Die Begrie "Gerät" oder "Produkt" in den Warnungen
und Beschreibung des Handbuchs beziehen sich auf
UNTERGESTELL FÜR KAPP- UND GEHRUNGSSÄGEN.
2.1. SICHERHEIT AM ARBEITSPLATZ
a) Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsplatz sauber und gut
beleuchtet. Unordnung oder schlechte Beleuchtung
kann zu Unfällen führen. Handeln Sie vorausschauend,
beobachten Sie, was getan wird, und nutzen Sie Ihren
gesunden Menschenverstand bei der Verwendung
des Gerätes.
b) Im Falle eines Schadens oder einer Störung sollte das
Gerät sofort ausgeschaltet und dies einer autorisierten
Person gemeldet werden.
c) Wenn Sie nicht sicher sind, ob das Gerät
ordnungsgemäß funktioniert, wenden Sie sich an den
Service des Herstellers.
d) Reparaturen dürfen nur vom Service des Herstellers
durchgeführt werden. Führen Sie keine Reparaturen
auf eigene Faust durch!
e) Bewahren Sie die Gebrauchsanleitung für den
weiteren Gebrauch auf. Sollte das Gerät an Dritte
weitergegeben werden, muss die Gebrauchsanleitung
mit ausgehändigt werden.
f) Verpackungselemente und kleine Montageteile
außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren.
g) Im Laufe der Nutzung dieses Werkzeugs einschlieβlich
anderer Werkzeuge soll man sich nach übrigen
Betriebsanweisungen richten.
2.2. PERSÖNLICHE SICHERHEIT
a) Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät im Zustand der
Ermüdung, Krankheit, unter Einuss von Alkohol,
Drogen oder Medikamenten zu betreiben, wenn das
die Fähigkeit das Gerät zu bedienen, einschränkt.
b) Das Gerät darf nicht von Kindern oder Personen
mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen und
geistigen Fähigkeiten oder ohne entsprechende
Erfahrung und entsprechendes Wissen bedient
werden. Dies ist nur unter Aufsicht einer für die
Sicherheit zuständigen Person und nach einer
Einweisung in die Bedienung der Maschine gestattet.
c) Überschätzen Sie Ihre Fähigkeiten nicht. Sorgen Sie
für einen sicheren Stand während der Arbeit. Dies gibt
Ihnen eine bessere Kontrolle über das Gerät im Falle
unerwarteter Situationen.
2.3. SICHERE ANWENDUNG DES GERÄTS
a) Überhitzen Sie das Gerät nicht. Verwenden
Sie nur geeignete Werkzeuge für die jeweilige
Anwendung. Richtig ausgewählte Geräte und der
sorgsame Umgang mit ihnen führen zu besseren
Arbeitsergebnissen.
b) Halten Sie das Gerät stets in einem einwandfreien
Zustand. Prüfen Sie vor jeder Inbetriebnahme, ob
am Gerät und seinen beweglichen Teilen Schäden
vorliegen (defekte Komponenten oder andere
Gebrauchsanweisung beachten.

Für einen langen und zuverlässigen Betrieb des Geräts muss
auf die richtige Handhabung und Wartung entsprechend
den in dieser Anleitung angeführten Vorgaben geachtet
werden. Die in dieser Anleitung angegebenen technischen
Daten und die Spezikation sind aktuell. Der Hersteller
behält sich das Recht vor, im Rahmen der Verbesserung der
Qualität Änderungen vorzunehmen. Unter Berücksichtigung
des technischen Fortschritts und der Geräuschreduzierung
wurde das Gerät so entworfen und produziert, dass das
infolge der Geräuschemission entstehende Risiko auf dem
niedrigsten Niveau gehalten wird.
ERLÄUTERUNG DER SYMBOLE

Diese Anleitung ist als Hilfe für eine sichere und zuverlässige
Nutzung gedacht. Das Produkt wurde strikt nach den
technischen Vorgaben und unter Verwendung modernster
Technologien und Komponenten sowie unter Wahrung der
höchsten Qualitätsstandards entworfen und angefertigt.

3. NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
Das Produkt ist zur Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von
Objekten mit einer Diagonalsäge bestimmt. Das Produkt ist
nur für den Heimgebrauch bestimmt!
Für alle Schäden bei nicht sachgemäßer Verwendung
haftet allein der Betreiber.
3.1. GERÄTEBESCHREIBUNG
HINWEIS: Das Bild zeigt das Modell MSW-SSM-200, die
anderen ähneln sich - die sichtbare Diagonalsäge ist nicht
Teil des Sets, sondern dient nur zur Veranschaulichung.

beeinträchtigen könnten). Im Falle eines Schadens muss
das Gerät vor Gebrauch in Reparatur gegeben werden.
c) Reparatur und Wartung von Geräten dürfen
nur von qualiziertem Fachpersonal und mit
Originalersatzteilen durchgeführt werden. Nur so wird
die Sicherheit während der Nutzung gewährleistet.
d) Um die Funktionsfähigkeit des Gerätes zu
gewährleisten, dürfen die werksmäßig montierten
Abdeckungen oder Schrauben nicht entfernt werden.
e) Das Gerät muss regelmäßig gereinigt werden, damit
sich nicht dauerhaft Schmutz festsetzt.
f) Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug. Reinigung und Wartung
dürfen nicht von Kindern ohne Aufsicht durch eine
erwachsene Person durchgeführt werden..
g) Es ist untersagt, in den Aufbau des Geräts einzugreifen,
um seine Parameter oder Konstruktion zu ändern.
h) Überlasten Sie das Gerät nicht.

3.2. VORBEREITUNG ZUR VERWENDUNG
ARBEITSPLATZ DES GERÄTES
Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht bei Umgebungstemperaturen
über 45°C und einer relativen Luftfeuchtigkeit über 85%.
Das Gerät darf nur in gut belüfteten Räumen verwendet
werden. Halten Sie das Gerät von heißen Oberächen
fern. Das Gerät sollte immer auf einer ebenen, stabilen,
sauberen, feuerfesten und trockenen Oberäche und
außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern und Personen mit
eingeschränkten geistigen, sensorischen und psychischen
Fähigkeiten verwendet werden.
AUFBAU DES GERÄTES
MSW-SSM-2500
a) Nehmen Sie den Hauptrahmen ab, stellen Sie ihn auf
den Kopf und klappen Sie dann die Beine aus, wobei
Sie darauf achten müssen, dass ihre Verriegelungen in
den Löchern einrasten. Stellen Sie den Hauptrahmen
auf seine Beine.
b) Schieben Sie den Stützenhalter in die Önungen
des Rahmens und xieren Sie ihn mit dem
Punktmontageknopf. Wiederholen Sie diesen
Vorgang am anderen Ende des Rahmens.
c) Befestigen Sie die T-Stützen in den Halterungen und
verriegeln Sie sie mit dem Punktmontageknopf.
HINWEIS: Die Punktmontageknöpfe werden verwendet, um
die Position der Stütze und Stützhalter beim Arbeiten mit
dem Gerät zu bestimmen.
d) Befestigen Sie die Befestigungsverriegelungen
der Säge am Rahmen, indem Sie sie zuerst auf der
Seite des Hebels anbringen. Nach dem Anbringen
verriegeln Sie sie, indem Sie den Hebel nach unten
bewegen (siehe nebenstehende Abbildung).
e) Befestigen Sie die Diagonalsäge mit den
mitgelieferten Schrauben und Unterlegscheiben und
Muttern am Rahmen (Schrauben sollten von oben
eingesetzt werden).
f) Die Verriegelungshebel sollten zur Vorderseite der
Säge (Blatt) zeigen.
HINWEIS: Bei Diagonalsägen mit atypischer
Befestigung, z. B. mit nur drei Befestigungsönungen
oder vier Befestigungspunkten, aber die Önungen
auf der rechten oder linken Seite sind nicht parallel
zueinander, wird empfohlen, einen speziellen Adapter
vorzubereiten (z. B. aus 20 mm Sperrholz).

ACHTUNG! Obwohl das Gerät in Hinblick
auf Sicherheit entworfen wurde und über
Schutzmechanismen sowie zusätzlicher
Sicherheitselemente verfügt, besteht bei
der Bedienung eine geringe Unfall- oder
Verletzungsgefahr. Es wird empfohlen, bei der
Nutzung Vorsicht und Vernunft walten zu lassen.

Siehe Bild unter Punkt 3.1
a) Befestigen Sie die Beine (C) mit Schrauben (G)
und Muttern (H) im Hauptrahmen (A). Achten Sie
darauf, dass der Verriegelungsstift nach außen ragt
und sowohl in geöneter als auch in geschlossener
Stellung einrastet.
b) Drehen Sie den Rahmen um und önen Sie die Beine,
indem Sie auf die Stifte drücken und klappen Sie sie
aus
c) Befestigen Sie an der Unterseite aller vier Beine
die Füße (O) - Abbildung 2 oben. Drehen Sie den
Tragrahmen und stellen Sie ihn auf seine Füße.
d) Schieben Sie die Stützenhalter (D) wie in Abb. 3
gezeigt in den Hauptrahmen.
e) Fixieren Sie die Position der Halter (D) und der "“T“-
Stütze (E) mit den Punktmontageknöpfen (J), indem
Sie diese in die jeweiligen Önungen schrauben.
f) Legen Sie die Sägebefestigungsverriegelungen (F)
an der Basis der Säge an. Achten Sie darauf, dass
die Hebelgrie zur Rückseite der Säge zeigen (auf
der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Blattes), um das
Abnehmen der Säge vom Rahmen zu erleichtern -
Abb. 4.
g) Befestigen Sie die Säge mit den Schrauben (K) an den
Sägebefestigungsverriegelungen, schieben Sie sie
durch die Önungen in den Verriegelungen und dem
Sägeboden und schrauben Sie sie dann nur leicht mit
einer Unterlegscheibe (M), einer Sicherungsscheibe
(N) und einer Mutter (L) an.
h) Setzen Sie die Säge mit den Verriegelungen auf
den Hauptrahmen und xieren Sie sie dann mit
den Hebelgrien so, dass ihr unterer Teil unter den
Rahmenquerträgern einrastet - Abb. 7 + 8.
i) Gleichen Sie die Position der Säge in Bezug auf den
Rahmen aus, indem Sie sie auf den Verriegelungen
vorwärts oder rückwärts bewegen und nach dem
Bestimmen der optimalen Position die Schrauben
festziehen, mit denen sie an den Verriegelungen
befestigt ist.
j) Zusammenklappen: Entfernen Sie vor dem
Zusammenklappen des Tisches zuerst die Säge und
die Verriegelungen vom Hauptrahmen. Schieben Sie
dann die Stützenhalter bis zur kürzesten Position in
den Rahmen. Drücken Sie jeden Stift am Bein und
klappen Sie ihn zum Hauptrahmen, bis der Stift in die
geschlossene Position zurückschnappt - Abb. 9.
3.3. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
a) Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung der Oberäche
ausschließlich Mittel ohne ätzende Inhaltsstoe.
b) Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, kühlen,
vor Feuchtigkeit und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
geschütztem Ort auf.
c) Es ist verboten, das Gerät mit einem Wasserstrahl zu
besprühen oder in Wasser zu tauchen.
d) Mit einem Pinsel und Druckluft reinigen.
e) In Hinblick auf technische Ezienz und zur
Vorbeugung vor Schäden sollte das Gerät regelmäßig
überprüft werden.
f) Zum Reinigen darf man keine scharfen und/
oder Metallgegenstände (z.B. Drahtbürste oder
Metallspachtel) benutzen, weil diese die Oberäche
des Materials, aus dem das Gerät hergestellt ist,
beschädigen können.
g) Reinigen Sie das Gerät nicht mit säurehaltigen
Substanzen. Medizinische Geräte, Verdünner,
Kraftsto, Öle oder andere Chemikalien können das
Gerät beschädigen.

2.1. SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE
a) Make sure the workplace is clean and well lit. A messy
or poorly lit workplace may lead to accidents. Try
to think ahead, observe what is going on and use
common sense when working with the device.
b) If you discover damage or irregular operation,
immediately switch the device o and report it to
a supervisor without delay.
c) If there are any doubts as to the correct operation
of the device, contact the manufacturer's support
service.
d) Only the manufacturer's service point may repair the
device. Do not attempt any repairs independently!
e) Please keep this manual available for future reference.
If this device is passed on to a third party, the manual
must be passed on with it.
f) Keep packaging elements and small assembly parts in
a place not available to children.
g) If this device is used together with another equipment,
the remaining instructions for use shall also be
followed.
2.2. PERSONAL SAFETY
a) Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the
inuence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which
can signicantly impair the ability to operate the
device.
b) The device is not designed to be handled by persons
(including children) with limited mental and sensory
functions or persons lacking relevant experience and/
or knowledge unless they are supervised by a person
responsible for their safety or they have received
instruction on how to operate the device.
c) Do not overestimate your abilities. When using the
device, keep your balance and remain stable at all
times. This will ensure better control over the device
in unexpected situations.
2.3. SAFE DEVICE USE
a) Do not overload the device. Use the appropriate tools
for the given task. A correctly-selected device will
perform the task for which it was designed better and
in a safer manner.
b) Keep the device in perfect technical condition. Before
each use check for general damage and especially
check for cracked parts or elements and for any other
conditions which may impact the safe operation of the
device. If damage is discovered, hand over the device
for repair before use.
c) Device repair or maintenance should be carried out by
qualied persons, only using original spare parts. This
will ensure safe use.
d) To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
not remove factory-tted guards and do not loosen
any screws.
Read instructions before use.
The product must be recycled.

2. USAGE SAFETY

NOTE: The point clamp knobs are used to position the
support and brackets when the machine is used.
d) On the frame, install the locks securing the saw. First
place them on the lever side. After mounting them,
lock them by moving the lever handle downwards
(see the picture opposite).

3. USE GUIDELINES
The product is intended to assist in the processing of
workpieces with a miter saw. The product is intended for
home use only!
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.
3.1. DEVICE DESCRIPTION
NOTE: the picture shows the MSW-SSM-200 model, the
other models are similar. The miter saw is not part of the
set but only presented for illustrative purposes.

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
APPLIANCE LOCATION
The ambient temperature must not exceed 45°C and the
relative humidity should not exceed 85%. Only use the
device in well-ventilated areas. Keep the device away from
any hot surfaces. The device should always be used when
positioned on an even, stable, clean, reproof and dry
surface, and be out of the reach of children and persons
with limited mental and sensory functions.
ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE

a) Take out the main frame, put it upside down and
unfold the legs taking care that their locks click into
the holes. Put the main frame on its feet.
b) Insert the support bracket into the frame holes and x
it with the point clamp knob. Repeat on the other end
of the frame.
c) Mount the "T" supports in the brackets and lock them
with the point clamp knob.
e) To attach the miter saw to the frame, use the bolts
included in the set with washers and nuts (the bolts
should be inserted from the top).
f) The clamping lock levers should be facing the front of
the saw (the blade).
NOTE: for miter saws with atypical mounting, e.g. with
only 3 mounting holes or 4 mounting points, where
the holes on the right or left side are not parallel to
each other, it is recommended to prepare a special
adapter (e.g. made of 20 mm plywood).

a) Fix the legs (C) to the main frame (A) with bolts (G)
and nuts (H). Make sure the locking pin protrudes
outward and snaps into place in both open and closed
positions.
b) Turn the frame upside down and open the legs by
pressing in the pins and unfolding the legs.
c) Install the feet (O) on all four legs – see g. 2 above.
Put the subframe on its feet.

2. BEZPIECZEŃSTWO UŻYTKOWANIA
UWAGA! Przeczytaj wszystkie ostrzeżenia

Niezastosowanie się do ostrzeżeń i instrukcji może
spowodować porażenie prądem, pożar i/lub ciężkie

2.1. BEZPIECZEŃSTWO W MIEJSCU PRACY
a) Utrzymywać porządek w miejscu pracy i dobre
oświetlenie. Nieporządek lub złe oświetlenie może
prowadzić do wypadków. Należy być przewidującym,
obserwować co się robi i zachowywać rozsądek
podczas używania urządzenia.
b) W razie stwierdzenia uszkodzenia lub nieprawidłowości
w pracy urządzenia należy je bezzwłocznie wyłączyć
i zgłosić to do osoby uprawnionej.
c) W razie wątpliwości czy urządzenia działa poprawnie,
należy skontaktować się z serwisem producenta.
d) Naprawy urządzenia może wykonać wyłącznie
serwis producenta. Nie wolno dokonywać napraw
samodzielnie!
e) Zachować instrukcję użytkowania w celu jej
późniejszego użycia. W razie, gdyby urządzenie miało
zostać przekazane osobom trzecim, to wraz z nim
należy przekazać również instrukcję użytkowania.

a) Niedozwolone jest obsługiwanie urządzenia
w stanie zmęczenia, choroby, pod wpływem alkoholu,
narkotyków lub leków, które ograniczają w istotnym
stopniu zdolności obsługi urządzenia.
b) Urządzenie nie jest przeznaczone do tego, by było
użytkowane przez osoby (w tym dzieci) o ograniczonych
funkcjach psychicznych, sensorycznych i umysłowych

c) Nie należy przeceniać swoich możliwości. Utrzymywać

Umożliwia to lepszą kontrolę nad urządzeniem

2.3. BEZPIECZNE STOSOWANIE URZĄDZENIA
a) Nie należy przeciążać urządzenia. Używać narzędzi
odpowiednich do danego zastosowania. Prawidłowo
dobrane urządzenie wykona lepiej i bezpieczniej pracę
dla którego zostało zaprojektowane.
b) Utrzymywać urządzenie w dobrym stanie technicznym.
Sprawdzać przed każdą pracą czy nie posiada
uszkodzeń ogólnych lub związanych z elementami
ruchomymi (pęknięcia części i elementów lub wszelkie
inne warunki, które mogą mieć wpływ na bezpieczne
działanie urządzenia). W przypadku uszkodzenia,
oddać urządzenie do naprawy przed użyciem.

d) Insert the support brackets (D) into the main frame as
in g. 3.
e) Use the point clamp knobs (J) to x the position of the
brackets (D) and the "T" supports (E).
f) Place the saw clamps (F) at the base of the saw. Make
sure that the lever handles point to the back of the
saw (on the opposite side of the blade) to make it
easier to remove the saw from the frame - see g. 4.
g) Fix the saw on the locks using the bolts (K), putting
them through the holes in the locks and the saw base.
Fasten them lightly using the at washer (M), lock
washer (N) and the nut (L).
h) Place the saw with the locks on the main frame and
fasten it using the lever handles so that the lower part
of the saw is locked under the frame crossbars - see
g. 7 + 8.
i) Balance the position of the saw in relation to the
frame by moving it forward or back on the locks.
After nding the optimal position, tighten the bolts
securing the saw to the locks.
j) Folding: Before folding the table, rst remove the saw
with the locks from the main frame. Then slide the
support legs into the frame to the shortest position.
Press each pin on the leg and fold it into the main
frame until the pin snaps into the closed position - see
g. 9.
3.3. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
a) Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface.
b) Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
c) Do not spray the device with a water jet or submerge
it in water.
d) Clean with a brush and compressed air.
e) The device must be regularly inspected to check its
technical eciency and spot any damage.
f) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning
(e.g. a wire brush or a metal spatula) because they
may damage the surface material of the appliance.
g) Do not clean the device with an acidic substance,
agents of medical purposes, thinners, fuel, oils or
other chemical substances because it may damage
the device.

d) Na ramie zamocować blokady mocujące piłę
zakładając je wpierw od strony dźwigni. Po ich
zamocowaniu zablokować je przesuwając uchwyt
dźwigni w kierunku do dołu (patrz rys. poglądowy
obok)
e) Aby zamocować piłę ukośną do ramy należy
wykorzystać dołączone do zestawu śruby wraz
z podkładkami oraz nakrętkami (śruby należy wkładać
od góry).
f) Dźwignie blokad mocujących powinny być skierowane
do frontu piły (ostrza).
UWAGA: w przypadku pił ukośnych o nietypowym
mocowaniu np. posiadające tylko 3 otwory
montażowe lub 4 punkty mocowania, ale otwory po
prawe lub lewej stronie nie są w linii równoległej do
siebie zaleca się przygotowanie specjalnego adaptera

Produkt przeznaczany jest do pomocy w obróbce
przedmiotów przy pomocy piły ukośnej. Produkt jest
przeznaczony tylko do użytku domowego!
Odpowiedzialność za wszelkie szkody powstałe
w wyniku użytkowania niezgodnego z przeznaczeniem
ponosi użytkownik.
3.1. OPIS URZĄDZENIA
UWAGA: Obrazek przedstawia model MSW-SSM-200,
pozostałe podobne – widoczna piła ukośna nie stanowi
elementu zestawu, a jedynie zaprezentowana w celu
poglądowym.
UWAGA! Pomimo iż urządzenie zostało
zaprojektowane tak aby było bezpieczne, posiadało
odpowiednie środki ochrony oraz pomimo użycia
dodatkowych elementów zabezpieczających

3.2. PRZYGOTOWANIE DO PRACY
UMIEJSCOWIENIE URZĄDZENIA
Temperatura otoczenia nie może przekraczać 45°C
a wilgotność względna nie powinna przekraczać 85%.
Urządzenie należy używać tylko w miejscach dobrze
wentylowanych. Urządzenie należy trzymać z dala od
wszelkich gorących powierzchni. Urządzenie należy zawsze
użytkować na równej, stabilnej, czystej, ognioodpornej
i suchej powierzchni i poza zasięgiem dzieci oraz osób
ograniczonych funkcjach psychicznych, sensorycznych

a) Wyjąć główną ramę i postawić ją do góry nogami
i następnie rozłożyć nogi zwracając uwagę, by ich
blokady zaskoczyły w otwory. Postawić ramę główną
na nogach.
b) Wsunąć wspornik podpory w otwory w ramie
i zamocować przy pomocy pokrętła mocującego
punktowego. Czynność powtórzyć na drugim końcu
ramy.
c) We wspornikach zamocować podpory-„T”
i przy pomocy pokrętła mocującego punktowego je
zablokować.

a) Zamocować nogi (C) w ramie głównej (A) przy pomocy
śrub (G) oraz nakrętek (H). Upewnić się, że bolec
blokujący wystaje na zewnątrz i pewnie zaskakuje
zarówno w pozycji otwartej jak i zamkniętej.
b) Obrócić ramę do góry nogami i otworzyć nogi
wciskając bolce oraz rozkładając je
c) Na spodzie wszystkich czterech nóg zamontować
stópki (O) - rys. 2 powyżej. Obrócić ramę pomocniczą

skierowane były do tyłu piły (po przeciwnej stronie
ostrza) aby łatwiej było zdemontować piłę z ramy –

g) Zamocować piłę na blokadach przy pomocy śrub
(K) przekładając je przez otwory w blokadach oraz
podstawie piły, a następnie tylko lekko przykręcić
używając podkładki płaskiej (M), zabezpieczającej (N)
oraz nakrętki (L).
h) Piłę wraz z blokadami umieścić na ramie głównej
i następnie zamocować przy użyciu uchwytów
dźwigni, tak, by jej dolna część zablokowała się pod
poprzeczkami ramy – rys. 7 + 8.
i) Wyważyć pozycję piły względem ramy przesuwając ją
na blokadach w przód lub tył i po ustaleniu optymalnej
pozycji dokręcić śruby mocujące ją do blokad.
j) Składanie: Przed złożeniem stołu należy wpierw
zdemontować z ramy głównej piłę wraz z blokadami.
Następnie wsunąć podpory wsporników w ramę
do najkrótszej pozycji. Nacisnąć każdy bolec u nogi
i złożyć ją do ramy głównej aż bolec z powrotem
zaskoczy w pozycji zamkniętej – rys. 9
3.4. CZYSZCZENIE I KONSERWACJA
a) Do czyszczenia powierzchni należy stosować
wyłącznie środki niezawierające substancji żrących.
b) Urządzenie należy przechowywać w suchym
i chłodnym miejscu chronionym przed wilgocią
i bezpośrednim promieniowaniem słonecznym.
c) Zabrania się spryskiwania urządzenia strumieniem
wody lub zanurzania urządzenia w wodzie.
d) Należy czyścić pędzelkiem i sprężonym powietrzem.
e) Należy wykonywać regularne przeglądy urządzenia
pod kątem jego sprawności technicznej oraz wszelkich
uszkodzeń.
f) Do czyszczenia nie wolno używać ostrych i/lub
metalowych przedmiotów (np. drucianej szczotki lub
metalowej łopatki) ponieważ mogą one uszkodzić
powierzchnię materiału, z którego wykonane jest
urządzenie.
g) Nie czyścić urządzenia substancja o odczynie
kwasowym, środkami przeznaczenia medycznego,
rozcieńczalnikami, paliwem, olejami lub innymi
substancjami chemicznymi może to spowodować
uszkodzenie urządzenia.
TECHNICKÉ ÚDAJE Pojem „zařízení“ nebo „výrobek“ v bezpečnostních
pokynech a návodu se vztahuje na PRACOVNÍ STŮL.
2.1. BEZPEČNOST NA PRACOVIŠTI
a) Na pracovišti udržujte pořádek a mějte dobré
osvětlení. Nepořádek nebo špatné osvětlení mohou
vést k úrazům. Buďte předvídaví a sledujte, co se
během práce kolem vás děje. Při práci se zařízením
vždy zachovávejte zdravý rozum.
b) Pokud zjistíte, že zařízení nepracuje správně, nebo
je poškozeno, ihned jej vypněte a poruchu nahlaste
autorizované osobě.
c) Pokud máte pochybnosti o tom, zda zařízení funguje
správně, kontaktujte servis výrobce.
d) Opravy zařízení může provádět pouze servis výrobce.
Opravy neprovádějte sami!
e) Návod k obsluze uschovejte za účelem jeho pozdějšího
použití. V případě předánání zařízení třetím osobám
musí být spolu se zařízením předán rovněž návod k
obsluze.
f) Obalový materiál a drobné montážní prvky
uchovávejte na místě nedostupném pro děti.
g) Pokud společně s tímto nástrojem používáte nějaké
další nářadí, pak musíte dodržovat také jeho návod k
použití.
2.2. OSOBNÍ BEZPEČNOST
a) Zařízení nepoužívejte, jste-li unaveni nebo pod vlivem
drog, alkoholu nebo léků, které významně snižují
schopnost zařízení ovládat.

nebo duševními schopnostmi nebo osoby bez

jsou pod dohledem osoby zodpovědné za jejich

c) Nepřeceňujte své schopnosti. Udržujte stabilní postoj
a rovnováhu po celou dobu práce. To vám umožní
lépe ovládat zařízení v neočekávaných situacích.
2.3. BEZPEČNÉ POUŽÍVÁNÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ
a) Zařízení nepřetěžujte. Pro daný úkol používejte vždy
správný typ nářadí. Správně zvolené nářadí lépe
a bezpečněji provede práci, pro kterou bylo navrženo.
b) Zařízení udržujte v dobrém technickém stavu.
Kontrolujte před každou prací jeho celkový stav
i jednotlivé díly a ujistěte se, že je vše v dobrém stavu,
a uživateli tak při práci se zařízením nehrozí žádné
nebezpečí. V případě, že zjistíte poškození, nechte
zařízení opravit.
c) Opravu a údržbu zařízení by měly provádět pouze
kvalikované osoby za výhradního použití originálních
náhradních dílů. Zajistí to bezpečné používání zařízení.
d) Pro zachování navržené mechanické integrity zařízení
neodstraňujte předem namontované kryty nebo
neuvolňujte šrouby.
e) Pravidelně čistěte zařízení, aby nedošlo k trvalému
usazovaní nečistot.
f) Zařízení není hračka. Čištění a údržbu nesmí provádět
děti bez dohledu dospělé osoby.
g) Nezasahujte do zařízení s cílem změnit jeho parametry
nebo konstrukci.
h) Zařízení nepřetěžujte.

1. VŠEOBECNÝ POPIS
Návod slouží jako nápověda pro bezpečné a spolehlivé
používání výrobku. Výrobek je navržen a vyroben přesně
podle technických údajů za použití nejnovějších technologií
a komponentů a za dodržení nejvyšších jakostních norem.
PŘED ZAHÁJENÍM PRÁCE SI DŮKLADNĚ PŘEČTĚTE
TENTO NÁVOD A UJISTĚTE SE, ŽE JSTE POCHOPILI
VŠECHNY POKYNY.
Pro zajištění dlouhého a spolehlivého fungování zařízení
provádějte pravidelný servis a údržbu v souladu s pokyny
uvedenými v tomto návodu. Technické údaje a specikace
uvedené v návodu k obsluze jsou aktuální. Výrobce si

Viz obrázek v bodě 3.1
a) Připevněte nohy (C) k hlavnímu rámu (A) pomocí
šroubů (G) a matic (H). Ujistěte se, že zajišťovací
kolík vyčnívá ven a přesně zapadá na své místo jak v
otevřené tak uzavřené poloze.
b) Otočte rám vzhůru nohama a otevřete nohy
zatlačením kolíků a roztáhněte je.
c) Zespodu všech čtyřech nohou namontujte patky (O) –
obr. 2 výše uvedený. Otočte pomocný rám a postavte
jej na nohách.
d) Vsuňte podpěrné držáky (D) do hlavního rámu jak je
uvedeno na obr. 3.
e) Upevňovacími-bodovými knoíky (J) zaxujte polohu
držáků (D) a podpěr – „T“ (E) zašroubováním do
příslušných otvorů.
f) Umístěte upevňovací lišty pily (F) k základně pily. Je
třeba dbát, aby držáky páky směřovaly k zadní části
pily (na opačné straně čepele), aby bylo možno
snadněji odmontovat pilu z rámu – obr. 4
g) Namontujte pilu na upevňovací lišty pomocí šroubů
(K) zasunutím zároveň do otvorů v lištách tak v
základně pily a poté jen lehce dotáhněte s použitím
ploché podložky (M), ochranné podložky (N) a matice
(L).
h) Pilu společně s lištami umístěte na hlavním rámu a poté
upevněte pomocí držáků pák, tak aby její spodní část
byla zaxována pod tyčemi rámu – obr. 7 + 8.
j) Vyvažte polohu pily k rámu posouváním pily po lištách
dopředu nebo dozadu a po nalezení optimální pozice
dotáhněte upevňovací šrouby na pile a lištách.
j) Skládání: Před složením stolu nejprve demontujte
z hlavního rámu pilu včetně lišt. Poté zasuňte držáky
podpěr do rámu na nejkratší polohu. Stiskněte každý
kolík nohy a složte je k hlavnímu rámu, až kolík
zapadne zpět v uzavřené poloze – obr. 9.
UPOZORNĚNÍ: upínací knoíky bodové slouží k zaxování
polohy podpěry a držáku během práce se zařízením.
d) Na rámu namontujte upevňovací lišty pily nejdříve ze
strany páky. Po namontování je zajistěte přesunutím
držáku páky směrem dolů (viz. názorný obrázek
vedle).
e) Pro namontování pokosové pily na rámu využijte v
sadě dodané šrouby včetně podložek a matic (šrouby
vkládejte odshora).
f) Páky upevňovacích lišt by měly směrovat dopředu pily
(pilového čepele).
UPOZORNĚNÍ: pokud se jedná o pokosové pily s
atypickým upínáním např. mají pouze 3 montážní
otvory nebo 4 upínací body, ale otvory na pravé nebo
levé straně jsou rovnoběžné, doporučujeme připravit
si speciální adaptér (např. z překližky 20 mm).

3.2. PŘÍPRAVA K PRÁCI
UMÍSTĚNÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ
Okolní teplota nesmí překročit 45°C a relativní vlhkost
nesmí překročit 85%. Zařízení používejte pouze na dobře
větraných místech. Zařízení udržujte v bezpečné vzdálenosti
od veškerých horkých povrchů. Zařízení vždy používejte na
rovnoměrném, stabilním, čistém a ohnivzdorném povrchu,
mimo dosah dětí a osob s omezenými psychickými,
smyslovými a duševními funkcemi.
MONTÁŽ ZAŘÍZENÍ
MSW-SSM-2500
a) Vyjměte hlavní rám a postavte jej nohama vzhůru,
poté rozložte nohy tak, aby jejich zajišťovací západky
zaklaply v otvorech. Postavte rám na nohy.
b) Zasuňte podpěrný držák do otvorů v rámu a zajistěte
jej pomocí upínacího bodového knoíku. Toto
zopakujte na druhém konci rámu.
c) V držácích namontuje podpěry – „T“ a pomocí
upínacího bodového knoíku je zajistěte.
3. ZÁSADY POUŽÍVÁNÍ
Výrobek je určen pro použití při obrábění předmětů
pokosovou pilou. Zařízení je určeno pouze pro domácí
použití!
Odpovědnost za veškeré škody vzniklé v důsledku
použití zařízení v rozporu s určením nese uživatel.
3.1. POPIS ZAŘÍZENÍ
UPOZORNĚNÍ: na obrázku je zobrazen model MSW-
SSM-200, ostatní podobné – zobrazená pokosová pila není
součásti sady, je zobrazena pouze názorně.
POZNÁMKA! I když zařízení bylo navrženo tak, aby
bylo bezpečné, tedy má vhodné bezpečnostní prvky,
tak i přes použití dodatečné ochrany uživatelem při
práci se zařízením nadále existuje malé riziko úrazu
nebo poranění. Doporučuje se zachovat opatrnost
a zdravý rozum při jeho používání.

3.3. ČIŠTĚNÍ A ÚDRŽBA
a) K čištění povrchu zařízení používejte výhradně
prostředky neobsahující žíravé látky.
b) Zařízení skladujte na suchém a chladném místě,
chráněném proti vlhkosti a přímému slunečnímu svitu.
c) Je zakázáno zařízení polévat vodou nebo je do vody
ponořovat.
d) Čistěte štětečkem a stlačeným vzduchem.
e) Pravidelně provádějte revize zařízení a kontrolujte,
zda je technicky způsobilé a není poškozeno.
f) K čištění nepoužívejte ostré ani kovové předměty
(například drátěný kartáč nebo kovovou obracečku),
protože mohou poškodit povrch materiálu, z něhož je
zařízení vyrobeno.
g) Zařízení nečistěte přípravky s kyselým pH,
dezinfekčními prostředky, ředidly, palivem, oleji nebo
jinými chemickými látkami, může to poškodit zařízení.

2.1. SÉCURITÉ AU POSTE DE TRAVAIL
a) Veillez à ce que votre poste de travail soit toujours

et la situation doit être rapportée à une personne
compétente.
c) En cas d’incertitude quant au fonctionnement correct
de l’appareil, contactez le service client du fabricant.
d) Seul le service du fabricant peut eectuer des
réparations. Ne tentez aucune réparation par vous-
même !
e) Conservez le manuel d’utilisation an de pouvoir
le consulter ultérieurement. En cas de cession de
l’appareil à un tiers, l’appareil doit impérativement
être accompagné du manuel d’utilisation.
f) Tenez les éléments d’emballage et les pièces de
xation de petit format hors de portée des enfants.
g) Lors de l’utilisation combinée de cet appareil avec
d’autres outils, respectez également les consignes se
rapportant à ces outils.
2.2. SÉCURITÉ DES PERSONNES
a) N'utilisez pas l'appareil lorsque vous êtes fatigué,
malade, sous l'eet de drogues ou de médicaments
et que cela pourrait altérer votre capacité à utiliser
l'appareil.
b) Cet appareil n'est pas conçu pour être utilisé par les
personnes dont les facultés physiques, sensorielles
ou mentales sont limitées (enfants y compris), ni par
des personnes sans expérience ou connaissances
adéquates, à moins qu'elles se trouvent sous
la supervision et la protection d'une personne
responsable ou qu'une telle personne leur ait transmis
des consignes appropriées en lien avec l'utilisation de
l’appareil.
c) Ne surestimez pas vos capacités. Adoptez toujours
une position de travail stable vous permettant de
garder l'équilibre. Vous aurez ainsi un meilleur
