Instalación y funcionamiento del filtro magnético / Installation and operation of the magnetic filter
Los filtros magneticos deben instalarse en
horizontal con el inserto magnético en la parte
inferior;la flecha de flujo impresa en el cuerpo del
filtro indica la dirección correcta del flujo del
líquido.
La tapa del cartucho magnético se sella mediante
una junta tórica en el tope y no requiere selladores
ni teflón; par de apriete máximo: 15 Nm.
Consejos para su instalación y mantenimiento:
•Asegúrese de que los dispositivos eléctricos
cercanos al filtro estén correctamente
conectados a tierra; la presencia de fugas
eléctricas parásitas puede causar daños y
roturas en las piezas de aleación de latón.
•Se recomienda no mantener el cartucho
magnético en contacto con dispositivos
electrónicos.
•La operación de inspección del cartucho debe
realizarse con la máxima atención. El montaje
y desmontaje de accesorios y cartuchos
siempre debe realizarse en ausencia de
presión residual dentro del filtro, aunque no es
necesario el desmontaje del cuerpo del filtro.
•Las operaciones de instalación y
mantenimiento deben ser realizadas por
personal calificado, utilizando herramientas
adecuadas; cumplir con los pares de apriete
máximos.
The magnetic filters should be installed horizontally
with the magnetic insert at the bottom; the flow
arrow printed on the filter body indicates the
correct direction of liquid flow.
The magnetic cartridge cover is sealed by an O-ring
at the stop and requires no sealers or Teflon;
maximum tightening torque: 15 Nm.
Tips for installation and maintenance:
•Make sure the electric devices near filter are
properly grounded; The presence of stray
electrical leaks can cause damage and breakage
to brass alloy parts.
•It is recommended not to keep the magnetic
cartridge in contact with electronic devices.
•The cartridge inspection operation must be
carried out with the utmost care. The assembly
and disassembly of accessories and cartridges
should always be carried out in the absence of
residual pressure inside the filter, it can do
without disassembly the body.
•Installation and maintenance operations must
be carried out by qualified personnel, using
appropriate tools; comply with the maximum
tightening torques.

Mantenimiento y limpieza / Maintenance and cleaning
Para inspección manual y limpieza (a realizar
anualmente) del tamiz y del cartucho magnético siga las
instrucciones a continuación:
Cerrar el flujo de líquido entrante y saliente; proceder
aflojando la tapa inferior con una llave de 27 mm en el
hexágono ubicado en la base; separe la tapa + bloque
de cartucho magnético de la cabeza del filtro y realizar
la limpieza manual.
For manual inspection and cleaning (to be done
annually) of the sieve and the magnetic cartridge
follow the instructions below:
Shut off incoming and outgoing liquid flow; proceed
by loosening the cap cover with a 27 mm open ended
wrench in the hexagon located at the base; Detach
the cap + magnetic cartridge block from the filter
head and perform manual cleaning.
Para limpiar el tamiz de acero inoxidable, si utiliza
herramientaso productos abrasivos, retire el sellado de
gomas en los extremos del cartucho, para evitar daños.
Reemplace cuidadosamente el cartucho dentro del vaso de
precipitados,alinee la cabeza y apriete la tapa del filtro
probado.
La tapa en el filtro es mecánica con una junta plana y no
requiere selladores ni teflón; par de apriete máximo 15
Nm.
El cartucho de magnético no necesita ser reemplazado y
mantiene la fuerza magnética en todo momento; se puede
limpiar el cartucho magnético para eliminar los depósitos
metálicos que contiene.
La instalación, el ajuste, el mantenimiento y cualquier otra
intervención deben ser realizados exclusivamente por
personal calificado.
To clean the stainless steel screen, if you use abrasive
tools or products, remove the rubber seal at the ends
of the cartridge, to avoid damage.
Carefully replace the cartridge inside the beaker, align
the head and tighten the filter cap.
The filter cap is mechanical with a flat gasket and
requires no sealants or Teflon; maximum tightening
torque 15 Nm.
The magnetic cartridge does not need to be replaced
and maintains the magnetic force at all times; The
magnetic cartridge can be cleaned to remove metal
deposits on it.
Installation, adjustment, maintenance and any other
intervention must be carried out exclusively by
qualified personnel.
