Sandstrahlmaterial
Sandstrahlen ist ein hocheffektives Verfahren um Rost,
alte Farbe, Schweißnähte etc. zu entfernen. Sehr oft
kann es eine mechanische und chemische Reinigung
ersetzen. Das Strahlen hinterlässt eine perfekt gesäu-
berte Arbeitsfläche und optimale Haftung für die
anschlißende Oberflächenbearbeitung. Höhere Zugäng-
lichkeit unabhängig von der Arbeitsfläche und den
verwendeten Düsen, der Prozess bleibt geschlosen und
Staubfrei.
Das Strahlgut wird recycled und wieder-
verwertet. Ihre Werkstatt bleibt sauber
von Staub- und Strahlmaterial, senkt
somit die Reinigungskosten.
Feinstaubfilterung
Bevor die Luft wieder in Umlauf gebracht
wird, wird sie von Strahl-
gut und den Feinstaubpartikel durch
den Partikelfilter gereiningt.

Einfache Instandhaltung.
Aluminiumsilikat ist ein Eisenfreies, aggresives Sandstrahlmateriall,
welches Silikat Sand ersetzt. Es wird in den verschiedensten Anwen-
dungen verwendet, die eine vorherige Säuberung vor der Oberflächem-
beahndlung vorsehen. Es kann auf Stahl, Glass und Keramik verwendet
werden. Eignet sich ebenfalls für die Autokarosserie.
Glasstrahlperlen sind milde Strahmaterialien, die aus Kalknatronglas
hergestellt werden. Sie zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Schlagbeständig-
keit aus. Glasstrahlperlen entfernen Farbe, Kalk und Rost ohne wirklich
das Material zu verletzen. Sie eignen sich bevorzugt für Glas-
Sandstrtahlen, Aluminium und Edelstahl.

Installation
Vor Beginn des Sandstrahlens:
1. Exzenter verschlüsse önen und Motorpaket abheben.abheben.
2. Filter und Staubbehälter herausnehmen.
3. Saug- und Strahlmittelschlauch anschließen.
4. Strahlmittel einfüllen (5 l).
5. Staubbehälter, Filter und Motorpaket wieder einsetzen.
6. Druckluft an Strahlpistole anschließen.
7. Sandstrahler-Sauger an einer Steckdose mit
Sollnetzspannung anschließen.
8. Geeignete Strahldüse an die Pistole anbringen.
Betrieb
1. Legen Sie die vorgeschriebene Schutzausrüstung an.
2. Richten Sie die Strahlpistole auf das Werkstück. Die Pistole
darf nie auf Sie selbst oder auf jemand anderen zeigen.
3. Zum Sandstrahlen drücken Sie den Abzug der Strahlpistole
und halten ihn gedrückt. Sobald Sie den Abzug loslassen,
ist der Strahl abgestellt.
Wartung
Filterwechsel/Sand nachfüllen Netzstecker ziehen und
Druckluft abstellen.
1. Exzenter verschlüsse önen und Motorpaket abheben.
2. Staubbehälter und Filter herausnehmen (bei Bedarf
auswechseln).
3. Strahlmittel einfüllen (5 l).
4. Staubbehälter, Filter und Motorpaket wieder einsetzen.
5. Maschine wieder ans Netz anschließen.
6. Druckluft wieder anstellen.
7. Den gebrauchten Strahlsand auf geeignete Weise - je nach
Inhaltsstoen - entsorgen. Für Informationen wenden Sie
sich an Ihre örtliche Umweltbehörde.

Vor Ausführung von Wartungsarbeiten an Mechanik und

Druckluftzufuhr zu trennen.
Sicherheit beim Sandstrahlen
Stellen Sie vor Beginn des Sandstrahlens sicher, daß Sie
selbst und Personen in der Nähe des Arbeitsbereichs die vor
geschriebene Schutzausrüstung*) angelegt haben.
Es ist absolut verboten, die Strahlpistole auf Menschen oder
Tiere zu richten. Die Strahlpistole darf nur auf die zu reinigen
den Werkstücke gerichtet werden.
Wenn der Sandstrahl gegen Gesicht oder Körper gerichtet
wird, kann es zu irreparablen Verletzungen der Augen und
anderer Körperteile kommen.

Blasting is a highly effective way of removing rust, old paint,
welding scale etc. and can often replace mechanical or chemical
grinding/cleaning. Blasting gives you a perfectly cleaned surface
providing an outstanding grip for the following surface
treatment. Blasting has a superior accessibility irrespective to the
shape of the surface and different accessory nozzles keep the
process closed and dust free.

The blasting material is recycled and used many
times before it is worn out. No dust or blasting
material are spread in your workshop, keeping
your costs for cleaning down.
Dust filtration
Before the air is recirculated, all the dust is
separated from the blasting material and
captured by the particle filter in the unit.

Aluminium silicate is an ironfree, aggressive blasting
material that replaces silica sand. This is used within many
areas for cleaning before surface treatment. To be used on
steel, glass and ceramics. Suitable for car body work.
Glass beads is a lenient blasting material made of soda glass
and is characterized by high resistance against high impact.
Glass beads remove paint, scale and rust without really cutting
in to the material itself. Suitable for blasting of glass,
aluminium and stainless steel.

Installation
Innan du börjar blästra:
1. Release the eccentric locks and remo ve the motor packa -
ge.
2. Lift out the lter and the dust bucket.
3. Connect the hose to the blasting machine.
4. Fill with blasting material. (5 l)
5. Re-assemble the dust bucket, lter and motor package.
6. Connect compressed air to the blasting gun.
7. Connect the blasting machine to a socket for the intended
voltage.
8. Mount a suitable nozzle on the blasting gun.
Using the machine
1. Put on the required safety equipment.
2. Move the blasting gun towards the work piece. You must
never point the gun at yourself nor at anyone else.
3. Start blasting by pressing the trigger and keep it pressed.
Blasting stops when you let go of the trigger.
Maintenance
Replacing lter/Relling blasting material
Disconnect the machine from the mains and turn o the com -
pressed air.
1. Release the eccentric locks and remo ve the motor packa -
ge.
2. Lift out the dust bucket and the lter (replace as necce -
sary).
3. Fill with blasting material. (5 l)
4. Re-assemble the dust bucket, lter and motor package.
5. Re-connect the machine to the mains.
6. Turn on the compressed air again.
7. Handle the used blaster sand with regards to the materials
that have been blasted. Follow applicable waste regula -
tions. Contact your local authorities for guidance.

Never carry out any ser vice work, mechanical or electrical,
without rst disconnecting the supply voltage and the supply
of compressed air.
Safety when blasting
Make sure that you and people around the blasting area are
wearing required safety equipment*), before blasting is star -
ted.
It is absolutely forbidden to point the blasting gun towards
people or animals. It must only be pointed towards the work -
piece, intended to be blasted.
The blaster sand may cause irrepairable damage, to eyes and
body parts, if you should blast in the face or on the body.
