Safety Precauons
Before using the machine
a. Read this owner’s manual carefully to understand how to operate this unit properly.
b. You should never use the product when under the inuence of alcohol,when suering from exhauson or lack of sleep ,when suering from drowsiness as
as a result of having taken cold medicine ,or at any other me when a possibility exists that your judgment might be impaired or that you might not be able
to operate the machine properly and in a safe manner .
c. Avoid running the engine indoors .The exhaust gases contain harmful carbon monoxide.
d. Never use the product under circumstances like those described below :
1. When the ground is slippery or when other condions exist which might make it not possible to maintain a steady posture .
2. At night ,at mes of heavy fog ,or at any other mes when you eld of vision might be limited and it would be dicult to gain a clear view of the area.
3. During rain storms ,during lightning storms ,at mes of strong or gale-force winds ,or at any other mes when weather condions might make it unsafe to
use this product.
e. When using this product for the rst me ,before beginning actual work ,learn to handling it from skilled worker .
f. Lack of sleep ,redness,or physical exhauson results in lower aenon spans ,and this in turn leads to accidents and injury. Limit the amount of me of
using the machine connuously to somewhere around 10 minutes per session ,and take 10-20 minutes of rest between work sessions . Also try to keep the
total amount of work performed in a single day under 2 hours or less.
g. Be sure to keep this manual handy so that you may refer to it later whenever any quesons arise .
h. Always be sure to include this manual when selling ,lending ,or otherwise transferring the ownership of this product .
i. Never allow children or anyone unable to fully understand the direcons given in this manual to use this product.

Warnings considering handling of fuel
a. The engine of this product is designed to run on a mixed fuel which contains highly ammable gasoline. Never store cans of fuel or rell the fuel tank in
any place where there is a boiler, stove, wood re, electrical sparks, welding sparks, or any other source of heat or re which might ignite the fuel.
b. Smoking while operang the product or relling its fuel tank is extremely dangerous. Always be sure to keep lit cigarees away from the product at all
mes.
c. When relling the tank always turn o the engine rst and take a careful look around to make sure that there are no sparks or open ames anywhere
nearby before refuelling.
d. If any fuel spillage occurs during refuelling, use a dry rag to wipe up spills before turning the engine back on again.
e. Aer refuelling, screw the fuel cap back ghtly onto the fuel tank and then carry the product to a spot 3m or more away from where it was refuelled
before turning on the engine.
Before Starng Engine
Check working place, the cung object and cung direcon. if there is obstacle, remove it. Never start cung unl you have a clear work area, secure foot-
ing and a planned retreat path from the falling tree.
Use cauon and keep bystanders and animals out of the working area whose diameter is 2.5 mes of cung object.
Inspect the machine for worn, loose, or damaged parts. Never operate the machine that is damaged, improperly adjusted, or is not completely and securely
assembled. Make sure that the saw chain stops moving when the throle control trigger is released.
When starng the engine
Always hold the machine rmly with both hands when the engine is running. Use a rm grip with thumb and ngers encircling the handles.
Keep all parts of your body away from the machine when the engine is running.
Before starng the engine ,make sure the saw chain is not contacng anything.
Addional warnings
Keep the handles dry, clean and free of oil or fuel mixture.
Never touch the muer, spark plug or other metallic parts of the engine while the engine is in operaon or immediately aer stopping the engine. Doing so
could result in serious burns or electrical shock.
Use extreme cauon when cung small size brush and saplings because slender material may catch the saw chain and be whipped toward you or pull you o
balance.
When cung a limb that is under tension, be alert for spring back so that you will not be struck when the tension in the wood bres is released.
Check the tree for dead branches that could fall during the felling operaon.
Always turn o the engine before seng it down .
Kickback safety precauons for chain saw users
Warning: Kickback may occur when the nose or p of the guide bar touches an object, or when the wood closes in and pinches the saw chain in the cut. Tip
contact in some cases may cause a lighng fast reverse reacon, kicking the guide bar up and back towards the operator. Pinching the saw chain along the
top of the guide bar may push the guide bar rapidly back towards the operator. Either of these reacons may cause you to lose control of the saw which
could result in serious personal injury.
Do not rely exclusively on the safety devices built into your saw. As a chain saw user you should take several steps to keep cung jobs free from accident or
injury.
(1) With a basic understanding of kickback you can reduce or eliminate the element of surprise. Sudden surprise contributes to accidents.
(2) Keep a good grip on the saw with both hands, the right hand on the rear handle, and the le hand on the front handle, when the engine is running. Use a
rm grip with thumbs and ngers encircling the chain saw handles. A rm grip will help you reduce kickback and maintain control of the saw.
(3) Make certain that the area in which you are cung is free from obstrucons. Do not let the nose of the guide bar contact a log, branch, or any other
obstrucon which could be hit while you are operang the saw.
(4) Cut a high engine speeds.
(5) Do not overreach or cut above shoulder height.
(6) Follow manufacturers sharpening and maintenance instrucons for saw chain.
(7) Only use replacement bar and chains specied by the manufacturer or the equivalent.

c. Never use the product when wearing pants with loose cus, when wearing sandals, or when barefoot.
Maintenance
In order to maintain your product in proper working order ,perform the maintenance and checking operaons described in the manual at regular intervals.
Always be sure to turn o the engine before performing any maintenance or checking procedures.
Warning: The metallic parts reach high temperatures immediately aer stopping the engine.
Leave all maintenance other than the items listed in the owner’s manual to your competent servicing dealer.
Transportaon
Always carry the unit with the engine stopped, the guide bar covered with the protector to the rare, and muer away from you body.
Assembly and main adjustments
WARNING! The product must be fully assembled before operaon! Do not use a product that is only partly assembled or assembled with damaged parts!
Follow the assembly instrucons step-by-step and use the pictures provided as a visual guide to easily assemble the product
Disconnect the spark plug connector (23) from the spark plug!
Always wear gloves during assembly!
Assemble the guide bar (7) and saw chain (6) before operaon.

Chain and guide bar
Use only guide bar (7) and saw chain (6) according to the technical data of the product.
WARNING! Always use a saw chain designed as “low-kickback” or a saw chain which meets the low-kickback requirements! A standard saw chain (a chain
which does not have the kickback reducing guard links) should only be used by an experienced professional operator!
Nevertheless, a low-kickback saw chain does not completely eliminated kickback! A low-kickback or “safety” chain should never be regarded as complete
protecon against injury! Therefore always use a low-kickback saw chain in conjuncon with other kickback protecon devices such as the front hand guard!
1. Place the product on a suitable at surface with the rear handle (1) facing upward.
WARNING! Before removing the cover (17), ensure the chain brake is disengaged. If in the engaged posion, pull the front hand guard (5) backwards unl it
‘clicks’ into posion, see secon “Product funcons – Chain brake”.
2. Loosen the retaining nut (10) with the multool (31) and remove it together with the cover (17).
3. Ensure the spiked bumper is properly xed to the product. Tighten the screws as necessary.
4. Place the slot in the guide bar (7) over the bolt (11). Ensure to t the guide bar (7) with the saw chain ‘cuer’ symbol at the top of the bar (Fig. 1).
5. Push the guide bar (7) to the le towards the drive sprocket (14) (behind the clutch (15) (Fig. 2).
WARNING! The direcon of the saw chain ‘cuers’ must be as indicated by the symbol and arrow on the guide bar!
6. Place the saw chain (6) over the drive sprocket (14) behind the clutch (15) and t around the guide bar (7). Make sure the chain is placed above the chain
catcher (13) (Fig. 3).
7. The saw chain movement is as indicated by the arrow (Fig. 4). Make sure the chain is properly placed over the sprocket wheel (8) of the guide bar (7).
8. Pull the guide bar (7) carefully towards the right to ghten the saw chain (6) (Fig. 5).
9. Ret the cover (17). If necessary adjust the tension pin (16a) by turning the tension screw (16) with the multool (31) in or out unl it reaches a posion
where the pin can be inserted into the lower hole on the guide bar (7) (Fig. 6).
10. Secure the cover with the retaining nut (10)(Fig. 7).
NOTE: Fix the nut nger ght only at this stage. The chain tension cannot be adjusted with the retaining nut ghtened - it must be loosened rst.
NOTE: The saw chain (6) has not yet been tensioned. Tension the chain as described under “Saw chain tensioning”. Aer operang the product for approxi-
mately one hour, adjust the chain tension again.
Saw chain tensioning
Always check the saw chain tension before use, aer the rst cuts and regularly during use, approx. every ve cuts. Upon inial operaon, new chains can
lengthen considerably. This
is normal during the break-in period and the interval between future adjustments will lengthen quickly.
WARNING! Disconnect the spark plug connector before adjusng saw chain tension!
The cung edges of the saw chain are sharp! Always wear protecve gloves when handling chain!
Always maintain proper chain tension! A loose chain increases the risk of kickback! A loose chain may jump out of the guide bar groove! This may injure the
operator and damage the chain! A loose chain will cause rapid wear to the chain, guide bar and sprocket!
Tensioning the chain too ghtly will overload the motor and cause damage, and insucient tension can cause chain derailing, whereas a correctly ghtened
chain provides the best cung characteriscs and prolonged working life! The chain life mainly depends upon sucient lubricaon and correct tensioning!
NOTE: The chain tension can not be adjusted with the retaining nut ghtened - they must be loosened rst.
1. Li up the p of the guide bar (7) and keep it there as you adjust the tension (Fig. 8).
2. Turn the tension screw (16) unl the chain ‘e straps’ are just touching the boom edge of the guide bar (7) (Fig. 9, 10).
3. Li up the p of the guide bar (7) and ghten the retaining nut (10).
4. Pull the saw chain (6) along the top of the guide bar (7) by hand from one end to the other, several mes. The chain should feel ght but sll move freely.
Tension test
1. Check the chain tension using one hand
to li the saw chain (6) against the weight
of the product. The correct chain tension is achieved when the saw chain can be lied by approximately 2 - 4 mm from the guide bar (7) in the centre (Fig.
11, 12).
2. Adjust the tension if you nd that the chain saw is too loose or ght.
Chain lubricaon
WARNING! The product is not lled with chain oil. It is essenal to ll the product with chain oil before using it! Never operate the product without chain oil
as this will result in extensive damage to the product!
Operang the saw chain dry or with too lile chain oil will decrease cung eciency, shorten the product life span and cause rapid wear to the saw chain
and guide bar from overheang!
Insucient chain oil is evident by smoke or bar discolouraon! Adequate lubricaon of the saw chain during cung operaons is essenal to minimise
fricon with the guide bar!
1. Place the product on a stable, level surface with the oil tank cap (26) facing upward. We recommend laying a non-ammable sheet under the product.
2. Unscrew and remove the oil tank cap (26) (Fig. 13).
3. Fill suitable lubricant into the tank using an oil funnel ed with a lter to avoid debris entering the tank. Do not overll and leave approximately 5 mm of
space between the top of the oil and the inside edge of the tank to allow for expansion (Fig. 14)
NOTE: Use a special type chainsaw chain lubricant all year round.
NOTE: Towards the end of the season, it is advisable to put only as much lubricant in the tank as you need for each cut, so that it is completely used up
before you store the product.
4. Wipe up spilled lubricant with a so cloth and ret the oil tank cap (26). Use the multool (31) to ghten the cap (26) properly.
Checking
NOTE: Perform the following test before operang your product.
This product is equipped with an automac oiling system! The oiling system automacally delivers the proper amount of oil to the bar and chain!
Checking the lubricaon requires starng the engine. Before checking, the product must be fully assembled and all instrucons must have been read.

1. Make sure the guide bar (7) and the saw chain (6) are in place when you check the oil delivery.
2. Start the engine; keep it running at medium power and check if the chain oil is delivered as shown in the gure (Fig. 15).
3. Adjust the chain oil ow turning the on the adjustment screw (25) of the oiler on the boom of the product using the screwdriver (32) (Fig.16).
Fuel
WARNING! This product is not supplied with fuel-oil mixture in the engine! Before operang this product it is essenal to ll it with fuel-oil mixture!
This product is equipped with a 2-stroke engine, the fuel and oil tank are combined and it is essenal to ll a fuel-oil mixture before operang this product.
Observe the technical specicaons for suitable fuel and engine oil.
WARNING! Fuel and oil are highly inammable! Fumes will explode if lit! Ensure that there are no naked ames around the product! Do not smoke while
lling fuel and oil!
1. Place the product on a stable, level surface with the fuel tank cap (27) facing upward. We recommend laying a non-ammable sheet under the product.
2. Mix a regular-grade unleaded gasoline 95 and a quality engine oil for air cooled 2 stroke engines in a suitable container (Fig. 17).
NOTE: Use an anti-oxidant added quality oil expressly labelled for air-cooled 2 stroke engine use (JASO FC GRADE OIL or ISO EGC GRADE). Do not use BIA
or TWC (2 stroke water-cooling type) mixed oil. Add 30ml of oil for each litre of unleaded 95 octane gasoline.
NOTE: Never mix fuel and oil directly in the tank of the product.
3. Unscrew and remove the fuel tank cap (27).
4. Fill correctly mixed fuel/oil into the tank using a fuel funnel ed with a lter to avoid debris entering the tank. Do not overll and leave approximately 5
mm of space between the top of the fuel and the inside edge of the tank to allow for expansion (Fig. 18).
5. Avoid spilling and overlling the tanks.
NOTE: Fuel and oil deteriorate over me. It may be dicult to start the engine if you use fuel which has been kept for more than 30 days.
Towards the end of the season, it is advisable to put only as much fuel in the tank as
you need for each use, since it should be completely used up before storing the product. Empty remaining fuel from the tank when storing the product for
over 30 days
6. Wipe up spilled lubricant with a so cloth and ret the fuel tank cap (27). Use the multool (31) to ghten the cap (27) properly (Fig. 19).
NOTE: Always dispose of fuel, used oil and objects contaminated with them in accordance with local regulaons.
Intended Use
The product is intended for cung logs and limbs.
The product may only be used with the guide bar/saw chain combinaon stated within these instrucons. The use of other types or sizes is not allowed.
This product is intended for private domesc use only, not for any commercial trade use. It must not be used for any purposes other than those described.
Primer
Press the primer (28) when starng the product with a cold engine. Do not press the primer for the warm start.
Recoil starter handle
The recoil starter handle (24) is posioned at the side of the engine.
WARNING! Never twist the starter cord around your hand! Only pull on the handle!
WARNING! Do not suddenly release the recoil starter handle! Allow the rope to return slowly and in a controlled manner each me it is pulled! Do not pull
out the recoil starter beyond the red colour band at the end of the recoil starter!
Chain brake
The chain brake is a safety mechanism acvated by the front hand guard (5). When kickback occurs, the saw chain stops immediately.
The chain brake in the disengaged posion, the product can be operated (Fig. 20).
The chain brake in the engaged posion, the saw chain is stopped as soon as the chain brake is acvated (Fig. 21).
Chain brake test – manual chain brake
The following funcon check should be carried out before each use. The purpose of the chain brake tesng is to reduce the possibility of injury due to kick-
back.
1. Start the product as described below.
2. Press the throle interlock (2), then fully press the throle trigger (3) with your index nger and hold in this posion.
3. While the engine is running, acvate the chain brake by rolling your le hand forward against the front hand guard (5). Saw chain (6) and engine should
stop immediately.
WARNING! If the saw chain and engine fail to stop when the chain brake is engaged, take the product to the nearest authorised dealer or service centre! Do
not use the product if the chain brake is not in working properly!
WARNING! The front hand guard should not be used for starng and stopping the product during normal operaon!
Chain brake test – non-manual chain brake
WARNING! When checking the operaon of the non-manual chain brake, use a so surface substance like wood to provide the impact so the saw chain is not
damaged!
The non-manual chain brake stops the operaon of the saw chain in such a manner that the kickback acon produced at the end of the guide bar non-manu-
ally actuates the chain brake.
To make sure that the non-manual chain brake operates properly, proceed as follows:
1. Stop the engine of the product.
2. Operate the front and rear handles with hands (grip them lightly), so that the guide bar may be placed at the height of about 55 cm (Fig. 22).
3. Soly detach the le hand from the front handle, and touch the end of the guide bar against the wood or the like placed below so that the product re-
ceives an impact (at this me the rear handle should be gripped lightly with right hand).
4. The impact is transferred to the brake lever, which actuates the chain brake.

Chain speed
NOTE: Perform the following test before operang your product.
Start the product as described below and keep it in idle speed. The saw chain (6) must not move when the engine is running idle.
WARNING! If the saw chain shows any signs of moving, stop the engine immediately! Wait for all moving parts to stop! Contact a qualied specialist to re-ad-
just idling speed!
General operaon
1. Check the product, as well as accessories for damage before each use. Do not use the product if it is damaged or shows wear.
2. Double check that accessories and the guide bar/saw chain are properly xed.
3. Check the fuel and chain oil level, rell if necessary.
4. Always hold the product by its handles. Keep the handles dry and free from lubricaon to ensure safe support.
5. Ensure that the air vents are always unobstructed and clear. Clean them if necessary with a so brush. Blocked air vents may lead to overheang and
damage the product.
6. Switch the product o immediately if you
are disturbed while working by other people entering the working area. Always let the product come to complete stop before pung it down.
7. Do not overwork yourself. Take regular breaks to ensure you can concentrate on the work and have full control over the product.
Cold start
1. Make sure the chain brake is engaged (see above).
2. Ensure the saw chain (6) does not come into contact with anything before starng the engine.
3. Set the ignion switch (4) to its “I” posion (on posion) (Fig. 23).
4. Press the primer (28) unl the bubble is completely lled with fuel (5-8 mes). Pull the choke knob (19) to the start posion (closed posion) (Fig.24).
5. Hold the product securely to the ground. Place your le hand on the front handle (29) and hold the rear end of rear handle with your right knee. Then pull
the starter handle (24) vigorously 3 to 4 mes. Do not start the engine while handling the product with one hand (Fig. 25).
WARNING! Allow the rope to return slowly and in a controlled manner each me it is pulled! Do not pull out the recoil starter beyond the red colour band at
the end of the recoil starter!
6. When you hear several strokes (the engine has ignited), squeeze the throle interlock and throle lever. Pull the starter handle again unl the engine
starts.
NOTE: When you squeeze the throle interlock (2) and throle trigger (4 ) the choke knob (19) will return to the operang posion.
7. Disengage the chain brake.
8. Squeeze the throle interlock and throle trigger. The saw chain runs.
9. Let the product run in idle for 10 to 15 seconds to let it warm up.
10. Push the front hand guard (5) to check if the chain brake works properly. Then disengage the chain brake.
11. Grip the product with both hands, le hand holding the front handle (29) (do not hold the front hand guard) and the right hand holding the rear handle
(1).
Warm start
1. Make sure the chain brake is engaged (see above).
2. Ensure the saw chain (6) does not come into contact with anything before starng the engine.
3. Set the ignion switch (4) to its “I” posion (on posion) (Fig. 26).
4. Leave the choke knob (19) in its opened posion and do not prime (Fig. 27).
5. Hold the product securely to the ground. Place your le hand on the front handle (29) and hold the rear end of rear handle with your right knee. Then pull
the starter handle (24) vigorously 3 to 4 mes. Do not start the engine while handling the product with one hand (Fig. 28).
WARNING! Allow the rope to return slowly and in a controlled manner each me it is pulled! Do not pull out the recoil starter beyond the red colour band at
the end of the recoil starter!
6. When you hear several strokes (the engine has ignited), squeeze the throle interlock and throle lever. Pull the starter handle again unl the engine
starts.
NOTE: When you squeeze the throle interlock (2) and throle trigger (3) the choke knob (19) will return to the operang posion.
7. Disengage the chain brake.
8. Squeeze the throle interlock and throle trigger. The saw chain runs.
9. Let the product run in idle for 10 to 15 seconds to let it warm up.
10. Push the front hand guard (5) to check if the chain brake works properly. Then disengage the chain brake.
11. Grip the product with both hands, le hand holding the front handle (29) (do not hold the front hand guard) and the right hand holding the rear handle
(1).
Stopping the chainsaw
1. Release the throle trigger (3) and let the product run in idle for a while.
2. Set the ignion switch (4) to its lower posion “O” (o posion) (Fig. 29).
WARNING! The product will connue to work for some me even aer the engine has been switched o! Wait unl it comes to a complete stop before you
put the product down!
Basic operang/cung procedure
1. To become procient aend a recognised chain saw training course to learn how to operate chain saws safely and eecvely. Familiarise yourself with all
the controls and switches. Pracse all movements with the product switched o.
2. Always hold the product rmly with both hands. Front handle (29) with the le hand and rear handle (1) with the right hand. Fully grip both handles at all
mes during operaon. Never operate the product using only one hand.
3. Only use the product with a secure stance. Hold the product at the right-hand side of your body (Fig. 30).
4. Check the proper lubricaon as described
in secon “Before you start - Chain lubricaon” before performing any cut.
5. Ensure the saw chain (6) is running at full speed before it makes contact with the wood. Use the spiked bumper to secure the product onto the wood
before starng to cut and use it as a leverage point while cung (Fig. 31).

6. Reset the spiked bumper at a low point when cung thicker logs by pulling the product slightly backwards unl the gripping teeth release, and reposion
at lower level to connue sawing. Do not remove the product completely from the wood.
7. Do not force the saw chain while cung, let the chain do the work, using the gripping teeth to apply minimal leverage pressure.
8. Do not operate the product with arms fully extended or aempt to saw areas which are
dicult to reach, or on a ladder. Never use the product above shoulder height (Fig. 32).
9. Opmum sawing is achieved if the chain speed remains constant during cung.
10. Be careful when reaching the end of the
cut. The weight of the product may change unexpectedly as it cuts free from the wood. This can cause accidents to the legs and feet. Always remove the
product from a wood cut while the product is running.
11. Check that the oil feed to the chain is operang correctly; run the chain saw at medium speed and ensure that the chain has received a consistent coang
of oil.
Kickback
WARNING! Beware of kickback! Kickback can lead to dangerous loss of control of the product and result in serious or fatal injury to the operator or anyone
standing close by! Always be alert because rotaonal kickback and pinch kickback are major product operaonal dangers and the leading cause of most
accidents!!
Kickback may occur if the nose or p of the guide bar touches an object, or if wood pinches the saw chain in the cut.
In some cases, contact with the p of the guide bar (7) may cause a lightning-fast reverse reacon, kicking the guide bar up and back toward the operator
(Figs. 33 - 35).
1. Pinching the saw chain (6) along the boom of the guide bar (7) may pull the product forward away from the operator (“skang”) (Fig. 36).
2. Pinching the saw chain (6) along the top of the guide bar (7) may push the guide bar rapidly back toward the operator (“bouncing”) (Fig. 37).
3. Any of these reacons may cause losing control of the product, which could result in serious personal injury or even death.
4. With a basic understanding of ‘kickback’, the element of surprise can be reduced or eliminated. Sudden surprise contributes to the majority of accidents.
5. Keep a good rm grip on the product with both hands, the right hand on the rear handle (1) and the le hand on the front handle (29), when the engine
is running. Maintain a rm grip with your thumbs and ngers encircling the handles. A rm grip will help you reduce ‘kickback’ and maintain control of the
product.
6. You should carefully read all safety warnings and user instrucons before aempng to operate this product.
To avoid kickback:
• Saw with guide bar at a at angle.
• Never work with a loose, widely stretched or the heavily worn out chain.
• Ensure chain is sharpened correctly.
• Never saw above shoulder height.
• Never work with the p of the guide bar.
• Always hold the product rmly with both hands.
• Always use a low kickback chain.
• Apply the metal gripping teeth for leverage.
• Ensure correct chain tension.
• Do only cut with the engine at high speeds.
• Do not let the nose of the guide bar contact a log, branch, or any other obstrucon which could be hit while you are operang the product.
• Follow manufacturer’s sharpening and maintenance instrucons for the saw chain.
• Only use replacement guide bars and saw chains specied by the manufacturer or equivalent replacements.
WARNING! Most ‘kickback’ accidents happen during limbing! Pay close aenon to the posion of the ‘kickback’ zone of the bar when you are ‘limbing’
branches that are under tension.
Aer use

Switch the product off and let it cool down.

General cleaning
1. Clean the product with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap. Use a brush for areas that are hard to reach.
2. In parcular clean the air vents (18) aer every use with a cloth and brush.
3. Remove stubborn dirt with high pressure air (max. 3 bar).
NOTE: Do not use chemical, alkaline, abrasive or other aggressive detergents or disinfectants to clean this product as they might be harmful to its surfaces.
4. Check for worn or damaged parts. Replace worn parts as necessary or contact an authorised service centre for repair before using the product again.

Chain catcher
Replace a damaged or worn chain catcher with a new one of the same type.
1. Loosen the screw (Fig. 52, A) and remove it together with the chain catcher (13).
2. Fix a new chain catcher to the product.
Sprocket wheel
NOTE: It is not necessary to remove the saw chain (6) to lubricate the sprocket. Lubricaon can be done on the job.
1. Clean the sprocket wheel (8).
2. Using a disposable lube gun, insert the needle nose into the lubricaon hole (Fig. 53, A) and inject grease unl it appears at the outside edge of the sprock-
et (Fig. 53).
3. Make sure that the chain brake is disengaged.
Rotate the saw chain (6) by hand. Repeat the lubricaon procedure unl the enre sprocket has been greased.
Guide bar and saw chain maintenance
Most guide bar problems can be prevented merely by keeping the product well maintained. Incorrect ling and non-standard cuer and depth gauge sengs
are the causes of most guide bar problems, primarily resulng in uneven bar wear. As the bar wears unevenly, the rails widen, which may cause the chain to
claer and make it dicult to complete straight cuts.
If the guide bar is insuciently lubricated and the product is operated with a saw chain which is too ght, this will contribute to rapid bar wear. To help mini-
mise bar wear, maintenance of the guide bar as well as the saw chain is recommended.
1. Disassemble the guide bar and saw chain in reversed order from assembly.
2. Check the oiling port (12) for clogging and clean if necessary to ensure proper lubricaon of the guide bar and saw chain during operaon. Use a so wire
small enough to insert into the oil discharge hole (Fig. 54).
NOTE: The condion of the oil passages can be easily checked. If the passages are clear, the chain will automacally give o a spray of oil within seconds of
the product starng. Your product is equipped with an automac oiling system.
3. Check the drive sprocket. If it is worn or damaged due to strain, have it replaced by an authorised service agent.
4. Clear residue from the rails on the guide bar (7) using a screwdriver, puy knife, wire brush or other similar tool. This will keep the oil passages open to
provide proper lubricaon to the bar (7) and saw chain (6) (Fig. 55).
5. Check the guide bar ‘rail’ for wear: Hold a ruler (straight edge) against the side of the guide bar and ‘cuer side plates’. If there is a gap between the
ruler and guide bar the guide bar ‘rail’ is normal. If there is no gap (ruler ush against the side of the guide bar) the guide bar ‘rail’ is worn and needs to be
replaced with a new one of the same type (Fig. 56).
6. Turn the guide bar 180° to allow even wear, thereby extending the life span of the guide bar (7).
7. Check the saw chain for possible wear and damages. Replace it with a new one if required. Experienced user can sharpen a dull saw chain (see secon
“Saw chain sharpening” below).
8. Ret the saw chain (6) and the guide bar (7) as described under “Assembly”.

Air lter
Inspect the air lter (21) regularly. Clean or replace it with a new one if necessary.
1. Loosen the xaon screw (20a) and remove the air lter cover (20) (Fig. 60).
2. Remove the air lter (21) (Fig. 60).
3. Tap the lter (21) on a stable surface to remove dust. Use compressed air (max. 3 bar) to remove stubborn dust.
4. Ret the lter, aach the xaon cover and air lter cover (20) and secure it with the xaon screw (20a).
Spark plug
Inspect the spark plug every 25 hours or prior to long-term storage over 30 days if the use has not been this high. Clean or replace with a new spark plug if
necessary.
1. Remove the air lter cover (20) as described. Disconnect the spark plug connector (23) (Fig. 61).
2. Use the multool (31) to loosen and remove the spark plug (Fig. 62).
3. Check the spark plug for damage and wear. The colour of the electrode should be light-brown coloured.
4. Remove debris from the electrode with a
so wired brush; avoid heavy cleaning of the electrode.
5. Dry the spark plug with a so cloth if it is wet from fuel.
6. Check the spark plug gap. It should be 0.6 – 0.7 mm (Fig. 63).
7. Replace with a new spark plug if either the electrode or the insulaon is damaged.
8. When replacing the spark plug, rst screw it in hand ght and then lightly ghten it with the multool (31).
WARNING! Do not over-ghten the spark plug to avoid any damage!
9. Aach the air lter cover (20) and secure it with the xaon screw (20a).
Fuel tank
1. Empty the fuel tank when storing the product over 30 days to prevent the fuel deteriorang.
2. Unscrew and remove the fuel tank cap (27) and use a proper fuel pump to empty the fuel into a suitable container.
Fuel lter
The fuel tank of this product is ed with a lter located at the free end of the fuel pipe. If it be necessary to clean or replace the fuel lter, please contact an
authorised service centre or a similarly qualied person.
Carbureor
The carbureor is pre-set by the manufacturer. Should it be necessary to make any changes please contact an authorised service centre or a similarly quali-
ed person. Do not aempt to make any adjustments by yourself.
Silencer
If it be necessary to modify or replace the silencer, please contact an authorised service centre or a similarly qualied person.
Repair
This product does not contain any parts that can be repaired by the consumer. Contact an authorised service centre or a similarly qualied person to have it
checked and repaired.
Storage
1. Clean the product as described above.
2. Aach transportaon guards, if applicable.
3. Store the product and its accessories in a dry, frost-free, well-venlated place.
4. Always store the product in a place that
is inaccessible to children. The ideal storage temperature is between 10 and 30°C.
5. Store the product in its bag or cover it with a suitable cloth to protect it against dust.
6. Empty the tank(s) if you are not going to use the product for an extended period of me (more than 3 months) and before storing it for the winter.
Transportaon
1. Switch the product o and disconnect the spark plug connector before transporng it anywhere.
2. Aach transportaon guards, if applicable.
3. Always carry the product by its handle. You can also use the bag for transportaon.
4. Protect the product from any heavy impact or strong vibraons which may occur during transportaon in vehicles.
5. Secure the product to prevent it from slipping or falling over, loss of fuel, damage and injury.
Troubleshoong
Suspected malfuncons are oen due to causes that the users can x themselves. Therefore check the product using this secon. In most cases the problem
can be solved quickly.

Recycling and Disposal
1. Waste products should not be disposed of with household waste. Please recycle where facilies exist. Check with your Local Authority or local store for

Οδηγίες ασφαλούς χρήσης
Προτού θέσετε σε λειτουργία το μηχάνημα
A. Διαβάστε καλά τις οδηγίες χρήσης του μηχανήματος πριν το χρησιμοποιήσετε.
B. Μην χρησιμοποιείτε το αλυσοπρίονο εάν βρίσκεστε υπό την επήρεια αλκοόλ, εθιστικών ουσιών ή φαρμάκων και εάν δεν βρίσκεστε σε καλή κατάσταση
υγείας ή έχει επέλθει κόπωση.
C. Μην θέτετε σε λειτουργία το πριόνι σε κλειστούς χώρους. Τα καυσαέρια περιέχουν δηλητηριώδης ουσίες.
D. Μην χρησιμοποιείτε το μηχάνημα κάτω από τις συνθήκες που περιγράφονται παρακάτω:
• Όταν το έδαφος είναι ολισθηρό ή όταν υπάρχουν άλλοι παράγοντες οι οποίοι ενδεχομένως να δημιουργήσουν προβλήματα την ισορροπία του χειριστή.

Προειδοποιήσεις σχετικά με τον χειρισμό των καυσίμων
Ο κινητήρας του μηχανήματος είναι σχεδιασμένος για να λειτουργεί με μείγμα καυσίμου που περιέχει πολύ εύφλεκτη βενζίνη. Μην αποθηκεύετε τα δοχεία
και μην πραγματοποιείτε ανεφοδιασμό καυσίμου σε χώρους όπου υπάρχουν εύφλεκτα υλικά ή πηγές θερμότητας (φλόγες, σπίθες κλπ).
ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ
Σε περίπτωση ανάφλεξης των καυσίμων εξουδετερώστε την πυρκαγιά χρησιμοποιώντας έναν πυροσβεστήρα ξηράς σκόνης.
Πριν την εκκίνηση
Ελέγξτε τον χώρο εργασίας, το τεμάχιο εργασίας και την κατεύθυνση κοπής. Εάν υπάρχουν εμπόδια αφαιρέστε τα.
Μην ξεκινήσετε την κοπή εάν ο χώρος εργασίας δεν είναι καθαρός, εάν δεν έχετε σταθερή στάση του σώματος και εάν δεν έχετε σχεδιάσει ένα δρόμο
διαφυγής από το σημείο εργασίας.
Δώστε προσοχή σε περίπτωση που βρίσκονται και άλλα άτομα κοντά στο χώρο εργασίας. Επιβεβαιώστε ότι βρίσκονται σε απόσταση τουλάχιστον 2,5 φορές
μεγαλύτερη από το αντικείμενο κοπής.
Ελέγξτε το μηχάνημα για ενδείξεις φθοράς και μέρη που παρουσιάζουν κάποιο πρόβλημα. Μην θέτετε το μηχάνημα σε λειτουργία εάν παρουσιάζει κάποιο
πρόβλημα, αν δεν είναι σωστά ρυθμισμένο ή εάν δεν έχει συναρμολογηθεί σωστά. Σιγουρευτείτε ότι η αλυσίδα σταματά να περιστρέφεται όταν απελευ-
θερώνετε την σκανδάλη τροφοδοσίας (γκάζι).
Κατά την εκκίνηση
Κρατάτε το πριόνι σταθερά και με τα δυο σας χέρια όταν κατά την διάρκεια λειτουργίας του.
Κρατήστε το αλυσοπρίονο μακριά από το σώμα σας κατά την διάρκεια λειτουργίας του. Πριν εκκινήσετε το αλυσοπρίονο σιγουρευτείτε ότι δεν βρίσκεται
σε επαφή με κάποια επιφάνεια.
Σημαντικές συμβουλές ασφαλείας
Διατηρήστε τις λαβές καθαρές και στεγνές.
Μην ακουμπάτε την εξάτμιση ή άλλα εξαρτήματα του μηχανήματος ενώ αυτό βρίσκεται σε λειτουργία για να αποφύγετε τον κίνδυνο εγκαύματος. Δώστε
μεγάλη προσοχή όταν κόβετε μικρά ξύλα και θάμνους καθώς δημιουργείται ο κίνδυνος να εκτοξευτούν προς το μέρος σας μικρά τμήματα του υλικού κοπής
και να σας κάνουν να χάσετε την ισορροπία σας.
Όταν κόβετε ένα ξύλο που βρίσκεται υπό τάση προσέξτε μην χτυπηθείτε μετά την απελευθέρωσή του κατά την κοπή του.
Ελέγξτε για ξεραμένα κλαδιά ή δέντρα τα οποία μπορεί να πέσουν και να σας τραυματίσουν. Σταματήστε το μηχάνημα προτού το αφήσετε κάτω.
Ασφάλεια κατά της ανάκρουσης
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ ΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΣ! Η ανάκρουση μπορεί να προκύψει όταν η μύτη της λάμας του πριονιού ακουμπήσει πάνω σε ένα αντικείμενο η όταν το ξύλο εγκλωβί-
σει την λάμα και εμποδίζει την λειτουργία του μηχανήματος. Η στιγμή της επαφής της μύτης της λάμας γίνεται σε κλάσματα δευτερολέπτων και η ανάκρου-
ση που δημιουργείται μπορεί να τραυματίσει σοβαρά τον χειριστή.
1. Η πλήρη κατανόηση της αντίδρασης ανάκρουσης μπορεί να αυξήσει την αποτελεσματικότητα αντίδρασης της κατάστασης αυτής καθώς θα είστε σε
ετοιμότητα για να την αντιμετωπίσετε και να μειώσετε τις πιθανότητες ατυχήματος.
2. Μην εργάζεστε κρατώντας το πριόνι μόνο με το ένα χέρι. Για απόλυτο έλεγχο κρατήστε το πριόνι και με τα δύο χέρια, το ένα στην μπροστινή λαβή και το
άλλο στην πίσω. Με σταθερό κράτημα θα μειώσετε τον κίνδυνο ανάκρουσης και θα έχετε και τον απόλυτο έλεγχο του πριονιού.
3. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι δεν υπάρχουν εμπόδια στον χώρο εργασίας. Για λόγους ασφαλείας, μην αφήνετε την λάμα να έρχεται σε επαφή με άλλες επιφάνειες
κατά την διάρκεια λειτουργίας του μηχανήματος.
4. Για καλύτερα αποτελέσματα πραγματοποιήστε την κοπή σε υψηλή ταχύτητα λειτουργίας.
5. Μην τεντώνεστε για να φτάσετε σε υψηλά σημεία και μην χρησιμοποιείτε το μηχάνημα σε σημεία που ξεπερνούν σε ύψος το ύψος των ώμων σας.
6. Ακολουθήστε τις οδηγίες του κατασκευαστή σχετικά με το τρόχισμα και την συντήρηση.
7. Χρησιμοποιείστε μόνο ανταλλακτικά (λάμες, αλυσίδα κτλ.)που προτείνει ο κατασκευαστής για την ασφαλέστερη λειτουργία του πριονιού.

Συντήρηση
Για να συντηρήσετε σωστά το μηχάνημά σας πραγματοποιήστε τις λειτουργίες συντήρησης που περιγράφονται στις οδηγίες αυτές ανά τακτά χρονικά
διαστήματα.
Προσοχή!
Τα μεταλλικά μέρη αποκτούν υψηλές θερμοκρασίες κατά την διάρκεια λειτουργίας όπως επίσης για ένα χρονικό διάστημα μετά την διακοπή λειτουργίας
του κινητήρα. Οι εργασίες που δεν αναφέρονται στο εγχειρίδιο αυτό θα πρέπει να πραγματοποιηθούν μόνο από το εξουσιοδοτημένο τμήμα σέρβις.
Μεταφορά
Όταν μεταφέρετε το πριόνι τοποθετήστε το κάλυμμα της λάμας για να αποφύγετε οποιονδήποτε τραυματισμό.
Μεταφέρετε το αλυσοπρίονο πάντοτε με τον κινητήρα να βρίσκεται εκτός λειτουργίας και την λάμα προς τα πίσω και σε ασφαλή απόσταση από το σώμα
σας.
Συναρμολόγηση και βασικές ρυθμίσεις
Προσοχή! Το προϊόν θα πρέπει να συναρμολογηθεί ολοκληρωτικά πριν την χρήση! Μην χρησιμοποιείτε ένα προϊόν το οποίο δεν είναι συναρμολογημένο ή
έχει σπασμένα ανταλλακτικά.
Ακολουθήστε τις οδηγίες συναρμολόγηση και συμβουλευτείτε και τις εικόνες που παρέχονται για εύκολη συναρμολόγηση Βγάλτε το μπουζοκαλώδιο (23)

Συναρμολογήστε την λάμα (7) και την αλυσίδα (6) πριν την λειτουργία.

Αλυσίδα και λάμα
Χρησιμοποιήστε την λάμα (7) και την αλυσίδα (6) σύμφωνα με τα τεχνικά χαρακτηριστικά του μηχανήματος.
Προσοχή! Χρησιμοποιήστε πάντα αλυσίδα που είναι σχεδιασμένη για μείωση κλοτσήματος ή που πληρεί αυτές τις απαιτήσεις!
Βέβαια μια τέτοια αλυσίδα δεν εξαλείφει
την πιθανότητα κλοτσήματος! Μια αλυσίδα ασφαλείας δεν θα πρέπει να θεωρηθεί ως ολοκληρωμένη προστασία κατά των τραυματισμών. Για το λόγο αυτό
χρησιμοποιήστε την αλυσίδα πάντα σε συνδυασμό με άλλα εξαρτήματα προστασίας.
1. Τοποθετήστε το μηχάνημα σε μια επίπεδη επιφάνεια με την πίσω λαβή (1) προς τα πάνω.
Προσοχή! Πριν να βγάλετε το κάλυμμα (17), σιγουρευτείτε ότι το φρένο δεν είναι ενεργοποιημένο. Εάν είναι ενεργοποιημένο, τραβήξτε την μπροστινή
προστασία (5) προς τα πίσω μέχρι να κουμπώσει στην θέση του, βλέπε παράγραφο «Λειτουργία μηχανήματος – φρένο αλυσίδας».
2. Χαλαρώστε το παξιμάδι (10) με το πολυεργαλείο (31) και βγάλτε το μαζί με το κάλυμμα (17).
3. Σιγουρευτείτε ότι η δαγκάνα είναι καλά τοποθετημένη στο μηχάνημα. Σφίξτε τις βίδες εάν χρειάζεται.
4. Τοποθετήστε την εγκοπή της λάμας (7) πάνω από την βίδα (11). Σιγουρευτείτε ότι έχετε τοποθετήσει την λάμα (7) με το σύμβολο των δοντιών της αλυσί-
δας προς τα πάνω στην λάμα (εικόνα. 1).
5. Πιέστε την λάμα (7) προς τα αριστερά προς το γρανάζι (14) (πίσω από τον συμπλέκτη (15)
(εικόνα. 2).
Προσοχή! Η κατεύθυνση των δοντιών θα πρέπει να είναι όπως υποδεικνύει το σύμβολο και το βέλος στην λάμα!
6. Τοποθετήστε την αλυσίδα (6) πάνω από το γρανάζι (14) πίσω από τον συμπλέκτη (15)
και τοποθετήστε την γύρω από την λάμα (7). Σιγουρευτείτε ότι η αλυσίδα βρίσκεται πάνω από τον οδηγό (13) (εικόνα. 3).
7. Η κίνηση της αλυσίδας υποδεικνύεται από το βέλος (εικόνα. 4). Σιγουρευτείτε ότι η αλυσίδα έχει τοποθετηθεί σωστά πάνω από το γρανάζι της αλυσίδας
(8) στην λάμα.(7).
8. Τραβήξτε την λάμα (7) προσεχτικά προς τα δεξιά για να σφίξετε την αλυσίδα (6) (εικόνα. 5).
9. Τοποθετήστε το κάλυμμα (17). Εάν χρειάζεται ρυθμίστε τον πείρο σύσφιξης (16a) γυρνώντας την βίδα (16) με το πολυεργαλείο (31) προς τα μέσα ή προς
τα έξω μέχρι να φτάσει στο σημείο όπου ο πείρος μπορεί να τοποθετηθεί στη κάτω τρύπα της λάμας (7) (εικόνα. 6).
10. Σφίξτε το κάλυμμα με το παξιμάδι (10) (εικόνα. 7).
Σημείωση: Σφίξτε το παξιμάδι με το χέρι στο στάδιο αυτό. Η αλυσίδα δεν μπορεί να τεντωθεί εάν το παξιμάδι είναι σφιγμένο – θα πρέπει να το ξεσφίξετε
πρώτα.
Σημείωση: Η αλυσίδα δεν (6) δεν έχει τεντωθεί ακόμα. Σφίξτε την αλυσίδα όπως περιγράφεται στην παράγραφο «σφίξιμο αλυσίδας». Αφού λειτουργήσετε
το μηχάνημα για μια ώρα περίπου σφίξτε την αλυσίδα ξανά.
Τέντωμα αλυσίδας
Ελέγξτε πάντα το τέντωμα της αλυσίδας πριν από κάθε χρήση, μετά από την πρώτη χρήση και κατά την διάρκεια της λειτουργίας, περίπου σε κάθε 5 κοπές.
Κατά την πρώτη λειτουργία, οι καινούριες αλυσίδες μπορεί να ξεχειλώσουν αρκετά. Είναι φυσιολογικό η αλυσίδα να μεγαλώνει κατά την διάρκεια της
χρήση.
Η αλυσίδα είναι πολύ αιχμηρή! Φοράτε πάντα γάντια προστασίας! Να έχετε πάντα σωστό τέντωμα στην αλυσίδα! Μια χαλαρή αλυσίδα μπορεί να προκα-
λέσει κλότσημα! Μια χαλαρή αλυσίδα μπορεί να βγει από την λάμα! Αυτό μπορεί να τραυματίσει τον χρήση και να προκαλέσει ζημιά στην αλυσίδα. Μην
χαλαρή αλυσίδα θα προκαλέσει σοβαρή φθορά στο μηχάνημα.
Το υπερβολικό τέντωμα της αλυσίδας θα υπερφορτώσει το μοτέρ και θα προκαλέσει ζημιά. Η διάρκεια ζωής της αλυσίδας εξαρτάται από την σωστή λίπαν-
ση και το σωστό τέντωμα!
Σημείωση: Η αλυσίδα δεν μπορεί να τεντωθεί εάν το παξιμάδι είναι σφιγμένο – θα πρέπει να το ξεσφίξετε πρώτα.
1. Σηκώστε την μύτη της λάμας (7) και κρατήστε την όσο ρυθμίζεται την αλυσίδα (εικόνα. 8).
2. Γυρίστε την βίδα ρύθμισης (16) μέχρι οι δέστρες της αλυσίδας να ακουμπήσουν πάνω στην λάμα (7) (εικόνα. 9, 10).
3. Σηκώστε την μύτη της λάμας (7) και σφίξτε το παξιμάδι (10).
4. Τραβήξτε την αλυσίδα (6) παράλληλα με την λάμα (7) με το χέρι, από την μια μεριά προς την άλλη, αρκετές φορές. Η αλυσίδα θα πρέπει να είναι σφιχτή
αλλά να κινείται ελεύθερα.
Έλεγχος της τάσης της αλυσίδας (τέντωμα)
1. Ελέγξτε το τέντωμα της αλυσίδας (6) σηκώνοντας την με το χέρι χρησιμοποιώντας το βάρος του μηχανήματος. Το σωστό τέντωμα υπάρχει όταν η αλυσίδα
σηκώνετε περίπου 2 - 4 mm από την λάμα (7) σε κέντρο. (εικόνα. 11, 12).
2. Ρυθμίστε ξανά εάν δείτε ότι το τέντωμα δεν είναι σωστό.
Λίπανση της αλυσίδας
Προσοχή! Το μηχάνημα δεν παραδίδεται με λάδι αλυσίδας. Είναι σημαντικό να συμπληρώσετε λάδι αλυσίδας πριν χρησιμοποιήσετε το μηχάνημα! Μην
λειτουργήσετε το εργαλείο χωρίς λάδι αλυσίδας διότι αυτό έχει ως αποτέλεσμα μεγάλη ζημιά στο προϊόν!!
Η λειτουργία του μηχανήματος χωρίς ή με πολύ λίγο λάδι θα μειώσει την αποτελεσματικότητα της κοπής, θα μειώσει την βιωσιμότητα του μηχανήματος και
θα προκαλέσει υπερβολική ζημιά στην λάμα και την αλυσίδα από υπερθέρμανση!
Η ανεπαρκή ποσότητα λαδιού μπορεί να παρατηρηθεί από καπνό ή αποχρωματισμό της λάμας! Η επαρκή λίπανση της αλυσίδας είναι αναγκαστική για την
ελαχιστοποίηση της τριβής της λάμας.
1. Τοποθετήστε το μηχάνημα σε μια σταθερή και επίπεδη επιφάνεια με την τάπα λαδιού (26) προς τα πάνω. Σας προτείνουμε να τοποθετήσετε ένα μη
εύφλεκτο πανί κάτω από το μηχάνημα.
2. Ξεβιδώστε και αφαιρέστε την τάπα λαδιού (26) (εικόνα. 13).
3. Συμπληρώστε με κατάλληλο λάδι το ρεζερβουάρ χρησιμοποιώντας ένα χωνί για να μην μπουν σκουπίδια στο ρεζερβουάρ. Μην υπερχειλίσετε το ρεζερ-
βουάρ και αφήστε περίπου 5 χιλιοστά κενό ανάμεσα στο λάδι και το πάνω μέρος στο εσωτερικό του ρεζερβουάρ (εικόνα. 14).
Σημείωση: Χρησιμοποιήστε ειδικό λάδι λίπανσης αλυσίδων κοπής.
Σημείωση: Προς το τέλος της σεζόν είναι σημαντικό να βάζετε όσο λάδι χρειάζεστε για κάθε κοπή στο ρεζερβουάρ για να το έχετε χρησιμοποιήσει πριν να
αποθηκεύσετε το μηχάνημα.
4. Σκουπίστε ότι λάδι μπορεί να χυθεί και τοποθετήστε ξανά την τάπα (26). Χρησιμοποιήστε το πολυεργαλείο (31) για να σφίξετε την τάπα (26) σωστά.
Έλεγχος
Σημείωση: Πραγματοποιήστε
τον παρακάτω έλεγχο πριν την λειτουργία.
Το μηχάνημα είναι εξοπλισμένο με ένα αυτόματο σύστημα λίπανσης! Το σύστημα διανέμει αυτόματα την κατάλληλη ποσότητα λαδιού στην λάμα και την

αλυσίδα!
Για να πραγματοποιηθεί ο έλεγχος θα πρέπει να ξεκινήσετε το μηχάνημα. Πριν τον έλεγχο το μηχάνημα θα πρέπει να είναι σωστά συναρμολογημένο και θα
πρέπει να έχετε διαβάσει όλες τις οδηγίες χρήσης.
1. Σιγουρευτείτε ότι η λάμα (7) και η αλυσίδα (6) είναι τοποθετημένα όταν ελέγξετε την διανομή λαδιού.
2. Ξεκινήστε τον κινητήρα , αφήστε το να λειτουργήσει σε μέση ισχύ και ελέγξτε εάν διανέμετε το λάδι όπως φαίνεται στην εικόνα. 15.
3. Ρυθμίστε την ροή του λαδιού γυρνώντας την βίδα ρύθμισης (25) της αντλίας στο κάτω μέρος του μηχανήματος χρησιμοποιώντας το κατσαβίδι (32) (εικό-
να. 16).
Καύσιμα
Προσοχή! Το μηχάνημα δεν παραδίδεται με μίγμα καυσίμου στο κινητήρα! Πριν την λειτουργία είναι σημαντικό να συμπληρώσετε μίγμα καυσίμου!
Αυτό το προϊόν είναι εξοπλισμένο με δίχρονο κινητήρα, το ρεζερβουάρ καυσίμου και λαδιού είναι ενιαίο και είναι αναγκαίο να το γεμίσετε με μίξη καυσί-
μου – λαδιού πριν την λειτουργία. Διαβάστε τα τεχνικά χαρακτηριστικά για κατάλληλο λάδι και βενζίνη.
Προσοχή! Τα καύσιμα είναι ιδιαίτερα εύφλεκτα! Σιγουρευτείτε ότι δεν υπάρχουν φλόγες και άλλες πηγές φωτιάς κοντά στο μηχάνημα. Μην καπνίζετε!
1. Τοποθετήστε το μηχάνημα σε μια σταθερή, επίπεδη επιφάνεια με την τάπα καυσίμου (27) προς τα πάνω. Σας προτείνουμε να τοποθετήσετε ένα μη
εύφλεκτο πανί κάτω από το μηχάνημα.
Ανακατέψτε αμόλυβδη βενζίνη 95 οκτανίων και ειδικό λάδι για δίχρονους κινητήρες σε ένα κατάλληλο δοχείο στην κατάλληλη αναλογία (εικόνα. 17).
Σημείωση: Χρησιμοποιήστε μόνο ειδικό λάδι για αερόψυκτους δίχρονους κινητήρες, μην χρησιμοποιείτε λάδι για δίχρονους υδρόψυκτους
κινητήρες. Η αναλογία ανάμειξης είναι: 30ml ειδικού λαδιού για αερόψυκτους δίχρονους κινητήρες για κάθε 1 λίτρο αμόλυβδης βενζίνης 95
οκτανίων. Σημείωση: Μην πραγματοποιήσετε την μίξη του καυσίμου κατευθείαν μέσα στο ρεζερβουάρ.
3. Ξεβιδώστε και αφαιρέστε την τάπα (27).
4. Γεμίστε το ρεζερβουάρ με την σωστή μίξη χρησιμοποιώντας ένα χωνί με φίλτρο για να μην εισέρθουν σκουπίδια στο ρεζερβουάρ. Μην υπερχειλίσετε και
αφήστε περίπου 5 χιλιοστά κενό στο πάνω μέρος του ρεζερβουάρ (εικόνα. 18).
5. Αποφύγετε να χύσετε καύσιμα.
Σημείωση: Η βενζίνη και το λάδι αλλοιώνονται με τον καιρό. Μπορεί να δυσκολευτείτε στην εκκίνηση του μηχανήματος
εάν χρησιμοποιήσετε καύσιμα που έχουν αποθηκευτεί για περισσότερο από 30 μέρες.
Στο τέλος της σεζόν σας προτείνουμε να συμπληρώνετε μόνο όσο καύσιμο χρειάζεστε
για την κάθε εργασία, για να το χρησιμοποιήσετε όλο πριν να αποθηκεύσετε το μηχάνημα. Αδειάστε τα καύσιμα εάν πρόκειται να αποθηκεύσετε το μηχά-
νημα για πάνω από 30 μέρες.
6. Σκουπίστε καλά εάν χυθούν καύσιμα και τοποθετήστε ξανά την τάπα (27). Χρησιμοποιήστε το πολυεργαλείο (31) για να σφίξετε την τάπα (27) σωστά
(εικόνα. 19).
Κατάλληλη χρήση
Το μηχάνημα είναι για την κοπή κλαδιών και ξύλων .
Μην χρησιμοποιείτε το μηχάνημα για την κοπή άλλων υλικών, όπως πλαστικό, πέτρα, μέταλλο και ξύλο που περιέχει ξένα αντικείμενα.
Το μηχάνημα θα πρέπει να χρησιμοποιηθεί μόνο με την λάμα και την αλυσίδα που αναφέρονται στις οδηγίες αυτές.
Το μηχάνημα είναι σχεδιασμένο μόνο για ιδιωτική χρήση και όχι για εμπορική. Δεν θα πρέπει να χρησιμοποιηθεί για άλλους λόγους.
Φούσκα
Πιέστε την φούσκα (28) όταν ξεκινάτε το μηχάνημα με κρύο κινητήρα. Μην πιέσετε την φούσκα όταν ο κινητήρας είναι ζεστός.
Λαβή χειρόμιζας
Η λαβή της χειρόμιζας (24) είναι τοποθετημένη στο πλαϊνό μέρος του μηχανήματος.
Προσοχή! Μην τυλίξετε το σκοινί της χειρόμιζας γύρω από το χέρι σας! Τραβήξτε μόνο την λαβή!
Προσοχή! Μη αφήσετε απότομα την λαβή της χειρόμιζας! Ελέγξτε τον τρόπο επιστροφής της προς το μηχάνημα! Μην τραβήξετε την χειρόμιζα πέρα από το
κόκκινο χρώμα στο τέλος της χειρόμιζας!
Φρένο αλυσίδας
Το φρένο είναι ένας μηχανισμός που ενεργοποιήστε από την μπροστινή ασφάλεια (5). Στην περίπτωση κλοτσήματος, η αλυσίδα σταματάει αυτόματα.
Το φρένο απενεργοποιημένο, το μηχάνημα μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί (Εικ. 20).
Το φρένο ενεργοποιημένο, η αλυσίδα είναι σταματημένη αμέσως μόλις ενεργοποιηθεί το φρένο (Εικ. 21).
Δοκιμή φρένου – χειροκίνητο φρένου
Ο παρακάτω έλεγχος λειτουργίας θα πρέπει να γίνεται πριν από κάθε χρήση. Ο λόγος ελέγχου είναι για να μειωθεί η πιθανότητα τραυματισμού ή κλοτσή-
ματος.
1. Ξεκινήστε το προϊόν όπως περιγράφεται παρακάτω..
2. Πιέστε την ασφάλεια του γκαζιού (2), και πιέστε τον διακόπτης του γκαζιού (3) και κρατήστε τον.
3. Καθώς λειτουργεί το μηχάνημα, ενεργοποιήστε το φρένο της αλυσίδας σπρώχνοντας το αριστερό σας χέρι προς το προστατευτικό (5). Η αλυσίδα (6) και ο
κινητήρας θα πρέπει να σταματήσει αμέσως.
Προσοχή! Εάν η αλυσίδα και ο κινητήρας δεν σταματήσει όταν είναι ενεργοποιημένο το φρένο, δώστε το μηχάνημα σε εξουσιοδοτημένο σέρβις για έλεγ-
χο!
Προσοχή! Το φρένο δεν θα πρέπει να χρησιμοποιείται για την εκκίνηση και παύση του μηχανήματος κατά την κανονική λειτουργία!
Δοκιμή φρένου – αυτόματο φρένο
Προσοχή! Όταν ελέγχετε την λειτουργία του αυτόματου φρένου, χρησιμοποιήστε μια μαλακή επιφάνεια όπως ξύλο για να απορροφήσει την σύγκρουση
έτσι ώστε να μην πάθει ζημιά το αλυσοπρίονο!
Το αυτόματο φρένο σταματάει την λειτουργία της αλυσίδας έτσι ώστε όταν κλοτσήσει το μηχάνημα το φρένο ενεργοποιείται αυτόματα.
Για να σιγουρευτείτε ότι το αυτόματο φρένο λειτουργεί σωστά, ακολουθήστε τα παρακάτω:
1. Σταματήστε τον κινητήρα του μηχανήματος.
2. Κρατήστε τις λαβές με τα χέρια σας, και κρατήστε την λάμα σε ένα ύψος περίπου 55cm (Εικόνα. 22).
3. Αφήστε το αριστερό σας χέρι και ακουμπήστε την μύτη της λάμας στο ξύλο έτσι ώστε να υπάρχει μια μικρή σύγκρουση (το δεξί σας χέρι θα πρέπει να
