1.0 CONNECTING THE eFIRE CONTROLLER APP
Refer to appliance Installation and Operating Instructions to set up replace and Bluetooth module. Download
the eFIRE Controller app to your mobile device. The eFIRE Controller app is only supported by Android and
Apple operating systems. Turn the appliance and Bluetooth module on and pair the Napoleon Bluetooth module
with your mobile device.
This appliance has a Bluetooth module installed in it that allows you to operate the replace independently from
the hand held remote (if equipped). When the Bluetooth module is integrated with the eFIRE app, you can con-
trol the ame and blower as well as operate the lights in a unique manner, differently than what is offered with
the hand held remote (if equipped). Using the instructions below, install the app and enjoy the
features the app offers.
1. Download the eFIRE
Controller app from your mobile
platform app store.
2. Turn Bluetooth on from
device settings then open the
eFIRE Controller app.
3. Tap ‘Control Your Fireplace’.
10. From the eFIRE Controller
screen, tap the ‘Information’
icon
(i) located in the up-
per right hand corner to view
software information about the
eFIRE Controller application.

6. From this screen, you can
control the flame height, blower
speed, lights, lights cycle, color,
ember bed feature and in-app
timer.
7. Tap ‘POWER’ ( ) button
to start fireplace.
8. Tap the ‘LIGHTS’ button to
ON. To customize, tap the
COLOR icon to choose from
the color wheel pop-up.
NOTE: Touch and hold the
preferred color inside the color
wheel, then drag your finger
outside of the color wheel to
achieve the most vibrant color.
9. From the eFIRE Controller
screen, tap the ‘Settings’ ( )
icon across from the ‘POWER’
icon ( ) to access this
page.
NOTE: Tap ‘SWITCH’ to see a
list of other available fireplaces.
Select desired fireplace to
change your Bluetooth con-
nection. You can also change
the nickname and password for
your fireplace here.
4. Establish connection.
5. Tap desired fireplace under
‘Select Fireplace’.
NOTE: If your fireplace does not
appear, tap the ‘Refresh’ icon
(q) in the bottom right corner
to update the list (max. 10 per
application). If the fireplace still
does not appear, the Bluetooth
module may be connected to a
different device. On first start-
up, you will see the available
fireplaces and will be prompted
for a password. Default pass-
word is set to ‘0000’.

2.0 USING THE eFIRE CONTROLLER APP
POWER controls your replace.
Setting this button to the ON posi-
tion will automatically set the ame
height to 6 and blower speed to 0
(OFF). It does not have any eect on
the LED light controller.
CYCLE commands the LED controller to automati-
cally scan through the most vivid primary colors of
the wheel. When this button is turned to OFF, the
cycle will hold the current color.
NOTE: The set CYCLE feature color does not have
any eect on the COLOR icon.
The BLOWER SPEED
slider bar controls the
speed of the blower.
It can be turned from
OFF through 6 speeds.
When the replace is
turned on, the blower
speed is automatically
set to OFF.
The LIGHTS feature
controls the state of
the LED controller.
When the replace
is turned on, this will
automatically set the
lights to their previous
mode. If there is no
previous mode, lights
will default to white.
It does not have any
eect on the replace
controller.
The FLAME HEIGHT
slider bar controls the
height of the ame for
varying heat outputs.
There are 6 ame
heights. If the slider bar
is adjusted while the
replace is o, it will
have no eect on the
state of the replace.
The EMBER BED features a realistic glowing
ember color with varying color intensity add-
ing a modulating glow to the replace.
NOTE: The set EMBER BED feature color does
not have any eect on the COLOR icon.

BLOWER
This touchscreen color
wheel commands the
LED light controller
to display the color
selected by the user. The
feature will only operate
if the LIGHTS feature is
in the ON position with
EMBER BED and CYCLE
OFF.
This countdown displays hours and minutes and
is controlled by the Bluetooth module. If the app
is turned o or the connection is lost, the replace
will still turn o when the timer expires. When the
timer expires, the Bluetooth module turns o the
ame, blower and LED lights.
The intensity scale is
part of the color wheel
feature and allows the
user to customize the
brightness of the LED
lights. The user is able
to increase and de-
crease the brightness in
real-time by sliding the
intensity scale up and
down.
The COLOR icon indi-
cates the selected color
on the wheel and inten-
sity scale. Pressing this
button opens up both
the color wheel and the
intensity scale to cus-
tomize your replace
experience. It also saves
the last color selected
on the color wheel.
NOTE: The EMBER BED
and CYCLE features do
not have any eect on
the COLOR icon.
SETTINGS manages the Bluetooth
conguration allowing the user to
set up more than one replace with
the Bluetooth feature and change
replace‘nicknames’. (Each replace
requires a unique Bluetooth module).
INFORMATION displays the ocial Napoleon Fire-
places website and software app information.
Compatible with most Apple devices running iOS 7.0 or later and with / Bluetooth® 4.0.
Compatible with most Android devices running Android 4.3 or later and with / Bluetooth® 4.0.

3.0 CONNEXION DE L'APPLICATION CONTRÔLEUR eFIRE
Consultez les instructions d’installation et d’opération de l’appareil pour congurer le foyer et le module Bluetooth.
Téléchargez l’application Contrôleur eFIRE est seulement prise en charge par les systèmes d’exploitation Android
et Apple. Mettez l’appareil et le module Bluetooth en marche et connectez le module Bluetooth de Napoléon à votre
appareil mobile.
Cet appareil a un module Bluetooth installé dans ce qui vous permet d’utiliser le foyer indépendamment de la main
tendue à distance (si fourni). Lorsque le module Bluetooth est intégré à l’application Contrôleur eFiRe, vous pouvez
contrôler la amme et le soufeur ainsi exploiter les lumières d’une manière unique, contrairement à ce qui est offert
avec la main qui s’est tenue à distance (si fourni).
Suivant les instructions ci-dessous, installer l’appication et apprécier les dispositifs les offres application.
1. Téléchargez l’application
Contrôleur eFIRE à partir de
la boutique d’applications de
votre appareil mobile.
2. Activez Bluetooth de
paramètres du périphique, puis
ouvrez l’application Contrôleur
eFire.
3. Appuyez sur « CONTRÔLEZ
VOTRE FOYER ».
10. Sur l’écran de l’application
Contrôleur eFIRE, appuyez sur
l’icône « INFORMATION » (i),
située dans le coin supérieur
droit, an de consulter les
renseignements portant sur le
logiciel de l’application Con-
trôleur eFIRE.

6. À partir de cet écran, vous
pourrez contrôler la hauteur
de la amme, la vitesse de la
souerie, les lumières, le cycle
de lumières, la couleur, les
fonctions du lit de braises et la
minuterie de l’application.
7. Pour démarrer le foyer, ap-
puyez sur la touche « INTER-
RUPTEUR » ( ).
8. Réglez le bouton « LUMIÈRES
» sur MARCHE an de person-
aliser la couleur achée à partir
du cercle chromatique. Celui-ci
apparaîtra de façon contextu-
elle.
NOTE: Appuyez sur votre
couleur préféré à l’intérieur du
cercle chromatique et main-
tenez-la enfoncée, puis faites
glisser votre doigt à l’extérieur
du cercle an d’obtenir la cou-
leur la plus vive.
9. Sur l’écran de l’application
Contrôleur eFIRE, appuyez sur
l’icône « RÉGLAGES » ( ),
située à côté « INTERRUPTEUR
» ( ). Ceci vous permettra
d’accéder à cette page.
NOTE: Appuyez sur « CHANGER »
pour consulter la liste des autres
foyers disponibles. Sélectionnez le
foyer avec lequel vous souhaitez
établir une nouvelle connexion
Bluetooth. Dans cette section, vous
pouvez également changer le nom
et le mot de passe de votre foyer.
4. Établissez la connexion.
5. Sous « Sélectionnez un foyer
», appuyez sur le foyer avec
lequel vous souhaitez établir la
connexion.
NOTE: Si votre foyer n’apparaît pas dans
la liste, appuyez sur l’icône « Actual-
iser » (q), qui se trouve dans le coin
inférieur droit, an de mettre la liste à
jour (maximum 10 par application). Si
le foyer ne s’ache toujours pas, il est
possible que le module Bluetooth soit
connecté à un autre appareil. Lors du
premier démarrage, vous verrez les foy-
ers disponibles et vous devrez inscrire
un mot de passe. Le mot de passe par
défaut est « 0000 ».

4.0 UTILISATION DE L'APPLICATION CONTRÔLEUR eFIRE
L’INTERRUPTEUR contrôle votre foyer. Le réglage
de cette touche sur la position MARCHE ajustera
automatiquement la hauteur de la amme à 6 et la
vitesse de la souerie à 0 (ARRÊT). Ceci n’a aucun
eet sur le contrôleur des lumières DEL.
La fonction CYCLE permet de régler le contrôleur
des lumières DEL an de faire un balayage automa-
tique parmi les couleurs primaires les plus vives du
cercle chromatique. Si cette touche est reglée sur
ARRÊT, le cycle conservera la couleur actuelle.
NOTE: La couleur caractéristique CYCLE à l’adresse
dénie n’a pas d’eet sur l’icône de COULEUR
La barre coulissante de vi-
tesse de la souerie contrôle
la vitesse de la souerie. La
barre coulissante peuvent être
désactivée de grâce à 6 vitesses.
Lorsque le foyer est mis en
marche, la vitesse de la soue-
rie est réglée automatiquement
à 0 (ARRÊT).
La fonction LUMIÈRES permet
de régler le contrôleur des
lumières DEL. Lorsque le foyer
est mis en marche, cette fonc-
tion règle automatiquement les
lumières au mode précédem-
ment sélectionné. Si aucun
mode n’a été sélectionné, les
lumières seront blanches par
défaut. Ceci n’a aucun eet sur
le contrôleur du foyer.
La barre coulissante de HAU-
TEUR DE FLAMME contrôle la
hauteur de la amme pour faire
varier la puissance thermique.
Il y a 6 hauters de amme. Si la
position sur la barre coulissante
est modiée lorsque le foyer
ne fonctionne pas, cela n’aura
aucun eect sur l’apparence de
celui-ci.
La fonction LIT DE BRAISES per-
met d’obtenir la couleur réaliste
d’un lit de braises rougeoyant
avec des intensités variables, ce
qui ajoute un éclat modulé au
foyer.
NOTE: La couleur de LIT DE
BRAISES dénie n’a pas d’eet
sur l’icône de COULEUR.

Le cercle chromatique tactile permet
de régler le contrôleur des lumières
DEL an qu’il ache la couleur
sélectionnée par l’utilisateur. Cette
fonctionnalité peut être utilisée
seulement si l’icône LUMIÈRES est
réglée sur MARCHE et que LIT DE
BRAISES et CYCLE sont sur ARRÊT.
Cette MINUTERIE ache les heures et les
minutes et elle est contrôlée par le module
Bluetooth. Si l’application est fermée ou que la
connexion est perdue, le foyer s’éteindra tout de
même lorsque le compte à revours sera terminé.
À ce moment, le module Bluetooth éteint la
amme, la souerie et les lumières DEL.
L’échelle d’intensité fait partie du
cercle chromatique et permet à
l’utilisateur de personnaliser l’éclat
des lumières DEL. L’utilisateur peut
modier la luminosité en temps réel
en faisant glisser l’échelle d’intensité
vers le haut ou vers le bas.
L’icône COULEUR ache la couleur
sélectionnée à partir du cercle chro-
matique et de l’échelle d’intensité.
Cette touche ouvrira la fenêtre
contextuelle du cercle chromatique
et de l’échelle d’intensité et vous
orira la possibilité de personnaliser
l’expérience que vous fera vivre
votre foyer. Elle permet également
de sauvegarder la dernière couleur
choisie sur le cercle
chromatique.
NOTE: Les fonctionnalités de LIT DE
BRAISES et CYCLE n’ont pas d’eet
sur l’icône de COULEUR.
La touche RÉGLAGES concerne la
conguration Bluetooth, ce qui
permet à l’utilisateur de programmer
plus d’un foyer avec la fonction Blue-
tooth et de modier le « nom » du
foyer. (Un module Bluetooth distinct
est requis pour chaque foyer).

La touche INFORMATION permet d’acher le site
Internet ociel des foyers Napoléon ainsi que les
rensigements portant sur le logiciel de
l’application.
Compatible avec la plupart des appareils Apple exécutant iOS 7.0 ou version ultérieure et avec / Bluetooth® 4.0.
