■ 電池の処分は市町村によって処分方法が異なりますのでその指示に従って下さい。
■ 定期的に点検・校正をすることを推奨いたします。
● 充電器の電源プラグを抜くときは、電源コードを持たずに必ずアダプタ本体を持って抜いて下さい。
「感電やショートして発火する場合があります」
● 充電器はAC100～240V 50/60Hzでお使い下さい。
■ 汚れが付着した場合は、軟らかい布に中性洗剤を軽く塗布して拭き取って下さ い。
シンナー、アルコール､等の溶剤は使用しないで下さい。
■ 使用中に異常が発見された場合、直ちに使用を中止し販売店にご相談して下さい。
■ 本機をトルクレンチの使用目的以外で使用しないで下さい。
■ 長期間使用しないときは電池を外し、乾燥した場所に保管して下さい。
■ 電池を廃棄する場合＋及び－の電極端子部分にテープ等を貼り付け絶縁して処分して下さい。

注意
■ 交換ヘッドは機種ごとに定められた弊社純正のヘッドをご使用下さい。
異なるヘッドでは精度の保証が出来ませんのでご注意下さい。
■ 電源は水平状態で入れて下さい、ヘッド部に負荷が掛かった状態ではエラーになりますので負荷を外し再起動して下さい。

ご使用の前に、取扱説明書をよくお読みになって、本器の機能をご理解の上ご使用下さい。
● 湿気の多い場所や風雨にさらされる場所での使用はしないで下さい。

●プリンターＴＰＫ－３（オプション）を接続すればデータの記録、統計処理等が行えます。
●表示部にグラフィック有機ＥＬを採用していますので視認性に優れ暗い場所でも明瞭に読み取れます。
●電源には繰り返し使用できる高性能リチウムイオン電池を使用し屋外などの使用にも適しています。
●オートパワーオフ、データメモリ、測定モード切替など多才な機能を装備。
主な機能
●締め付けトルク、戻しトルク（緩めトルク）の測定がデジタル表示で確認できます。
●グラフモードを使用するとトルクに合わせバーグラフが追従し、視覚による管理が行えます。
●目標トルクを設定（プリセット）すると到達点が変化音で確認できます。

モードイメージ
① RUNモード トルクに追従した値をリアルタイムに表示します。
② PAモード トルクの最大値をホールドします。最初の最大値ホールドで完了します。
③ PBモード トルクの最大値を常にホールド、ホールド値を上回る値が入力されると値は順次更新されます。
数秒後に下図の初期画面になり使用可能となります。
例は電池容量が充分でモードはRUN、メモリに６データ記憶、トルク値は０．０を表しています。
本機は３種類の締め付け（測定）モードを装備しています、使用の目的に応じたモードを選択してご使用下さい。
使用方法
電源を入れてみましょう
電源マークのキーをメッセージが出るまで長押しして下さい。

ＭＯＤＥ項目でＲＵＮを選択して下さい。公差の設定は無効となります。
連続的にトルクを掛ける締め付けや測定に使用します。
バーモードやブザーモードと組み合わせると視覚、聴覚による使用が
可能となります。
② ＰＡ測定モード（ピークホールド）
トルクの最大値をホールドします。最初の最大値ホールドで完了します。
ホールドされている値はCLRキーでリセットできます。
急速なトルクダウン、例えばねじの緩めトルクの測定等に有効です。
管理値と公差をプリセットしておけば測定完了時に合否判定を行い
赤、青のLEDで表示します。

本器には各種機能設定が装備されています、使用目的に応じて設定して下さい。
設定画面は６ページに収められていて画面の切り替えはSETキーを押す毎に切り替わります。
FUNCキーを押せばいつでも初期画面に戻ります。

無操作状態が続くと自動的に電源を切ります。
KEY：キー操作を選択します、『１』を選択するとキー操作時に
ブザーを鳴らします。
YEAR：
MONTH：
プリセット値と連動し目的値の手前からブザーで近接をお知らせします。
音色は３種類有りますので適宜選択して下さい、『０』は無音です。
BAR：バー表示モードの選択、『１』で有効になります。詳細参照
ATPW：オートパワーオフの選択です、『１』を選択すると約３０分
次の締め付け（測定）で負荷が掛かると自動的にホールド値をリセット。
PAモードにのみ有効です。
ATMEM：測定値を自動的にメモリします。メモリは最大『1000』です。
PAモードにのみ有効です。
BZ：ブザーモードの選択『０』無効 『１』有効
設定は『７０～９９％』で数値が大きいほど感度が上がります。
PAモードにのみ有効です。
TOL：プリセット値の公差設定を行います。
設定は『０～±１０％』で『０』は判定しません。
PAモードにのみ有効です。
ATCL：ホールド値のクリアを自動で行います。
数値の変更は↑キー、桁の変更は→キーを使用します。
例は５０．０の設定になります。
機種毎による有効測定範囲が設定可能です。
設定が完了したらFUNCキーで初期画面に戻ります。
その他設定詳細
HOLD：ピークホールドとみなすトルクのダウン率を変更します。
可能となります。
プリセットモード詳細
目標トルクが決まっている場合、事前に値をプリセットしておけば視覚、聴覚による使用及び結果の合否判定が
容易に可能となります。合否判定はPAモードのみ有効でRUN／PBモードではご使用出来ません。
【プリセット設定の例】
プリセットモードに移行すると設定可能な数値が点滅します
③ ＰＢ測定モード（ピークホールド）
トルクの最大値を常にホールド、ホールド値を上回る値が入力されると更新されます。
ホールドされている値はCLRキーでリセットできます。
プリセット、公差の設定は出来ません。
連続的にピークが変化する測定等に有効です。
バーモードやブザーモードと組み合わせると視覚、聴覚による使用が

トルクに比例してバーグラフが段階的に負荷を表示します。
プリセット値及びブザーを設定すると視覚、聴覚により目的のトルク管理が容易になります。
表示のリセットはＣＬＲキーを押します。

Thank you very much for purchasing your DTC-REV series digital torque wrench.
Please read this operation manual carefully before using it, in order to understand your new wrench’s functions.
Keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.
Safe Operation
Caution! Instructions under this symbol involve the possibility of injury or property damage only.
Read the following instructions carefully before using your torque wrench, and be sure to observe them.
Warning! Instructions under this symbol involve the possibility of death or serious injury.
Warning!
● Do not use this wrench with a load exceeding the maximum load.
● Never disassemble, repair, or modify the product.
Doing so may result in injury due to fire or abnormal function.
● Do not use it in a place with high humidity or a place where it is subjected to wind and rain.
Doing so may result in electric shock, fire, failure, or deformation.
● Use the charger with a power voltage of AC 100-240 50/60Hz.
Use with a different supply voltage may cause fire or electric shock.
● Make sure to use the specified type of batteries. Charge batteries properly, using the specified apparatus.
Otherwise, fire, electric shock, or device failure may result.
● Store batteries in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated place.
Storing them in an undesirable place may cause fir or failure.
● Do not store batteries together with other metal products.
Contact with metal may result in short-circuit and cause heat generation, rupture, fire due to ignition or failure.
Doing so may result in breakage and injury due to flying parts.
● Do not use it with wet hands.
Doing so may result in injury due to electric shock.
● Do not use it near kerosene, gasoline, benzene, thinner, alcohol, or any other flammable material.
Doing so may result in explosion or fire.
●Do not damage the cord or plug of the charger; Do not fabricate, cut, place near a heat source, bend forcefully, twist,
pull, or roll it up, or put any heavy object on it.
Use of a damaged cord or plug may result in electric shock, short-circuit, or fire.
● When pulling out the plug of the charger, make sure to hold the adaptor, and not the cord.
Otherwise, electric shock or fire due to short-circuit may result.
Caution!
■Use our genuine replacement head specified for the type of your wrench.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the precision if a different head is used.
■ When turning on the power, keep the unit horizontal. If power is turned on with a load applied to the head section, you may
have an error. Remove the load and restart the unit.
■If any stain adheres to the product, use a soft cloth moistened with a small amount of neutral detergent to wipe it away.
Do not use thinner, alcohol, or any other solvent.
■If you find any malfunction during use, immediately stop using the wrench and contact your distributor.
■Use the DTC-NEXL only as a torque wrench, and not for any other purpose.
■When you will not use the product for a long time, remove the batteries and store the product in a dry place.
■ When disposing of a battery, adhere tape to the plus and minus electrode port sections for insulation.
■ Battery disposal method differs depending on municipalities. Follow their instructions for disposal.
■Regular inspection and calibration are recommended.

Representative Example
The reference line to apply force for correct torque.
Be sure to use the product's own ratchet head. If not, the precision cannot be guaranteed.
After inserting the battery, screw it until it stops lightly.
Use lithium-ion batteries. Always set a battery with the plus side in the back.
Connect to the printer. (The printer, TPK-3, and connection cable are options.)

Main Functions
●You can check measurement of tightening torque (CW) and loosening torque (CCW) with digital display.
●When the graph mode is used, a bar graph is displayed corresponding to the torque allowing you to control values visually.
●When the target torque is preset, the achieved point can be confirmed with change of sounds.
●If the preset values and tolerance are set, the pass/fail judgment appears on LED display.

② PA Mode The peak torque value is held. When the first peak value is held, the operation is completed.
③ PB Mode The peak torque value is always held. If any peak higher than the held value is entered, the value is
renewed sequentially.

How to Use DTC-REV
Let's turn on power.
Press and hold the power mark key until the message appears.
In several seconds, the following initial screen appears and DTC-REV is now ready for use.
The example shows the case that the battery capacity is sufficient, the mode is RUN, 6 data are stored in the memory
and the torque value is 0.0.
This device is equipped with three kinds of tightening (measuring) modes. Select and use the mode according to the purpose of use.

② PA Measurement Mode (Peak Hold)
The peak torque value is held. When the first peak value is held, the operation is completed.
The held value can be reset using CLR key.
Effective for measurement of sudden torque down such as screw
loosening torque.
If the target torque value and tolerance is preset, pass/fail judgement is made
upon completion of measurement and the results are indicated with LED lights.

In linkage with the preset value, informs proximity using the buzzer before
the target value.
There are three types of tones. Select appropriately.'0' indicates no sound.
BAR: Selection of the bar display mode. Selecting '1' makes the mode
effective. See the example display on the next page.
ATPW: Selection of Auto Power Off. When '1' is selected, the power is
automatically turned off if no operation status continues for approx. 30 minutes.
KEY: Key sounds. When '1' is selected, a buzzer sounds along with
key operations.

ATCL: Automatically clears the held value.
Automatically resets the held value when load is applied in the next
tightening (measurement).

ATMEM: Automatically stores the measured value in the memory. The

[Example of Preset Setting]
When you go to the preset mode, the configurable numeral value is flashing.
Change the numeral value using ↑key. Go to another digit by using →key.
(The example shows setting of 50.0.)
The setable range is 10 to 100% of the maximum range of DTC-REV.
When setting is completed, go back to the initial screen using FUNC key.
Details of Other Setting
HOLD: Changes the down rate of a torque deemed as the peak hold.
The setting range is '70 to 99 %.' The larger the numeral value is, the
higher the sensitivity is. The standard is 80.
The peak torque value is always held. If any peak higher than the held value is entered, the value is renewed.
The held value can be reset using CLR key.
Setting of preset and tolerance is unavailable.
Effective for measurement in which peaks change continuously.
If combined with the bar mode and/or the buzzer mode, audio and
visual use becomes available.
Details of Preset Mode
When the target torque value is preset in advance, pass/fail judgement of the results becomes easier to recognize on the
sound and the light. Pass/fail judgement is effective only for PA mode. It cannot be used in RUN/PB mode.
