High Temperatures
Do not leave your timepiece in direct sunlight or in very warm or
cold locations for long periods. This may cause the timepiece to
malfunction (i.e., run faster or slower).
Damp Environments
Do not use the buttons if the timepiece is wet or damp. The crowns
must be secure to ensure water - resistance.
Magnetic Fields
Keep your watch away from strong magnetic field areas. In general,
the function of your timepiece will not be impaired by the magnetic
fields emitted by domestic appliances, television sets, or stereo
equipment.
11
Heavy Impacts
This timepiece is able to withstand all normal impacts that would occur
during play or sporting events. However, you should avoid dropping
your timepiece on the ground or exposing it to excessive shock.
Strong Chemicals, Solvents, and Gasses
Do not wear your timepiece in the vicinity of strong chemicals, solvents,
or noxious gasses. If your timepiece comes in contact with substances
containing gasoline, paint thinners, alcohols, cosmetic sprays, nail
varnish removers, adhesives, paints, or paint strippers, it may damage or
impair the quality of the bracelet, casing, and other components.
Keep Your Timepiece Clean
Use a soft, clean cloth to wipe off all traces of dirt, water, and moisture
from the casing, crystal, and bracelet. Dirt of any type may result in
slight skin rashes. Corrosion may occur if your timepiece is not cleaned
for long periods of time. The bracelet should be washed periodically

three times a year with a soft brush in mild, soapy water and dried with
a soft absorbent cloth. Before washing, make sure that the screw down
crown (F) is properly secured. When washing is complete, ensure that
all of the water has been removed.
Periodic Inspection
We advise a regular inspection every one to two years by a certified
Egana service center to maintain the perfect working order of your
timepiece.
