(1) General
Plug connector only under zero voltage (Insert / Remove).
The compact power supply unit is potted and suitable for harsh environmental conditions.
Only for use in pollution degree 2 environment (Controlled Environment).
(3) Features
[1] Input terminal:
3-pin 7/8" receptacle male with external threads.
To tighten the mating connector use Murrelektronik 7/8" 1.5 Nm torque wrench set AF 22:
Art. No.: 7000-99104-0000000 with correct 7/8" wrench.
[2] IO-Link terminal:
4-pin M12 receptacle male with external threads.
To tighten the mating connector use Murrelektronik M12 0.6 Nm torque wrench set AF 13:
Art. No.: 7000-99102-0000000.
[3] Output terminal:
5-pin 7/8" receptacle female with internal threads.
To tighten the mating connector use Murrelektronik 7/8" 1.5 Nm torque wrench set AF 22:
Art. No.: 7000-99104-0000000 with correct 7/8" wrench.
[4] DI/DO, LED is yellow / IO-Link, LED is blinking green.
[5] Input power OK, LED is green.
[6] Channel is selected when the LED is yellow.
[7] The channel selector switch. You can turn the output ON or OFF with this switch.
[8] Channel output is ON / LED is green.
- channel output load is 90% or more from setting current / blinking green LED.
- channel output is OFF / LED is red.
- overcurrent trip / LED is blinking red.
[9] 7-segment display shows the current limit value. When changing the current limit, the dot will
blink.
[10] Select / set switch.
(4) Functionality
Checking current limit:
Press select switch [10], channel U

has yellow LED ON [6] and 7-segment display show current
limit, press select switch [10] again and channel U

has yellow LED ON [6] and 7-segment
display show current limit. After checking limits, wait few seconds and channel LED [6] will go
OFF.
Adjusting the current limit:
REMARK!
Current setting only when outputs are in OFF mode (automatic).
1. Press select switch [10] for 3 seconds.
2. Both channels have yellow LED blinking [6].
3. Select the channel with the channel selector switch [7].
4. 7-segment display [9] shows the current value of the current channel and the dot in the display
is blinking.
5. Use select switch [10] to set current limit for selected channel (1A -> 2A -> 3A...).
6. After you have set current limit, press channel select switch [7] or wait few seconds.
7. To get the channel active, press the switch [7] and then channel output LED [8] will change
from red to green.
(5) Location
The power supply is cooled by natural convection. Protection degree of the housing is IP67.
Switch-Mode Power Supply for both inside and outside of the cabinet with 7/8’’ input-, 7/8’’ output
connector and M12 IO-Link connector.
(6) Mounting [11]
- front mounting with 6 x M4 screws.
- side mounting with 4 x M4 screws.
Vertical and horizontal mounting is possible. Not for direct sunlight.

The nominal current for one output is 8 A and the total current for both outputs is 10 A. If total
