed
i this field. The staff must wear correct protective clothi g.
It is forbidde to move the package i which the Lift is co tai ed by ha d.
EASY LIFT 3000 is partially assembled.
It is possible to co ect the feed hoses from the compressed air to the pump a d from the pump to
the cyli der o ly after fixi g the colum to the base.
7. OPERATING AREA FOR EASY LIFT 3000
EASY LIFT 3000 must be used, for safety reaso s, respecti g its mi imum area of perti e ce, with a
correct dista ce from other equipme t or from the walls of the worki g place.
We suggest to defi e this worki g area with strips o the floor or with special small colum s equipped
of chai s to avoid the access i the worki g area to u authorised perso s.
The prescriptio has the purpose to avoid the tra sit of people ot assig ed to the work, i the safety
area, whe the load is lifted.
All the ma oeuvres of lifti g, stoppi g a d loweri g must be do e at sight with a maximum atte tio
by the operator. Nobody must stay i the ma oeuvre a d perti e ce area of the equipme t.
Duri g the raisi g phase of the load EASY LIFT 3000 will adva ce about 30 cm because of its lifti g
effect, while duri g the desce di g phase there will be a withdrawi g of the same dista ce (see
picture 1). The raisi g a d desce di g operatio s must be do e by a operator who has a free
escape.

8. POWER SUPPLY CONNECTION
The co ectio s that follow must be performed with the lift i off positio :
•Co ect the flexible hose, comi g from the p eumatic supply, to the pump – be sure that the
i let pressure is betwee 8 to 10 bars. Check that the p eumatic system has bee prepared with a
correct co de sate dryi g system.
•Co ect the pump flexible hose to the cyli der verifyi g that the coupli g is correctly i serted.
. INITIAL STARTING AND OPERATION
After lear i g the co trol fu ctio i g, co ect the power supply a d proceed with the followi g
actio s:
RAISING:
•PLEASE BE SURE THAT THE VEHICLE WHEELS ARE AT THE PROPER PRESSURE TO USE AS
INDICATED BY THEIR MANUFACTURER OF THE VEHICLE
•Be sure of the efficie cy of the parki g brake before lifti g the vehicle.
•Be sure of blocki g the vehicle usi g the parki g brake.
•Positio the lift i such a way that the fork completely fits to the tire sides. If you use a clamp
to repair the vehicle sheet be sure of its correct positio i g.
•Be always sure of the correct positio i g of the lifti g arm before lifti g the load.
•Press the pump pedal - side A (see drawi g 2) - to lift the vehicle to the desired height.
•After reachi g the desired height, release the pedal a d put the load u der safety i serti g the
supplied pi i the hole i the colum .
•Press the pump pedal - side B (see drawi g 2) - to let the trolley of the lift lea o the safety
pi .
LOWERING:
•Press the pump pedal – side A (see drawi g 2) to release the trolley from the safety pi .
•Take the safety pi away from the hole where it was i serted i .
•Press the pump pedal – side B (see drawi g 2) to lower the vehicle at the desired height or to
the grou d.
•Take the lift away from the vehicle.
•Now you ca move the vehicle away.
ATTENTION!!!! After worki g or for a protracted stop EASY LIFT 3000 must be brought to its rest
positio .
Never leave the load i upper or i sta di g positio without operator.

10. WARNING – PRECAUTIONS WHEN IN USE
•EASY LIFT 3000 must be used o ly by perso el of full age, duly trai ed a d authorised,
bee provided with this i structio ma ual.
•The i structio ma ual must be read carefully a d duly applied i a y part.
•It is forbidde to use the machi e to lift people.
•Before starti g the lifti g/loweri g operatio s, make sure that the structure is clear of tools,
rags a d objects of a y ki d.
•If there are electric cables i the operati g area (because of worki g lights, portable tools,
etc.), be sure that they do ot pass over the structure or rest o it, i order to avoid the risk of cutti g
them a d thus re deri g the metal structure of the lift alive. This operatio is compulsory before usi g
EASY LIFT 3000.
•Whe positio i g EASY LIFT 3000 u der the vehicle wheels, or u der the vehicle u derbody
(usi g the supplied supports), make sure of the correct positio of the lifti g fork/support.
•Do ot lift the load without bei g sure of the stability of the fork or the support..
•Keep the load u der observatio , especially duri g the raise, to avoid i correct i cli atio s or
troubles. If so, bri g the load dow a d place the lift i such a way to have a bala ced distributio of
the load.
•Comply with EASY LIFT 3000 operati g area established by the ma ufacturer.
•Clea the fork/support whe ever it is dirtied to avoid the risk of load slidi g.
•Never ma ipulate or u screw a y part of the lift, to avoid da gerous separatio s of the parts.
•Always bri g the load dow to the rou d at the e d of worki g hours, a d avoid leavi g the lift
loaded i sta di g positio for a lo g period.
•Never exceed the maximum capacity of the lift Kg 1500.
•O ce positio ed the vehicle, always i sert the safety pi i the colum to hold the load.
11. TROUBLES, CAUSES AND REMEDIES
The followi g is a list of the possible troubles, their causes a d remedies.
If the problem is ot i cluded i the list, stop the use of the lift a d immediately co tact the
ma ufacturer or the authorised dealer to receive appropriate i structio s.
It is recomme ded to employ trai ed perso el to avoid ma ipulatio of the lift or its co trols.

12. SAFETY DEVICES
Safety pin of the lifting trolley: it must be i serted before maki g a y operatio with load lifted. This
pi blocks the desce t of the trolley i the eve t of the accide tal breaki g of the chai .
Descent control valve on the pump: to allow a smoother desce t of the crick-lift.
ATTENTION!!!!
Remember that it is good behaviour to bri g the load dow i case of a lo g sta di g.
Whe the lift is i use the operative area must be completely free from a y obstacle a d people ot
related to the operatio of repairi g/mai te a ce.

14. INDIVIDUAL PROTECTIONS
The operator must always use protective work clothi g as established by the law a d must adopt all
the safety procedures which are compulsory i work places .
Whe usi g EASY LIFT 3000 the operator must follow the sta dard law, the compa y procedures
a d his good se se, for his ow protectio , the protectio of people a d thi gs accordi g to the
i structio s writte i this ma ual.
15. CHECKS AND MAINTENANCE
All the checks must always be whe the power supplies are off a d the lift ot i operatio .
The check must be at sight si ce EASY LIFT 3000 does ot compel the operator to do a
special mai te a ce.
Periodically check the flexible hose a d the fast coupli gs.
Periodically check the oil level i the pump.
Grease the i ter al part of the colum (where the trolley slides o ) every 3 mo ths.
These simple procedures will preserve the lift from troubles a d defects duri g use.
16. CLEANING
Clea EASY LIFT 3000 with care at least o e a week, removi g dirt, dust a d a y possible smeari g
substa ces.
Use self-clea i g cloths. Do ot use water, i flammable or corrosive liquids.
17. WARRANTY AND SPARE PARTS
Every part of EASY LIFT 3000 is covered by a 12 mo th warra ty; this warra ty will ot be applied i
case of tamperi g or if the serial umbers or a y other ide tifiable data of the machi e pri ted o the
label have bee damaged or removed.
With the exceptio of the cases covered by warra ty or of parts subjected to ormal weari g a d
teari g, the ma ufacturer reserves the right to satisfy the customers’ request i relatio to the exte t
of the damage a d to the possible restoratio of EASY LIFT 3000 to its mecha ical a d operative
safety sta dard.
The after-sale services u der warra ty are i cluded by law.

1 . SCRAPPING
If the lift or some of its parts are scrapped, respect the laws co cer i g waste disposal a d whe
possible recycle part of it.
Each part must be scrapped accordi g to its typology.
