SIM card:
Choosing the right SIM card
MyKi 4 works with 4G (LTE) technology. Make sure the
card is Nano SIM and has active voice and data ser-
vices. If the PIN code of the SIM card is active - it must
be deactivated before inserting it into the Watch. More

Make sure the Watch‘s battery is charged (if not -
charge the device). Unscrew the cap screw (note: with
the screwdriver provided). Carefully open the cover and
insert the Nano SIM card into the slot with the chip
facing up, according to the instructions (note: before
fig.1

inserting the Nano SIM card, make sure the watch is
switched off). Close the cover and tighten the screw. Af-
ter inserting the SIM card, turn on the Watch (by press-
ing and holding the SOS button). Wait for the Watch
to turn on and the connection sign/symbol to appear.
From the home screen of the watch, select the button
with the visualized QR code, then register the device in
the MyKi application.
Creating an Аccount
for the MyKi application
Skip this step if you already have an account.
• Scan the QR code from the box to download the MyKi
application.
• Install the MyKi app for Android, iOS or Huawei.
• Log in to the application and create an account by
following these steps:
1. Select the „Register“ button.
2. Enter your Email.
3. Enter Password.
4. Conrm the Password.
5. Read and conrm the Privacy Policy.
6. Read and conrm the Terms and Conditions.
7. Select the „Register“ button.
Add the MyKi 4 Watch to
the newly created account
1. You can add a device to the account from the home
screen of the application or from the Settings menu
-> add new device.
2. When adding a rst device to the account, it is nec-
essary to provide the following information about the
user of the application:
• Name
• Phone number
• Photo (optional)
The application will create a default SOS contact which,
after successfully adding the device to the application,
will be displayed on the home screen of the Watch.
Select the „Save“ button
3. Follow the steps in the application to prepare the de-
vice for registration or see the SIM card section writ-
ten above. Scan the QR code from the Watch screen.
4. Enter device information
• Select a photo of the device (optional)
• Enter a device name

• Enter a phone number for the device
• Select the „Save“ button
Agree to the processing of data provided by the device.
Add a second device
to an existing аccount
You can register a second MyKi 4 Watch to the same
account using the Settings -> Add New Device menu.
You can switch between devices using the arrow (drop-
down menu) at the top of the app‘s home screen.

Terms of Use
This safety leaet is applicable in accordance with
the User‘s Guide, which is part of the MyKi 4 watch
kit, hereinafter referred to as the „Watch“ or „Device“.
More information can be found on the ocial website
of MyKi™4 at: https://mykifamily.com/ By purchasing
MyKi™4 you agree to read the safety instructions and
follow them carefully to ensure the correct and safe use
of the Watch.
Personal data
Using the Watch requires registration in the mobile ap-
plication, for which personal data of the user and the
child can be collected (via the device) including, but
not limited to: name, email address, location, etc. By
activating the Device and registering in the application,
the user declares that he has read and agrees with the
Privacy Policy.
Alterco Robotics EOOD is not responsible for the col-
lection and processing of personal data performed
by the Internet and telecommunications providers for
whose services you are subscribed or whose SIM card
is installed in the Watch. Further information on the
processing of personal data can be found in the Priva-
cy Policy in the MyKi Application, available during its
installation and in the user‘s account.
Safe use
• Carry the Device only on your hand.
• Keep the Device away from pacemakers or other
medical devices.
• For best battery life, it is recommended to use it at a
temperature between 0°C and 40°C.
• Do not expose the Device to direct sunlight for a long

time. Do not expose the Device to open ames, do
not heat it.
• Do not throw the device, scratch, or drop it. The De-
vice is NOT stress-resistant.
• Always clean the Device with a clean, dry cloth. Do
not use any cleaning products or chemicals! Prepa-
rations can damage the Device!
• Do not expose the product to high pressure water. The
Watch is IP67 certied. The Device can last in calm
water for up to 30 minutes at a depth of up to 1 m.
The latter is valid with a tightly closed lid covering the
SIM card slot.
• Do not place the Device directly on sand (on the
beach, on the playground, etc.)
• In the event that your child breaks the Device, assem-
ble the parts and do not allow them to swallow any
of them. Small parts can cause suffocation or injury.
• Keep the Device away from your pets.
• Do not allow the Device to charge for more than 3
(three) hours. Always remove the charger from the
wall outlet after fully charging the Device battery.
• Do not allow children to charge the battery without
adult supervision.
• It is forbidden to charge the Device and / or plug a
USB cable into it while it is on hand! Like many other
electronic devices, the MyKi 4 generates heat during
charging.
• Do not connect faulty USB cables and chargers to
the Device.
• Do not open, strike, step on, or disassemble the De-
vice or its parts.
• While driving, don‘t get distracted with the Device or
mobile app! Driving is a priority!
• The product has not been tested for allergies. The De-
vice should not be used in case of allergy to plastic
and / or metal.
• Avoid contact with magnets.
• Do not disassemble or repair the Device yourself. If
necessary, take it to an authorized service center.
• Update the Watch application regularly when new
software versions appear!
Battery
The Device contains a battery with a capacity of 800
mAh. The battery of MyKi 4 is charged via a USB cable,
which is available in the box, at 5V, 0.5-1.5A.

• Fully charge the battery before using it for the rst
time or when the Watch has not been used for a long
time.
• Improper connection of the USB cable may damage
the Device.
• The MyKi 4 battery is not removable! Please do not
attempt to remove the battery yourself!
• To remove the battery, you need to contact authorized
service center.

Damages caused by improper use of the Device are not
covered by the legal guarantee and Alterco Robotics
EOOD is not liable for damages caused by improper
use.

Right of withdrawal
Тhe consumer who has purchased MyKi 4 may exercise
his/her rights under a sale contract, including right to
withdraw and guaranties, against the merchant from
whom the consumer have purchased the Device.

The Device has a 2 (two) year legal guarantee from the
date of purchase. Please keep this part of the leaet.
To exercise the rights under the legal guarantee, you
must present it together with the original invoice and/
or receipt certifying the purchase of the Device. The
provision of the legal guarantee is the responsibility of
the merchant from whom the Device was purchased.
All complaints in connection with the application of the
legal guarantee should be addressed to the Merchant
from whom the device was purchased.
The guarantee and post-guarantee service of the de-
vice is performed only by authorized services of Allter-
co or its partners.
Warranty claims may be rejected in all cases of improp-
er use or non-intended use, including, but not limited to:
• When the Watch has been repaired by an unautho-
rized service center or an unauthorized person;
• In the event of defects in the Watch or any of its
components, including the wristband, caused by im-
proper use, transport, installation, operation or stor-
age (overload, mechanical damage, shock, droping,
force exertion, exposure to temperature, humidity
and liquids or other factors outside the permissible
limits), use of the product for other purposes or in
a manner other than as described in this User and
Safety Guide.
• In case of use with defective or non-original char-
gers, cables, batteries, information carrier, including
SIM cards;
• In case of an attempt to replace or manipulate the
software;
• In case of differences between the data in the pur-
chase documents and the product, as well as in case
of suspicion of forgery of a document;
