I. BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise bei der Benutzung von Elektrogeräten:
Um das Verletzungsrisiko durch Feuer oder Stromschlag gering zu halten, bitten wir Sie, einige
grundlegende Sicherheitsanweisungen zu beachten, wenn Sie dieses Gerät verwenden. Bitte lesen Sie diese
Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig und vergewissern Sie sich, dass keine Fragen offen bleiben. Bewahren Sie
diese Betriebsanleitung bitte sorgfältig in der Nähe des Produktes auf, um bei Fragen auch später noch
einmal nachschlagen zu können. Verwenden Sie stets einen geerdeten Stromanschluss mit der richtigen
Netzspannung (siehe Anleitung oder Produktschild). Sollten Sie bezüglich des Anschlusses Zweifel haben,
lassen Sie ihn durch einen qualizierten Fachmann überprüfen. Benutzen Sie niemals ein defektes Stromkabel!
Öffnen Sie dieses Gerät nicht in feuchter oder nasser Umgebung, ebenso nicht mit nassen oder feuchten
Händen. Außerdem sollten Sie das Gerät vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung schützen. Betreiben Sie das Gerät
nur an geschützten Orten, sodass niemand auf Kabel treten, über sie stürzen und/oder sie beschädigen kann.
Sorgen Sie darüber hinaus für ausreichende Luftzirkulation, wodurch die Kühlung des Gerätes gewährleistet,
und Wärmestaus vermieden werden. Ziehen Sie vor der Reinigung dieses Gerätes den Netzstecker und
benutzen Sie zur Reinigung ein feuchtes Tuch. Vermeiden Sie den Einsatz von Putzmitteln und achten
Sie darauf, dass keine Flüssigkeit in das Gerät eintritt, bzw. darin verbleibt. Das Innere dieses Gerätes
enthält keine für den Benutzer wartungspichtigen Teile. Überlassen Sie Wartung, Abgleich und Reparatur
qualiziertem Fachpersonal. Im Falle eines Fremdeingriffs verfällt die Garantie!
II. SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
1. Lesen Sie diese Gebrauchsanweisung vor Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes sorgfältig durch! Beachten Sie
alle Sicherheitshinweise, um Schäden durch falschen Gebrauch zu vermeiden!
2. Bewahren Sie die Gebrauchsanleitung für den weiteren Gebrauch auf. Sollte dieses Gerät an Dritte
weitergegeben werden, muss die Gebrauchsanleitung mit ausgehändigt werden.
3. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck und nur in Innenräumen.
4. Im Falle von unsachgemäßem Gebrauch oder falscher Handhabung kann keine Haftung für eventuell
auftretende Schäden übernommen werden.
5. Vor dem ersten Gebrauch prüfen Sie bitte, ob die Art des Stroms und die Netzspannung mit den
Angaben auf dem Produktschild kompatibel sind.
6. Dieses Gerät ist nicht dafür geeignet, durch Personen, einschließlich Kindern, mit eingeschränkten
physischen, sinnlichen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten, sowie mangelnder Erfahrung und/oder mangelndem
Wissen benutzt zu werden. Als Ausnahme gilt, wenn diese durch eine für ihre Sicherheit zuständige
Person beaufsichtigt werden, oder Gebrauchsanweisungen erhalten haben.

7. STROMSCHLAGGEFAHR! Versuchen Sie niemals, das Gerät selbst zu reparieren. Lassen Sie
stattdessen das Gerät im Störungsfall nur von qualizierten Fachleuten reparieren.
8. Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig den Netzstecker und das Netzkabel. Sollte das Netzkabel beschädigt
werden, muss es durch den Hersteller, den Kundendienst oder eine ähnliche Person ersetzt werden,
um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
9. Verhindern Sie eine Beschädigung des Netzkabels durch Quetschen, Knicken oder Anschlagen an
scharfen Kanten und halten Sie es von heißen Oberächen und offenen Flammen fern.
10. ACHTUNG LEBENSGEFAHR! Tauchen und Halten Sie das Gerät während des Reinigens oder des
Betriebes nie in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten.
11. Öffnen Sie unter keinen Umständen das Gehäuse.
12. Niemals Beine oder Hände in die Nähe rotierender Teile bringen.

IV. ANWENDUNGSGEBIET
Die Multischleifmaschine ist zum Schleifen, Polieren, Gravieren, Entrosten etc. vorgesehen. Mit dieser können
Holz, Metall sowie Glaserzeugnisse bearbeitet werden.
Für alle Schäden bei nicht sachgemäßer Verwendung haftet allein der Betreiber.
V. VOR DER ERSTEN BENUTZUNG
Prüfen Sie bei Erhalt der Ware die Verpackung auf Mängel und öffnen Sie diese, falls keine vorhanden sind. Falls
die Verpackung Beschädigungen aufweist, setzen Sie sich innerhalb von 3 Tagen mit der Transportgesellschaft
und Ihrem Vertriebspartner in Verbindung. Dokumentieren Sie die Beschädigungen so gut wie möglich.
Stellen Sie das Paket nicht mit Inhalt über Kopf auf! Sollten Sie das Paket weiter transportieren, halten Sie
es aufrecht und stabil.
VI. ENTSORGUNG DER VERPACKUNG
Es wird darum gebeten, das Verpackungsmaterial (Pappe, Plastikbänder und Styropor) zu behalten, um das
Gerät im Servicefall bestmöglich geschützt zurücksenden zu können!
VII. AUFBAU DES GERÄTES
UNTERBRINGUNG DES GERÄTES
Das Gerät während des Betriebs mit den Händen festhalten. Je nach Modell besteht die Möglichkeit,
das Gerät mit Hilfe einer besonderen Halterung (betrifft die Artikel MULTI-GRIN135.1 (6240), MULTI-
GRIN135.3 (6242)) an einer Tischplatte zu befestigen. Um die Präzision und den Komfort der Arbeit
zu erhöhen, ist es möglich, eine exible Welle (für Artikel: MULTI-GRIN135.1 (6240), MULTI-GRIN135.3
(6242), MULTI-GRIN135.4 (6243)) zu verwenden. Verwenden Sie die Schleifmaschine in der Nähe einer
Steckdose, um jederzeit schnell eine Stromverbindung herstellen zu können. Denken Sie daran, dass die
Stromversorgung den auf dem Typenschild angegebenen Vorgaben entspricht!
VIII. WIE FUNKTIONIERT DAS GERÄT? GRUNDREGELN
Vor Inbetriebnahme muss eines der Endstücke oder die exible Welle (MULTI-GRIN135.1 (6240), MULTI-
GRIN135.3 (6242), MULTI-GRIN135.4 (6243)) fest und sicher an das Spannfutter befestigt werden.
Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig, ob der Griff entsprechend fest angezogen ist. Die Schleifmaschine nicht ein-
oder ausschalten, wenn das Endstück direkt das zu bearbeitende Element berührt. Das Gerät sollte dem zu
bearbeitenden Material in dem Moment angenähert werden, wenn die zuvor festgelegte Geschwindigkeit
erreicht wurde. Die Drehzahlregelung wird mithilfe des Drehknopfs an der Rückseite des Gehäuses
eingestellt. Niedrigere Geschwindigkeiten sollten zum Polieren, höhere zum Bohren und Gravieren
verwendet werden. Bei längeren Laufzeiten sollten regelmäßig Pausen eingelegt werden, damit das Gerät
abkühlen kann. Vor Bohrarbeiten auf Metall wird empfohlen, die Borstelle zu markieren.

Austausch der Endstücke
Beim Austausch von Zubehörteilen darf die Schleifmaschine nicht ans Stromnetz angeschlossen sein.
Austausch der Endstücke des Gerätes muss der Verriegelungsknopf gedrückt werden, der sich am
Spanfutter bendet. Anschließend die Mutter per Hand oder mit dem beigefügten Schlüssel lösen und das
montierte Endstück und die Verriegelungsbuchse entfernen. Wählen Sie danach die entsprechende Buchse
für das neue Endstück aus, setzen diese ein und ziehen diese fest. Beim Austausch des Endstücks auf einer
exiblen Welle (MULTI-GRIN135.1 (6240), MULTI-GRIN135.3 (6242), MULTI-GRIN135.4 (6243)) muss der
beigefügte Schlüssel verwendet werden - dieser funktioniert ähnlich wie die Lock-Taste. Mit dem Schlüssel
das Spannfutter blockieren, das Endstück auswechseln und dann kräftig festdrehen.
Bei der Montage von Stoffscheiben, an welchen kein Stift befestigt ist, muss die Gewindewelle in die Öffnung
in der Mitte der Scheibe gedreht werden.

IX. TRANSPORT UND LAGERUNG
Beim Transport sollte die Maschine vor Schütteln und Stürzen, sowie Hinstellen auf das obere Teil geschützt
werden. Lagern Sie es in einer gut durchlüfteten Umgebung mit trockener Luft und ohne korrosive Gase.
X. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
• Vor dem Reinigen oder wenn das Gerät nicht benutzt wird, den Stecker herausziehen.
• Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen der Oberäche ausschließlich Mittel ohne ätzende Inhaltsstoffe.
• Lassen Sie nach jeder Reinigung alle Teile gut trocknen, bevor das Gerät erneut verwendet wird.
• Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, kühlen, vor Feuchtigkeit und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
geschütztem Ort auf.
• Es ist untersagt die Maschine mit Wasserstrahlen zu besprühen.
XI. REGELMÄSSIGE PRÜFUNG DES GERÄTES
Prüfen Sie regelmäßig, ob Elemente des Gerätes eventuelle Beschädigungen aufweisen. Sollte dies der Fall
sein, darf das Gerät nicht mehr benutzt werden. Wenden Sie sich umgehend an Ihren Verkäufer, um das
Gerät reparieren zu lassen.
Was tun im Problemfall?
Kontaktieren Sie Ihren Verkäufer und bereiten Sie folgende Angaben vor:
• Rechnungs- und Seriennummer (letztere nden Sie auf dem Typenschild)
• Ggf. ein Foto des defekten Teils aufnehmen.
• Ihr Servicemitarbeiter kann besser eingrenzen worin das Problem besteht, wenn Sie es so präzise wie
möglich beschreiben. Je detaillierter Ihre Angaben sind, umso schneller kann Ihnen geholfen werden!
ACHTUNG: Öffnen Sie die Maschine niemals ohne Rücksprache mit dem Kundenservice. Dies kann Ihren
Garantieanspruch beeinträchtigen!

Bei der Montage von Scheiben, an denen kein Bolzen befestigt ist, muss eine Welle entsprechender Größe
gewählt werden, an der die Scheibe möglichst eng angebracht werden kann. Die Befestigungsschraube
lösen, die Scheibe zwischen den Dichtungen anbringen und mithilfe des Schlüssels die Befestigungsschraube
festziehen.
Montage der exiblem Welle (MULTI-GRIN135.1 (6240), MULTI-GRIN135.3 (6242), MULTI-GRIN135.4
(6243)):
Um die exible Welle an dem Gerät zu montieren muss ähnlich wie beim Auswechseln der Endstücke die
Lock-Taste gehalten werden, welche das Spannfutter blockiert, danach ist die Welle mit der entsprechenden
Seite im Gerät anzubringen. Daraufhin den Plastikring festdrehen, der sich an der Welle des Gerätes
bendet, die Welle entfalten und das Gerät auf die maximale Umdrehung einstellen und es ohne Belastung
einige Minuten laufen lassen.
Wahl der Endstücke
Wählen Sie das entsprechende Endstück - je nach Art der durchzuführenden Arbeit. Beigefügt sind den
Arbeiten angepasste Bohrer, Stoffscheiben zum Polieren, Schleifpapier unterschiedlicher Körnung etc.
Denken Sie daran, dass während der Arbeit mit dem Schleifgerät persönliche Schutzausrüstung getragen
werden sollte (Schutzhandschuhe, Schutzbrille usw.).

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
General safety information for the use of electrical devices:
To avoid any risk of injury from re or electric shock, please follow the basic safety instructions when using
this device. Please read the instructions carefully and make sure that you have understood them well. Keep
the manual near the equipment to be able to read it at any time. Always use current sources connected to
the ground that provide the correct voltage (indicated on the label on the device). If you have any doubts,
let an electrician check that the connection is properly grounded. Never use a defective power cable. Do
not open the unit in damp or wet environment, or if your hands or body are damp or wet. Protect the unit
from solar radiation. Use the device in a protected place to avoid damaging the equipment or putting at risk
others. Make sure the device is able to cool and avoid placing it too close to other devices that produce
heat. Before cleaning the machine, disconnect it from the power source. Use a soft damp cloth for cleaning.

IV. SCOPE OF THE APPLICATION
The multi-function grinder is designed to be used for grinding, polishing, etching, rust removal, etc. It may be
used for woodworking, metalworking and with glass items.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from non-intended use of the device!
V. BERORE THE FIRST USE
Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for defects and open the packaging if there are no damages.
If the packaging is damaged, please contact your transport company and distributor within 3 days, and
document the damages as detailed as possible. Do not turn the package upside down! When transporting
the package, please ensure that it is kept horizontal and stable.
VI. DISPOSING OF THE PACKAGING
Please keep all packaging materials (cardboard, plastic tapes and Styrofoam), so that in case of a problem, the
device can be sent back to the service centre in accurate condition!
VII. INSTALLING THE APPLIANCE
POSITIONING THE DEVICE
When in use, hold the device rmly and securely in your hands. Some models have a feature for attaching
the device using a special bracket to a table top (it applies to product MULTI-GRIN135.1 (6240), MULTI-
GRIN135.3 (6242)). In order to increase the work precision and comfort, a exshaft may be used (it applies
to product MULTI-GRIN135.1 (6240), MULTI-GRIN135.3 (6242), MULTI-GRIN135.4 (6243)). When in use,
ensure unobstructed access to the electricity plug at all times. Make sure the power source reects the
parameters on the rating plate!

VIII. MACHINE OPERATION – BASICS
Before using the device, make sure the required attachment or exshaft (MULTI-GRIN135.1 (6240), MULTI
-GRIN135.3 (6242), MULTI-GRIN135.4 (6243)) is connected rmly and securely to the clamp. Check
regularly whether the clamp is sufciently tight. Do not turn the device on or off if the attached tool is in
direct contact with the workpiece - bring the device closer to the workpiece once it reaches its pre-set
speed. To adjust the speed, use the knob on the back of the housing. Use lower revolutions for polishing and
bufng, higher for drilling and etching. If in use for longer periods, make regular breaks to avoid overheating
the device. Before drilling on metal, mark your drill location.

Replacing attachments
When replacing accessories, disconnect the grinder from the power supply. In order to change tools, press
the locking button next to the clamp, unscrew the cap (by hand or using the attached wrench), then remove
the attached tool and sleeve, select the right sleeve for the new tool, insert it and screw on tightly. When
changing tools on the exshaft (MULTI-GRIN135.1 (6240), MULTI-GRIN135.3 (6242), MULTI-GRIN135.4
(6243)) use the supplied wrench – it works on a similar principle to the locking button. Use the wrench to
lock the clamp, replace the tool and screw it back tightly.
If assembling fabric disks with no permanent stem attached, screw a threaded shaft onto the opening in the
middle of the disk.
IX. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
During transport, the machine should be protected from shaking, crashing and turning upside down. Store it
in a properly ventilated place with dry air and without any corrosive gas.
X. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Disconnect the machine from the electricity when cleaning it.
• Use cleaner without corrosive substances to clean surface.
• After cleaning, all parts should be able to dry before the machine is to be reused
• Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture and direct exposure to sunlight.
• Never spray the device with water jets.
XI. CHECK REGULARLY THE DEVICE
Check regularly whether the device is damaged. If it should be damaged, please stop using it immediately and
contact your customer service to solve the problem.
What to do in case of a problem?
Please contact your customer service and prepare the following information:
• Invoice number and serial number (the latter is to be found on the technical plate on the device).
• If relevant, take a picture of the damaged, broken or defective part.
• It will be easier for your customer service clerk to determine the source of the problem if you give
a detailed and precise description of the matter. The more detailed your information, the better the
customer service will be able to solve your problem rapidly and efciently!
CAUTION: Never open the device without the authorization of your customer service. This can lead to
a loss of warranty!
Mounting the exshaft (MULTI-GRIN135.1 (6240), MULTI-GRIN135.3 (6242), MULTI-GRIN135.4 (6243)):
In order to mount the exshaft, analogous to when replacing tools, press the button which locks the clamp
and attach the shaft the right way around to the device. Then tighten the shaft plastic to the device, unfold
the shaft and turn the device on to maximum revs so that it runs without load for a few minutes.
Selecting tools
Select the appropriate tool for your task. Depending on your set, the grinder comes with drill bits, tools for
polishing, sandpapers of various weights, polishing disks, etc. Remember to use PPE (gauntlets, goggles, etc.)
when using the device.

If attaching disks with no permanent stem, select a shaft of an appropriate diameter, onto which the disk will
t snugly, unscrew the locking bolt, place the disk between the gaskets and tighten the locking bolt using the
wrench.

6. Urządzenie nie jest przeznaczone do tego, by było użytkowane przez osoby (w tym dzieci)

VIII. JAK FUNKCJONUJE URZĄDZENIE – PODSTAWOWA ZASADA
Przed użyciem urządzenia należy mocno i pewnie zamocować jedną z końcówek, lub wałek giętki (MULTI
-GRIN135.1 (6240), MULTI-GRIN135.3 (6242), MULTI-GRIN135.4 (6243)) do uchwytu zaciskowego.
Należy regularnie sprawdzać, czy uchwyt jest dostatecznie mocno dokręcony. Nie należy włączać i wyłączać
urządzenia w momencie gdy końcówka robocza bezpośrednio dotyka przedmiotu obrabianego - urządzenie
powinno być zbliżane do obrabianego materiału w momencie osiągnięcia ustalonej prędkości. Regulacja
prędkości odbywa się za pomocą pokrętła znajdującego się w tylnej części obudowy. Niższych prędkości
obrotowych należy używać do polerowania, wyższych do wiercenia i grawerowania. W przypadku dłuższej
pracy należy robić regularne przerwy w celu ochłodzenia urządzenia. Przed wierceniem w metalu zaleca się
oznaczyć miejsce wiercenia.

Wymiana końcówek
Podczas zmiany akcesoriów należy odłączyć szlierkę od prądu. W celu wymiany końcówek roboczych
w urządzeniu należy wcisnąć przycisk blokujący znajdujący się przy uchwycie zaciskowym, odkręcić
nakrętkę(ręcznie lub dołączonym kluczem), następnie należy usunąć zamontowaną końcówkę roboczą
i tuleję mocującą dobrać odpowiednią tuleję do nowej końcówki, włożyć końcówkę i mocno ją dokręcić.

jest używanie wałka giętkiego(dotyczy modeli: MULTI-GRIN135.1 (6240), MULTI-GRIN135.3 (6242), MULTI
-GRIN135.4 (6243)). Urządzenie należy używać w pobliżu miejsca podłączenia go do gniazdka sieciowego
tak, aby w dowolnej chwili można się było dostać do wtyczki sieciowej. Należy pamiętać o tym, by zasilanie

IX. TRANSPORT I PRZECHOWYWANIE

obecne jest suche powietrze i nie występują gazy powodujące korozję.
X. CZYSZCZENIE I KONSERWACJA
• Przed każdym czyszczeniem, a także jeżeli urządzenie nie jest używane, należy wyciągnąć wtyczkę
sieciową.
• Do czyszczenia powierzchni należy stosować wyłącznie środki niezawierające substancji żrących.
• Po każdym czyszczeniu wszystkie elementy należy dobrze wysuszyć, zanim urządzenie zostanie
ponownie użyte.
• Urządzenie należy przechowywać w suchym i chłodnym miejscu chronionym przed wilgocią
i bezpośrednim promieniowaniem słonecznym.
• Zabrania się spryskiwania urządzenia strumieniem wody.
XI. REGULARNA KONTROLA URZĄDZENIA
Należy regularnie sprawdzać, czy elementy urządzenia nie są uszkodzone. Jeżeli elementy te będą
uszkodzone, to należy zwrócić się do sprzedawcy z prośbą o ich naprawę.
Co należy zrobić w przypadku pojawienia się problemu ?
Należy skontaktować się ze sprzedawcą i przygotować następujące dane:
• Numer faktury oraz numer seryjny (nr seryjny podany jest na tabliczce znamionowej).
• Ewentualnie zdjęcie niesprawnej części.
• Pracownik serwisu jest w stanie lepiej ocenić, na czym polega problem, jeżeli opiszą go Państwo w sposób
tak precyzyjny, jak jest to tylko możliwe. Sformułowania, takie jak np. „urządzenie nie grzeje“ mogą być

W przypadku montażu tarcz, do których nie jest przytwierdzony trzpień należy wziąć wałek o odpowiedniej
średnicy, na którym można możliwie ciasno zamocować tarczę, odkręcić śrubę mocującą, umieścić tarczę
pomiędzy uszczelkami i dokręcić śrubę mocującą za pomocą klucza.
Montaż wałka giętkiego (MULTI-GRIN135.1 (6240), MULTI-GRIN135.3 (6242), MULTI-GRIN135.4 (6243)):
Aby zamocować wałek giętki w urządzeniu należy podobnie jak przy wymianie końcówek przytrzymać
przycisk blokujący uchwyt zaciskowy i zamocować wałek odpowiednią stroną w urządzeniu.
Następnie należy przykręcić plastikowy pierścień znajdujący się na wałku do urządzenia, rozwinąć wałek
i włączyć urządzenie na maksymalne obroty tak, aby pracowało bez obciążenia przez kilka minut.
Dobór końcówek
Zależnie od wykonywanych prac należy wybrać odpowiednią końcówkę. Zależnie od zestawu do szlierki
dołączone są wiertła, materiałowe końcówki do polerowania, papiery ścierne o różnej gradacji, tarcze
polerskie itp. Należy pamiętać, aby podczas pracy z urządzeniem stosować indywidualne środki ochrony
(rękawice ochronne, okulary ochronne itp.).
W przypadku montażu tarcz materiałowych do których nie jest przytwierdzony trzpień należy wkręcić

est possible de travailler du bois, du métal mais aussi des produits en verre.

inapproprié de l'appareil.
V. AVANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION
Dès réception de la marchandise, veuillez inspecter le colis et ouvrez-le an de s'assurer qu'aucun élément
ou composant du colis ne soit manquant. Si l'emballage est endommagé, prenez contact sous 3 jours avec
la société de transport ainsi qu'avec votre distributeur et fournissez un maximum d'indications et photos
des dégâts. Documentez les éventuels dégâts avec le plus de précision possible. Ne tenez jamais le colis
à l'envers! Si vous devez transporter ou manipuler le colis, assurez-vous qu'il soit maintenu droit et de

VIII. COMMENT FONCTIONNE L'APPAREIL ? RÈGLES DE BASE
Avant de mettre l'appareil en état de marche, un embout ou l'axe exible (MULTI-GRIN135.1 (6240),
MULTI-GRIN135.3 (6242), MULTI-GRIN135.4 (6243)) doit avoir été monté et xé au mandrin de serrage.
Vériez régulièrement que la poignée soit correctement et solidement xée. Ne pas allumer ou éteindre la
ponceuse multifonction si l'embout est directement en contact avec la pièce d'ouvrage. L'appareil doit être
approché de la pièce d'ouvrage à travailler seulement lorsque la vitesse de travail paramétrée a été atteinte.
La vitesse de rotation doit être réglée via un bouton rotatif situé à l'arrière de l'appareil. Une vitesse de
rotation plus lente permet de polir tandis qu'une vitesse plus rapide permet de forer et de graver. En cas
d'utilisation prolongée de l'appareil, il est impératif de prendre régulièrement une pause pour que l'appareil
refroidisse. Avant d'effectuer des opérations de perçage, il est recommandé de marquer les trous à effectuer.

Changement d'embout
L'appareil ne doit pas être branché à sa source d'alimentation électrique lors du changement d'accessoire.
Pour changer l'embout de l'appareil, pressez le bouton de verrouillage qui se situe sur la bague de
verrouillage, desserrez l'écrou (à la main ou avec la clé fournie) puis retirez la bague de verrouillage ainsi que
l'embout déjà présent. Sélectionnez ensuite la nouvelle bague et le nouvel embout à monter, positionnez-
les puis xez-les. Pour changer l'embout sur un axe de transmission exible (MULTI-GRIN135.1 (6240),
MULTI-GRIN135.3 (6242), MULTI-GRIN135.4 (6243)) Bloquez la bague de verrouillage avec la clé, changez
l'embout puis resserrez fermement l'ensemble.

PLACEMENT DE L'APPAREIL
Tenez l'appareil avec vos deux mains lorsque vous travaillez. En fonction du modèle, il est possible que
l'appareil (concerne les modèles MULTI-GRIN135.1 (6240), MULTI-GRIN135.3 (6242)) doive être xé au
plan de travail avec un dispositif de serrage spécial. Pour davantage de précision et de confort de travail, il est
possible d'utiliser un axe de transmission (pour les modèles: MULTI-GRIN135.1 (6240), MULTI-GRIN135.3
(6242), MULTI-GRIN135.4 (6243)). Utilisez la ponceuse multifonction à proximité d'une prise électrique an
d'y avoir accès à tout moment et rapidement. Veillez à ce que l'alimentation électrique respecte les valeurs
indiquées sur la plaque signalétique.

IX. TRANSPORT ET STOCKAGE
Si vous transportez cet appareil, veuillez-le protéger des secousses et des chutes. Ne posez rien sur la partie
supérieure de l'appareil. Stockez-le dans un environnement sec et bien aéré, à l'abri des gaz corrosifs.
X. NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
• Après chaque utilisation et avant chaque nettoyage, débranchez l'appareil et laissez-le refroidir
complètement.
• N'utilisez lors du nettoyage que des détergents doux sans substance corrosive.
• Après chaque nettoyage, laissez sécher soigneusement tous les éléments avant d'utiliser à nouveau
l'appareil.
• Conservez l'appareil dans un endroit frais, sec, à l'abri de l'humidité et des rayons directs du soleil.
• Il est prohibé d'asperger l'appareil d'eau ou de le mettre sous un jet d'eau.
XI. EXAMEN RÉGULIER DE L'APPAREIL
Contrôlez régulièrement le bon état des différents éléments de l'appareil. Si l'un d'entre eux est endommagé,
l'appareil ne doit plus être utilisé. Adressez-vous immédiatement à votre vendeur pour faire réparer l'appareil.
Que faire en cas de problème?
Prenez contact avec votre vendeur et préparez les éléments suivants:
• Vos numéros de série et de facture (que vous trouverez sur la plaque signalétique)
• Le cas échéant, une photo de l'élément endommagé
• Une description précise du problème aidera votre conseiller à en identier la cause. Plus détaillées
seront vos indications, plus rapidement nous pourrons vous aider!
ATTENTION: N'ouvrez jamais l'appareil sans l'accord préalable du service client. Cela pourrait rendre
votre garantie caduque!
Pour monter des disques, sur lesquels aucun boulon n'est xé, sélectionnez un arbre de transmission de la
longueur correspondante auquel le disque sera xé au mieux. Dévissez les vis de xation, placez le disque
entre les joints et resserrez les vis avec la clé.
Montage de l'arbre exible de transmission (6240), MULTI-GRIN135.3 (6242), MULTI-GRIN135.4 (6243)):
Pour monter l'arbre exible à l'appareil, maintenez le bouton de verrouillage, comme pour changer d'embout,
qui maintien la bague de verrouillage puis placez l'arbre de transmission dans le bon sens dans l'appareil.
Fixez ensuite l'anneau en plastique qui se trouve sur l'arbre de transmission de l'appareil, déployez l'arbre
et paramétrez la vitesse maximale de rotation de l'appareil sans aucune charge pendant quelques minutes.
Sélection des embouts
Sélectionnez l'embout correspondant en fonction de votre tâche à réaliser. Les accessoires fournis
comportent des forets adaptés, des disques en tissu pour polir, des feuilles abrasives d'une granulation
différente etc. Pensez à porter des équipements de protection corporelle lorsque vous servez de la
ponceuse multifonction (gants de protection, lunettes de protection etc).
Pour monter des disques en tissu, sur lesquels aucune tige n'est montée, l'arbre de transmission leté doit
être inséré dans l'ouverture au milieu du disque puis tourné.

IV. CAMPO DI APPLICAZIONE

metallo e vetro.
L'utente è il solo e unico responsabile dei danni causati da un utilizzo improprio del
dispositivo.
V. OPERAZIONI DA EFFETTUARE PRIMA DEL PRIMO UTILIZZO
Al ricevimento della merce, aprire il pacco per controllare che tutti i componenti siano presenti. Nel caso
in cui l'imballaggio risultasse danneggiato, contattare entro tre giorni sia il corriere incaricato di effettuare la
spedizione, sia il venditore. Documentare quanto più dettagliatamente possibile gli eventuali danni riscontrati.
Non capovolgere il pacco e il suo contenuto! Qualora il pacco dovesse essere ulteriormente trasportato,
assicurarsi di mantenerlo dritto e stabile.
VI. SMALTIMENTO DELL'IMBALLAGGIO
Conservare l'imballaggio (cartone, bande di plastica e polistirolo) per proteggere adeguatamente
l'attrezzatura nel caso in cui fosse necessario mandarla in assistenza!
VII. MONTAGGIO DEL DISPOSITIVO
UTILIZZO DEL DISPOSITIVO
Impugnare saldamente il dispositivo durante la lavorazione. Con alcuni modelli sussiste la possibilità di ssare
il dispositivo al tavolo tramite un supporto (modelli MULTI-GRIN135.1 (6240) e MULTI-GRIN135.3 (6242)).
Per una maggiore precisione e un comfort elevato, è possibile utilizzare un albero essibile (per gli articoli:

I. ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO
NORME DI SICUREZZA
Norme di sicurezza generali per l'utilizzo di apparecchiature elettriche:
Per minimizzare il rischio di ustioni o folgorazioni, rispettare rigorosamente le norme di sicurezza. Leggere
attentamente le istruzioni d'uso e assicurarsi di aver compreso il corretto funzionamento dell'apparecchio.
Conservare con cura il manuale d'uso vicino al prodotto per ogni ulteriore futura consultazione. Effettuare
sempre una corretta messa a terra dell'apparecchio (consultare il libretto di istruzioni o la targhetta posta sul
dispositivo). In caso di dubbi, afdare l'allacciamento dell'apparecchio a personale qualicato. Non utilizzare
mai cavi difettosi! Non aprire mai il dispositivo in ambienti umidi o bagnati. Non toccare mai l'apparecchio
con le mani bagnate. Proteggere l'apparecchio dall'esposizione diretta ai raggi solari. Utilizzare l'apparecchio
solo in ambienti protetti e assicurarsi che nessuno, inciampando sui cavi, possa cadere sull'apparecchiatura.
Assicurarsi che l'ambiente sia ben ventilato. Un ambiente ben ventilato favorisce il raffreddamento del
dispositivo e ne impedisce il surriscaldamento. Prima di pulire l'apparecchio assicurarsi di aver staccato il
cavo di alimentazione dalla presa. Per compiere le operazioni di pulizia utilizzare un panno umido. Evitare
l'utilizzo di detersivi e assicurarsi che nessun liquido penetri all'interno dell'apparecchio. Le componenti
interne non necessitano manutenzione da parte dell'utente e dunque non devono essere manomesse. Le
operazioni di manutenzione e riparazione devono essere afdate esclusivamente a personale qualicato. La
manomissione dell'apparecchio comporta la decadenza della garanzia.
II. NORME DI SICUREZZA
1. Leggere attentamente le istruzioni d'uso dell'apparecchio prima di utilizzarlo! Per evitare che si
verichino danni causati da un uso improprio dell'apparecchio, osservare attentamente tutte le norme
di sicurezza contenute in questo manuale!
2. Conservare il manuale per uso futuro. Qualora il dispositivo fosse afdato a terzi, assicurarsi di
consegnare anche questo manuale d'uso.
3. Utilizzare l'apparecchio soltanto per l'uso a cui è destinato ed esclusivamente in ambienti chiusi.
4. In caso di uso improprio e inadeguato la garanzia decade.
5. Prima del primo utilizzo vericare che il tipo di corrente e la tensione di rete siano compatibili con
i valori indicati sulla targhetta del prodotto.
6. Questo apparecchio non è progettato per essere utilizzato da persone (bambini compresi) con abilità
siche, sensoriali o mentali ridotte o senza esperienza e/o con scarse conoscenze. Fa eccezione il caso
in cui il dispositivo venga utilizzato sotto la supervisione di una persona esperta che abbia consultato
prima le seguenti istruzioni d'uso.
7. PERICOLO DI FOLGORAZIONE! Evitare di cimentarsi in riparazioni fai da te. Se l'apparecchio non
funziona correttamente, rivolgersi per la riparazione esclusivamente a personale qualicato.
VIII. COME FUNZIONA L'APPARECCHIO? REGOLE BASE
Prima di attivare il dispositivo è necessario ssare saldamente la punta intercambiabile o l'albero essibile
(MULTI-GRIN135.1 (6240), MULTI-GRIN135.3 (6242), MULTI-GRIN135.4 (6243)) al mandrino. Controllare
con regolarità che la maniglia sia ssata correttamente. Non accendere o spegnere l'utensile multifunzione
se la punta dello stesso è a diretto contatto con il materiale da lavorare. Avvicinare il dispositivo al materiale
da lavorare solo quando la velocità prevista è stata raggiunta. La regolazione del numero dei giri avviene
tramite la rotella sul retro dell'alloggiamento. Per lucidare è adatta una velocità più bassa, per trapanare
e incidere una più alta. Quando si utilizza l'utensile a lungo, è bene fare delle pause regolari per favorirne
il raffreddamento. Prima di perforare il metallo suggeriamo di fare un segno nel punto in cui si desidera
trapanare.

Cambio delle punte
Durante il cambio degli accessori, l'utensile non deve essere collegato alla corrente. Per cambiare le
punte del dispositivo è necessario premere il tasto di blocco che si trova vicino al mandrino e allentare la
madrevite (a mano o con la chiave inclusa nella spedizione). Dopodiché, rimuovere la punta e il manicotto
e inserire e avvitare la punta e il manicotto desiderati. Quando si cambia la punta su un albero essibile
(MULTI-GRIN135.1 (6240), MULTI-GRIN135.3 (6242), MULTI-GRIN135.4 (6243)) è necessario utilizzare la
chiave inclusa nella spedizione. Il funzionamento è simile a quello del tasto di blocco. Bloccare con la chiave il
mandrino, cambiare la punta e avvitare con forza.
Utilizzare l'utensile multifunzione vicino a una presa elettrica, in modo da poterla raggiungere in ogni
momento. Assicurarsi che il tipo di alimentazione corrisponda alle speciche indicate sulla targhetta.
IX. TRASPORTO E STOCCAGGIO
Durante il trasporto proteggere l'apparecchio da eventuali urti e possibili ribaltamenti, assicurandosi di
preservare maggiormente la parte superiore. Conservare l'apparecchio in un luogo ben ventilato, asciutto e
privo di gas corrosivi.
X. PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
• Prima di pulire l'apparecchio o se non viene utilizzato, rimuovere la spina dalla corrente.
• Per la pulizia delle superci, impiegare solo sostanze non corrosive.
• Dopo aver compiuto le operazioni di pulizia, lasciare asciugare tutti i componenti prima di utilizzare
nuovamente il dispositivo.
• Conservare l'apparecchio in un luogo fresco e asciutto, e lontano dall'esposizione diretta ai raggi solari.
• Non bagnare l'apparecchio!
XI. REGOLARE MANUTENZIONE DEL DISPOSITIVO
Vericare regolarmente che le componenti del dispositivo non presentino danni. In tal caso non utilizzare il
dispositivo. Rivolgersi immediatamente al proprio rivenditore per la riparazione dell'apparecchiatura.
Cosa fare in caso di problemi?
Contattare il venditore, fornendo le seguenti informazioni:
• Numero della fattura e numero di serie (quest'ultimo si trova sulla targhetta del dispositivo).
• Se possibile fornire una foto del pezzo difettoso.
• Per permettere al Servizio Clienti di individuare e risolvere il problema, descrivere nel modo più
preciso possibile il difetto riscontrato. Più dettagliate sono le informazioni fornite, maggiore è l'aiuto
che il Servizio Clienti può offrire!
IMPORTANTE: Non smontare mai l'apparecchio senza l'autorizzazione del Servizio Clienti. Ciò può
pregiudicare la validità della garanzia!
Montaggio dell'albero essibile (MULTI-GRIN135.1 (6240), MULTI-GRIN135.3 (6242), MULTI-GRIN135.4
(6243)):
Per montare l'albero essibile al dispositivo è necessario, come per il cambio delle punte, tenere premuto
il tasto di blocco che blocca il mandrino. Dopodiché, si può ssare l'albero essibile al dispositivo. Avvitare
dunque l'anello di plastica che si trova nel perno del dispositivo, ruotare il perno, impostare il dispositivo alla
massima velocità e lasciarlo così attivo per alcuni minuti.
Scelta delle punte
Scegliere le punte adatte al lavoro da svolgere. Incluse nella spedizione sono: punte da trapano, dischi
per lucidare, carta abrasiva con grana più o meno ne ecc. Ricordarsi che durante l'utilizzo dell'utensile
multifunzione è necessario indossare un abbigliamento adatto (guanti di protezione, occhiali di protezione
ecc.).

Per il montaggio di dischi ai quali non sono ssati perni, è necessario avvitare la punta lettata all'apertura
centrale del disco.
Per il montaggio di dischi ai quali non sono ssati bulloni, è necessario trovare un perno della grandezza
adatta al quale ssare il disco il più saldamente possibile. Allentare la vite, inserire il disco (posto fra le
guarnizioni) e avvitare con l'ausilio della chiave.

IV. ÁMBITO DE APLICACIÓN
La lijadora multi herramienta ha sido diseñada para lijar, pulir, grabar, retirar óxido, etc. Con este aparato
podrá procesar piezas de madera metal y cristal.
El usuario es responsable de los daños derivados de un uso inadecuado del aparato.
V. ANTES DEL PRIMER USO
Cuando reciba el producto, cerciórese de que el embalaje no presenta desperfectos y ábralo solo si está en
perfecto estado. En caso de que el embalaje presente desperfectos, póngase en contacto el transportista y el
vendedor en un plazo de 3 días y documente lo mejor posible el alcance de los daños. ¡No voltee paquete!
Si necesita transportarlo, asegúrese de que esté al derecho y se mantiene estable.
VI. RETIRADA DEL EMBALAJE
¡Recomendamos mantener el embalaje original (cartón, bridas de plástico y poliestireno), para poder
devolver el aparato lo mejor protegido posible, en caso de que fuera necesaria una reparación!
VII. MONTAJE DE LA MÁQUINA
INSTALACIÓN DE LA MÁQUINA
Durante el funcionamiento, sujete el aparato siempre con ambas manos. Dependiendo del modelo (MULTI
-GRIN135.1 (62409, MULTI-GRIN135.3 (6242)), la máquina puede ser jada a la mesa de trabajo. Además,
algunos modelos MULTI-GRIN135.1 (6240), MULTI-GRIN135.3 (6242), MULTI-GRIN135. 4 (6243))
incorporan un eje exible, que permite aumentar la precisión y comodidad a la hora de trabajar. Utilice
siempre la lijadora lo más cerca posible de un enchufe para poder acceder a la corriente, en caso de que
fuese necesario. Asegúrese de que el suministro eléctrico coincida con la placa de información técnica del
producto.

VIII. COMO FUNCIONA EL EQUIPO - PRINCIPIO BÁSICO
Antes de la puesta en marcha de la máquina coloque la herramienta o el eje exible (MULTI-GRIN135.1
(6240), MULTI-GRIN135.3 (6242), MULTI-GRIN135.4 (6243)). No encienda la lijadora si la herramienta
está en contacto con la pieza de trabajo. Aproxime al material solo cuando se haya alcanzado la velocidad
seleccionada. Las revoluciones se ajustan siempre con el regulador en la parte posterior. Utilice revoluciones
bajas para pulir y altas para taladrar y grabar. Para largos intervalos de trabajo, prevea pausas periódicas para
que el equipo se enfríe. En caso de tener que taladrar metal se recomienda marcar la pieza.

Cambio de herramienta
Para realizar el cambio de herramienta asegúrese de que la lijadora no esté conectada a la corriente. Presione
el botón de bloqueo, aoje el mandril (a mano o con la llave suministrada) y retírelo junto a la herramienta
montada. Seleccione el mandril correspondiente para el nuevo útil y apriételo para que la herramienta
quede ja. En caso de cambiar el mandril por el eje exible ((MULTI-GRIN135.1 (6240), MULTI-GRIN135.3
(6242), MULTI-GRIN135. 4 (6243)) deberá utilizar la llave suministrada, ya que funciona como bloqueo del
portaherramientas. A continuación sustituya la herramienta y apriete el mandril.

Cuando monte discos que no estén unidos a un perno deberá seleccionar un eje de un tamaño que permita
jar el disco lo más estrechamente posible. Aoje y retire el perno de jación, coloque el disco entre las
juntas y vuelva a jar el perno por medio de la llave.

X. LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
• Antes de la limpieza o si no utiliza el equipo, desenchufe el equipo de la corriente.
• Para su limpieza utilice siempre detergentes no corrosivos.
• Después de cada limpieza, deje que las piezas se sequen completamente, antes de volver a utilizarlo.
• Conserve el equipo en un lugar seco y ventilado, protegido de la humedad y radiación solar.
• Evite rociar la máquina con agua.
XI. COMPROBACIONES REGULARES A REALIZAR EN EL EQUIPO
Examine con regularidad los componentes del equipo para comprobar su estado. Si hay algún componente
dañado, no utilice el equipo y diríjase inmediatamente al vendedor.
¿Qué hacer en caso de problemas?
Póngase en contacto con el vendedor y prepare la siguiente información:
• Número de factura o de serie (éste último lo encontrará en la placa de informaciones técnicas en el
dispositivo).
• En caso de necesidad, tome una foto de la pieza averiada.
• Cuanto más detallada sea la información que nos aporte, más rápido y exacto podrá ser el diagnóstico de
nuestro servicio post-venta.
ATENCIÓN: Nunca abra el equipo sin consultar previamente a nuestro servicio post – venta. ¡Esto puede
llevar a una pérdida de la garantía!
Montaje del eje exible (MULTI-GRIN135.1 (6240), MULTI-GRIN135.3 (6242), MULTI-GRIN135.4 (6243)):
Para montar el eje exible deberá de proceder de forma similar al cambio de herramienta, presionando
el botón de bloqueo para retener el mandril. A continuación monte el eje en el aparato por el lado
correspondiente, apriete el anillo de plástico entorno al eje de la máquina, despliegue el eje exible y deje la
lijadora sin carga durante unos minutos a las máximas revoluciones.
Selección de la herramienta
Seleccione la herramienta según el trabajo que vaya a realizar. En la dotación encontrará brocas, discos de
tela para pulir, papeles de lija de diferentes granos, etc. Tenga en cuenta que durante el trabajo con esta
lijadora deberá de llevar la protección correspondiente (guantes de protección, gafas, etc.)
IX. TRANSPORTE Y ALMACENAJE
En caso de tener que transportar el equipo, asegure de protegerlo contra vibraciones y caídas. Nunca dé la
vuelta al equipo. Almacénelo en un ambiente bien ventilado, seco y sin gases corrosivos.
