Wedge shaped Bed Lever
MF 3/1AS with safe rail divider
Our Bed Lever provides a stable support to assist a user geng into and out
of bed. When in bed the Bed Lever can be used to assist raising to a sing
posion or reposioning when lying.
Safety Precauons
To avoid possible head entrapment, posion the Bed Lever at least 320mm
(12.5”) away from both headboard and footboard with the Loop posioned
by the user’s elbow. Never place the lever near the head or shoulders of the
user.
Always ensure that the maress is as close as possible to the Bed Lever and
held in place with the cord and cleat. Any gap could allow the user to become
wedged in-between.
Installaon:
Slide the base of the Bed Lever under the maress of the bed. Posion the Bed Lever with the
doed area in g 1.
Ensure the Bed Lever is hard against the maress and held in place with a cord and cleat. g 2

Maintenance :
Check regularly for signs of wear or damage. Remove from use immediately if there
are signs of wear, damage or if the Handrail is excessively loose in the Bed Lever base.
Regularly check the cord and cleat are ght and the device is stable, correctly posioned and rmly ed.
Not suitable for use by children.
Suitable for domesc inner-sprung, divan and slat beds. Do not t this product to proling beds.

Cleaning
Wipe product clean with a so cloth moistened with soapy water. Ensure product is rinsed and dried fully before storage or reng.
Please check the suitability of the cleaning product before use. Do not use abrasive cleaners or cloths as these could permanently damage the
surface and invalidate any warranty.
To disinfect, wipe with a dilute bleach soluon, and rinse thoroughly with fresh water.
Parts replacement
All parts are available by faxing us at 0800 102 800. ( although replacing parts on this product has never been required.)
