Refreshing the Experience
TOOLS REQUIRED
• Phillips Driver (Recommended Magnetic)
• Needle Nose Pliers
• Clean Towels
PARTS REQUIRED
• WBL-96-060B-FRU Duckbill Valve Kit (16 pieces)
- - OR - -
• WBL-96-060-FRU(2pieces)
PREPARATION
1. Enter the Service Menu.
A. Menu screens are hidden and will require the
SERVICEpassword.Fromstartscreen,touchthe
three corners in the order shown to access the
password screen.
B. Enter password for SERVICE MENU and then press
ENTER.

2. Flush product lines.
A. Press SERVICE OUTPUTS.
B. Press CLEANING.
C. Place cup in dispense area.
D. Toggle the corresponding RINSE VALVE until only
water is dispensed into cup.
E. Remove cup and empty contents in store drain. Do
NOT pour down unit drain. Set cup aside.
3. Locate and set new duckbill valves aside. Verify new
duckbill valves are clear. Do NOT use white duckbill
valves.
NOTE: Old duckbill valves may be white or clear in color.
New duckbill valves MUST be clear.
WHITE VALVE CLEAR VALVE
4. Unlock and open the top door.
5. Open bottom door to access lower refrigeration cabinet.
6. Locate sanitation fitting with duckbill valves that need
to be replaced. Sanitation fittings are located below
corresponding product bin slots.
NOTE: Picture below shows product bin slot numbers.

REMOVE SANITATION FITTING
7. Push product latch down.
8. Place towels under sanitation fitting to collect syrup.
Pull product tray and bag out from cabinet and place in
refrigerated area.
NOTE: Excess liquid may backflow when removing product bag.
9. Remove two large screws.
10. Gently pull valve assembly forward to access the water
and product lines.
11. Carefully disconnect water and product lines from
assembly.
A. PressINonJohnGuestfittingthenpulllineaway
from fitting. Repeat for other line.
12.Set sanitation fitting aside.
13. Close refrigerated product cabinet door.
REPLACE DUCKBILL VALVES
14. Loosenone(1)screwandremovetwo(2)screwson
RIGHT side of sanitation fitting.
15. Pull assembly apart then pivot parts. Be careful not to
lose parts.
NOTE: There is a small plastic extrusion on one part of the
assembly that acts as a key
16. Note which direction the duckbill valve is installed.
17. Remove old duckbill valve.
18.Install new duckbill valve. Be sure it is installed in
correct direction. Be careful not to puncture new valve.
19. Put sanitation fitting assembly back together and
reinstall 3 screws.
20.Repeat process to replace duckbill valve for LEFT side of
sanitation fitting

REINSTALL SANITATION FITTING
21.Open lower refrigerated product door.
22.Reconnect water and product lines to valve assembly.
MakesuretofirmlypushtubingintoJohnGuestfittings
and then pull on tubing to secure connection.
23.PushSanitationFittingintoplaceandinstall2screwsin
sanitation fitting to secure to bin slot.
NOTE: Do NOT over tighten screws or sanitation fitting may
crack.
24.Reinstall product bin with product bag.
25.Connect product bag and snap plastic lever into place.
26.Remove towels.
27.Place clean towels under sanitation fitting with new
duckbill valves.
VERIFY OPERATION
28.Place empty cup into dispense area.
29.Totestnewduckbillvalves,flushtheproductlineby
operating corresponding CIP Valve.
A. Press BACK button to return to the SERVICE screen.
B. Press SERVICE OUTPUTS.
C. Press CLEANING.
D. Find the PRODUCT RINSE VALVE that corresponds
with the sanitation fitting and slide to ON position.
E. Repeat previous step as necessary until water flows
into cup in dispense area.
30. Open lower cabinet and inspect for leaks around
sanitation fitting with new duckbill valves. Repair leaks
if necessary.
31. Unlatch and remove product bin. Verify no backflow.
32.Reinstall product bin with product bag and press latch
into place.
33. Remove towels from refrigeration cabinet and close
lower refrigeration door.
34. Prime product line.
A. Press BACK button to return to the SERVICE screen.
B. Press INVENTORY.
C. Press INVENTORY SETUP.
D. Press corresponding Flavor Slot button.
E. Press PRIME.
F. Repeat pressing PRIME button until product flows
freely into cup in dispense area.
35. Close and lock top door.
36. Dispose cup in dispense area. Do NOT pour contents
into unit drain.
37. Make a drink to confirm operation.
38.Calibrate if needed.
