1. In order to start the timepiece, shake the timepiece at least ten times
to start the movement of the second hand. Set the correct date and
time (world time) after the timepiece is running.
2. The timepiece is wound by the natural movement of your arm when
you wear the timepiece on your wrist.
3. This timepiece runs for approximately forty hours when it is fully
wound.
4. In order to fully wind the timepiece, you should wear it for at least
eight hours a day.

1. Pull crown (F) out to the second position (The second hand will
continue to move).
2. First turn crown (F) and set the time:
- Since this timepiece features a calendar function, you must set
morning or afternoon time correctly. The date will change at
midnight.
3. Push crown (F) to its normal position (zero) and secure.

We recommend that you do not set the date during the period
between 9:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. The calendar changes during
this time period, and any date setting during this time may result in
incorrect date and/or malfunction of the timepiece.
1. Pull crown (F) out to the first position.
2. Turn crown (F) counterclockwise until the current date is shown.
3. Push crown (F) back to its normal position (zero).
- Months with less than 31 days will require
a calendar adjustment.

Prior to setting, make sure the local time setting is correct, and wind the
hands forward by 24 hours (necessary to align various function dials).
1. Turn crown (I) until the desired city is at the 12 hour position.
2. Pull crown (F) out to the first position .
3. Turn crown (F) clockwise to adjust the time for the chosen city.
(see the table on the following page for guidelines).
4. Push crown (F) back to its original position and secure the crown.
