Thank you for using a Nederman product!

will filter, clean and recycle in the most demanding of
environments. Nederman's products and solutions will
help you improve your productivity, reduce costs and
also reduce the impact on the environment from in-
dustrial processes.
Read all product documentation and the product iden-
tification plate carefully before installation, use, and
service of this product. Replace documentation imme-
diately if lost. Nederman reserves the right, without
previous notice, to modify and improve its products
including documentation.
This product is designed to meet the requirements
of relevant EC directives. To maintain this status, all
installation, maintenance, and repair is to be done
by qualified personnel using only Nederman original
spare parts and accessories. Contact the nearest au-
thorized distributor or Nederman for advice on tech-
nical service and obtaining spare parts. If there are
any damaged or missing parts when the product is de-
livered, notify the carrier and the local Nederman rep-
resentative immediately.

2.1General safety instructions
CAUTION!Risk of equipment damage

• This machine is only to be used for blasting.
• Do not modify or make any changes to the
machine or its components.
• Do not rebuild the machine or its components
without written permission from the manu-
facturer.
• Do not use other spare parts, than those cor-
responding with the manufacturer’s specific-
ations.
• Only use tools and accessories supplied by
the manufacturer.
• The machine must not be used in an explos-
ive environment.
• Always disconnect the supply voltage with
the maintenance switch before any service,
whether mechanical or electrical.
• Always disconnect the compressed air sup-
ply before any service, whether mechanical
or electrical.

5Installation
Before starting to blast:
1 Release the eccentric locks and remove the motor
package.
2 Lift out the filter and the dust bucket.
3 Connect the hose to the blasting machine.
4 ill with blasting material (5 l).
5 Re-assemble the dust bucket, filter and motor
package.
6 Connect compressed air to the blasting gun.
7 Connect the blasting machine to a socket for the
intended voltage.
8 Mount a suitable nozzle on the blasting gun.

WARNING!Risk of personal injury
• Use the necessary personal safety equip-
ment.
• It is absolutely forbidden to point the blasting
gun towards people or animals. It must only
be pointed towards the workpiece intended
to be blasted.
• The blaster sand may cause irreparable dam-
age to the eyes and body parts.
1 Put on the required safety equipment.
2 Move the blasting gun towards the workpiece. You
must never point the gun at yourself nor at any-
one else.
3 Start blasting by pressing the trigger and keeping
it pressed. Blasting stops when you let go of the
trigger.
7Maintenance
7.1Replacing filter/Refilling blasting
material
Inspect the filter regularly and replace it if the filter is
worn and/or the suction capacity is low.
Disconnect the machine from the mains and turn off
the compressed air.
1 Release the eccentric locks and remove the motor
package.
2 Lift out the dust bucket and the filter. Replace, if
necessary.
3 ill with blasting material (5 l).
4 Re-assemble the dust bucket, filter and motor
package.
5 Re-connect the machine to the mains.
6 Turn on the compressed air again.
7 Handle the used blaster sand with regards to the
materials that have been blasted. ollow applic-
able waste regulations. Contact your local author-
ities for guidance.

When ordering spare parts always state the following:
• The part number and control number (see the
product identification plate).
• Detail number and name of the spare part (see

• Quantity of the parts required.
9Recycling
The product has been designed for component mater-
ials to be recycled. Different material types must be
handled according to relevant local regulations. Con-
tact the distributor or$N$e$d$e$r$m$a$n$ if uncertainties arise
when scrapping the product at the end of its service
life.

Strahlen verwendet werden.
• Keine Änderungen oder Umbau der Maschine
oder ihrer Bauteile durchführen.
• Modifizierung und Umbau der Maschine dür-
fen nicht ohne schriftliche Genehmigung des
Herstellers durchgeführt werden.
• Keine anderen Ersatzteile verwenden als sol-
che, die der Spezifikation des Herstellers ent-
sprechen.
• Nur Werkzeuge und Zubehör verwenden, die
vom Hersteller geliefert werden.
• Die Maschine darf nicht in einer explosiven
Umgebung verwendet werden.
• Vor jeglichen Wartungsarbeiten, gleich ob
elektrischer oder mechanischer Art, muss die
Maschine grundsätzlich mit dem Reparatur-

Vor Beginn des Sandstrahlens:
1 Exzenterverschlüsse öffnen und Motorpaket ab-
heben.
2 ilter und Staubbehälter herausnehmen.
3 Saug- und Strahlmittelschlauch anschließen.
4 Strahlmittel einfüllen (5 l).
5 Staubbehälter, ilter und Motorpaket wieder ein-
setzen.
6 Druckluft an Strahlpistole anschließen.
7 Sandstrahler-Sauger an einer Steckdose mit Soll-
netzspannung anschließen.
8 Geeignete Strahldüse an die Pistole anbringen.
6 Gebrauch der SB75
WARNUNG!Verletzungsgefahr
• Die erforderliche persönliche Schutzausrüs-
tung verwenden.
• Es ist absolut verboten, die Strahlpistole auf
Personen oder Tiere zu richten.Die Strahlpis-
tole darf ausschließlich auf die zu reinigen-
den Werkstücke gerichtet werden.
• Das Strahlmittel kann bleibende Verletzun-
gen an Augen und anderen Körperteilen ver-
ursachen.
1 Legen Sie die vorgeschriebene Schutzausrüstung
an.
2 Richten Sie die Strahlpistole auf das Werk-
stück.Die Pistole darf nie auf Sie selbst oder auf
andere Personen gerichtet sein.
3 Zum Sandstrahlen drücken Sie den Abzug der
Strahlpistole und halten ihn gedrückt. Sobald Sie
den Abzug loslassen, ist der Strahl abgestellt.
7Wartung
7.1Filterwechsel/Sand nachfüllen
Prüfen Sie den ilter regelmäßig und wechseln Sie ihn
aus, falls er abgenutzt ist und/oder die Saugleistung
nicht ausreicht.
Netzstecker ziehen und Druckluft abstellen.
1 Exzenterverschlüsse öffnen und Motorpaket ab-
heben.
2 Staubbehälter und ilter herausnehmen. Bei Be-
darf auswechseln.
3 Strahlmittel einfüllen (5 l).
4 Staubbehälter, ilter und Motorpaket wieder ein-
setzen.
5 Maschine wieder ans Netz anschließen.
6 Druckluft wieder anstellen.
7 Den gebrauchten Strahlsand auf geeignete Weise
- je nach Inhaltsstoffen - entsorgen. ür Informa-
tionen wenden Sie sich an Ihre örtliche Umweltbe-
hörde.

Verwenden Sie ausschließlich Originalersatz-

9Entsorgung
Bei der Entwicklung des Produktes wurde auf die Re-
cyclingfähigkeit der einzelnen Komponenten geach-
tet. Die verschiedenen Materialarten sind gemäß den
einschlägigen örtlichen Bestimmungen zu entsor-
gen. Bei Unklarheiten über die korrekte Entsorgung
des Produktes wenden Sie sich an Ihren Händler oder

5Installation
Avant de commencer:
1 Desserrer les verrous d’excentrique et retirer le
blocmoteur en le soulevant.
2 Retirer le filtre et le collecteur de poussière.
3 Raccorder les tuyaux à l’aspirateur de sablage.
4 Remplir de matériau de sablage(5 l).
5 Remonter le collecteur de poussière, le filtre et le
blocmoteur.
6 Connecter l’air comprimé au pistolet-sableur.
7 Brancher l’appareil à une prise avec tension appro-
priée.
8 Monter la buse appropriée sur le pistolet.

ATTENTION!Risque de blessure
• Porter l’équipement de sécurité individuel re-
quis.
• Il est strictement interdit de diriger le pisto-
let-sableur vers des personnes ou des ani-
maux. Le pistolet-sableur doit être dirigé uni-
quement vers les objets à sabler.
• Lesable de sablage peut causer des dom-
mages irréparables aux yeux et aux parties
du corps.
1 Mettre l’équipement de sécurité recommandé.
2 Diriger le pistolet-sableur vers la surface à sabler.
Ne jamais diriger le pistolet vers soi-même ou une
autre personne.
3 Pour sabler, appuyer sur le bouton de marche du
pistolet et le maintenir enfoncé. Le sablage s’ar-
rête dès que le bouton est relâché.
7Maintenance
7.1Remplacement du filtre/Remplis-
sage de matériau de sablage
Inspecter régulièrement le filtre et le remplacer s’il est
usé et/ou si la capacité d'aspiration est faible.
Déconnecter l’appareil de l’alimentation de réseau et
fermer l’arrivée d’air comprimé.
1 Desserrer les verrous d’excentrique et retirer le
blocmoteur en le soulevant.
2 Retirer en les soulevant le collecteur de poussière
et le filtre. Remplacer si nécessaire.
3 Remplir de matériau de sablage(5 l).
4 Remonter le collecteur de poussière, le filtre et le
blocmoteur.
5 Connecter de nouveau l’appareil à l’alimentation
de réseau.
6 Rouvrir l’arrivée d’air comprimé.
7 Manipuler le matériau de sablage en tenant
compte de sa composition. Contacter les autorités
écologiques locales qui donneront les conseils né-
cessaires.

Les informations suivantes doivent être indiquées
lors de la commande de pièces de rechange:
• Numéro de pièce et de contrôle (cf. la plaque signa-
létique du produit).
• Numéro d'article et nom de
la pièce de rechange (voir

• Quantité de pièces nécessaires.
9Recyclage

composants soient recyclés. Les différents types de
matériaux le composant doivent être traités confor-
mément aux réglementations locales en vigueur.
