1 Safety
WARNING! To maintain the safety of the machine the list below must be
followed.
• Follow the instrucons in the manual.
• Do not use the machine for other purposes than those stated by the
manufacturer in “Technical data”.
• Do not modify or make any changes to the machine or its components.
• Do not rebuild the machine or its components without a wrien permission
from the manufacturer.
• Do not use other spare parts, than those corresponding with the
manufacturer’s specikaons.
• Only use tools and accessories supplied by the manufacturer.
• The machine must not be used in an explosive environment.
• Never carry out any service work, mechanical or electrical, without rst
disconnecng the supply voltage and the supply of compressed air.
WARNING! Safety when blasng.
Make sure that you and people around the blasng area are wearing required
safety equipment*), before blasng is started.
It is absolutely forbidden to point the blasng gun towards people or animals.
It must only be pointed towards the workpiece, intended to be blasted.
The blaster sand may cause irrepairable damage, to eyes and body parts, if
you should blast in the face or on the body.
*) Required safety equipment:
• Face protecon (protecve glasses or visor) .
• Working gloves (e.g.welding gloves).
• Body protecng working clothes.
• Ear protecon.

5 Installaon
Before starng to blast:
1. Release the eccentric locks and remove the motor package.
2. Li out the lter and the dust bucket.
3. Connect the hose to the blasng machine.
4. Fill with blasng material. (5 l)
5. Re-assemble the dust bucket, lter and motor package.
6. Connect compressed air to the blasng gun.
7. Connect the blasng machine to a socket for the intended voltage.
8. Mount a suitable nozzle on the blasng gun.
6 Using SB750
1. Put on the required safety equipment.
2. Move the blasng gun towards the work piece. You must never point the
gun at yourself nor at anyone else.
3. Start blasng by pressing the trigger and keep it pressed. Blasng stops
when you let go of the trigger.

7 Maintenance
7.1 Replacing lter/Relling blasng material
Disconnect the machine from the mains and turn o the compressed air.
1. Release the eccentric locks and remove the motor package.
2. Li out the dust bucket and the lter (replace as neccesary).
3. Fill with blasng material. (5 l)
4. Re-assemble the dust bucket, lter and motor package.
5. Re-connect the machine to the mains.
6. Turn on the compressed air again.
7. Handle the used blaster sand with regards to the materials that have
been blasted. Follow applicable waste regulaons. Contact your local
authories for guidance.

1 Sicherheit
WARNUNG! Zur Aufrechthaltung der Sicherheit ist folgendes zu beachten:
• Anweisungen in der Bedienungsanleitung befolgen.
• Die Maschine nicht zu anderen Zwecken verwenden als denen, die vom
Hersteller in den Technischen Daten” angegeben sind.
• Keine Änderungen oder Umbau der Maschine oder ihrer Bauteile
durchführen.
• Modizierung oder Umbau der Maschine dürfen nicht ohne eine schriliche
Bestägung des Herstellers durchgeführt werden.
• Keine anderen Ersatzteile verwenden als solche, die der Spezikaon des
Herstellers entsprechen.
• Nur Werkzeuge und Zubehör verwenden, die vom Hersteller geliefert
werden.
• Die Maschine darf nicht in einer explosiven Umgebung verwendet werden.
• Vor Ausführung von Wartungsarbeiten an Mechanik und Elektrik ist das
Gerät in jedem Fall vom Stromnetz und der Druckluzufuhr zu trennen.
WARNUNG! Sicherheit beim Sandstrahlen.
Stellen Sie vor Beginn des Sandstrahlens sicher, daß Sie selbst und Personen
in der Nähe des Arbeitsbereichs die vorgeschriebene Schutzausrüstung*)
angelegt haben.
Es ist absolut verboten, die Strahlpistole auf Menschen oder Tiere zu richten.
Die Strahlpistole darf nur auf die zu reinigenden Werkstücke gerichtet werden.
Wenn der Sandstrahl gegen Gesicht oder Körper gerichtet wird, kann es zu
irreparablen Verletzungen der Augen und anderer Körperteile kommen.
*) Schutzausrüstung:
• Gesichtsschutz (Schutzbrille oder Visier)
• Arbeitshandschuhe (z.B. Schweißhandschuhe)
• Körperbedeckende Arbeitskleidung
• Ohrenschutz

5 Installaon
Vor Beginn des Sandstrahlens:
1. Exzenterverschlüsse önen und Motorpaket abheben.
2. Filter und Staubbehälter herausnehmen.
3. Saug- und Strahlmielschlauch anschließen.
4. Strahlmiel einfüllen (5 l).
5. Staubbehälter, Filter und Motorpaket wieder einsetzen.
6. Drucklu an Strahlpistole anschließen.
7. Sandstrahler-Sauger an einer Steckdose mit Sollnetzspannung
anschließen.
8. Geeignete Strahldüse an die Pistole anbringen.

6 Betrieb SB750
1. Legen Sie die vorgeschriebene Schutzausrüstung an.
2. Richten Sie die Strahlpistole auf das Werkstück. Die Pistole darf nie auf
Sie selbst oder auf jemand anderen zeigen.
3. Zum Sandstrahlen drücken Sie den Abzug der Strahlpistole und halten ihn
gedrückt. Sobald Sie den Abzug loslassen, ist der Strahl abgestellt.
7 Wartung
7.1 Filterwechsel/Sand nachfüllen
Netzstecker ziehen und Drucklu abstellen.
1. Exzenterverschlüsse önen und Motorpaket abheben.
2. Staubbehälter und Filter herausnehmen (bei Bedarf auswechseln).
3. Strahlmiel einfüllen (5 l).
4. Staubbehälter, Filter und Motorpaket wieder einsetzen.
5. Maschine wieder ans Netz anschließen.
6. Drucklu wieder anstellen.
7. Den gebrauchten Strahlsand auf geeignete Weise - je nach Inhaltsstoen
- entsorgen. Für Informaonen wenden Sie sich an Ihre örtliche
Umweltbehörde.

1 Consignes de sécurité
AVERTISSEMENT ! Pour que la machine soit ulisée en toute sécurité, suivre les
indicaons suivantes:
• Suivre les instrucons apparaissant dans le présent manuel.
• Ne pas uliser la machine à des ns autres que celles indiquées par le
fabricant dans la ”Specicaons téchniques”.
• Ne pas modier ni reconstruire la machine ou ses composants.
• Ne pas modier ni reconstruire la machine ou ses composants sans
l’autorisaon écrite du fabricant.
• Ne pas reconverr la machine ni ses composants.
• Ne pas uliser d’autres pièces d’origine ou répondant aux spécicaons du
fabricant, car la sécurité de la machine en dépend.
• N’uliser que les ouls et accessoires livrés par le fabricant.
• Ne pas uliser la machine dans un environnement explosif.
• Avant toute intervenon mécanique, électrique ou de maintenance,
débrancher l’alimentaon électrique et l’alimentaon en air comprimé.
AVERTISSEMENT ! Sécurité pendant le décapage.
S’assurer que toute personne se trouvant à proximité de la zone de projecon
ulise l’équipement de protecon*) indiqué avant de débuter le sablage.
Il est strictement interdit de diriger le pistolet-sableur vers des personnes
ou animaux. Le pistolet-sableur doit être dirigé uniquement vers les objets à
sabler.
Le sable de ltrage peut provoquer des dommages corporels permanents au
niveau des yeux et autres pares du corps en cas de projecon sur le visage ou
le corps.
*) Equipement de sécurité recommandé:
• Ecran facial (lunees de protecon ou visière).
• Gants de travail (type gants de soudage).
• Vêtements de travail couvrant enèrement le corps.
• Protège-oreille.

5 Installaon
Avant de commencer:
1. Desserrer les verrous d’excentrique et rerer le blocmoteur en le
soulevant.
2. Rerer le ltre et le collecteur de poussière.
3. Raccorder les tuyaux à l’aspirateur de sablage.
4. Remplir de matériau de sablage (5 l).
5. Remonter le collecteur de poussière, le ltre et le blocmoteur.
6. Connecter l’air comprimé au pistolet-sableur.
7. Brancher l’appareil à une prise avec tension appropriée.
8. Monter la buse appropriée sur le pistolet.

6 Ulisaon
1. Mere l’équipement de sécurité recommandé.
2. Diriger le pistolet-sableur vers la surface à sabler. Ne jamais diriger le
pistolet vers soimême ou une autre personne.
3. Pour sabler, appuyer sur le bouton de marche du pistolet et le maintenir
enfoncé. Le sablage s’arrête dès que le bouton est relâché.
7 Entreen
7.1 Remplacement du ltre/Remplissage de matériau de sablage
Déconnecter l’appareil de l’alimentaon de réseau et fermer l’arrivée d’air
comprimé.
1. Desserrer les verrous d’excentrique et rerer le blocmoteur en le
soulevant.
2. Rerer en les soulevant le collecteur de poussière et le ltre (à remplacer
si nécessaire).
3. Remplir de matériau de sablage (5 l).
4. Remonter le collecteur de poussière, le ltre et le blocmoteur.
5. Connecter de nouveau l’appareil à l’alimentaon de réseau.
6. Rouvrir l’arrivée d’air comprimé.
7. Manipuler le matériau de sablage en tenant compte de sa composion.
Contacter les autorités écologiques locales qui donneront les conseils
nécessaires.

1 Avvertenza di sicurezza
ATTENZIONE! Al ne di mantenere sicura la macchina, occorre aenersi alla lista
di seguito.
• Seguire le istruzioni contenute nel manuale.
• Non usare la macchina per scopi diversi da quelli indica dal fabbricante nei
"Da tecnici".
• Non modicare o apportare alcun cambiamento alla macchina o ai suoi
componen.
• Non ricostruire la macchina o i suoi componen senza un permesso scrio
del fabbricante.
• Non usare par di ricambio diverse da quelle indicate nelle speciche del
fabbricante.
• Usare esclusivamente arezzi e accessori forni dal fabbricante.
• Non usare la macchina in ambien esplosivi.
• Non realizzare mai alcun intervento di manutenzione, meccanica o elerica,
senza aver prima scollegato la tensione di alimentazione e l’aria compressa.
ATTENZIONE! Sicurezza durante la sabbiatura.
Prima di iniziare la sabbiatura, accertarsi che le persone, compreso se
stessi, che si trovano aorno alla zona di sabbiatura indossino i disposivi di
protezione obbligatori*).
È assolutamente vietato puntare la pistola sabbiatrice verso persone e animali.
Deve essere puntata esclusivamente verso il pezzo da lavorare e che si
desidera sabbiare.
Se la sabbia della sabbiatrice colpisce il viso o il corpo, si possono provocare
lesioni personali irreparabili.
*) Disposivi di sicurezza obbligatori:
• Protezione per il viso (occhiali o visore di protezione).
• Guan da lavoro (ad es., guan per saldare).
• Abbigliamento da lavoro di protezione per il corpo.
• Protezione auricolare.
2 Portata di applicazione

5 Installazione
Prima di iniziare a sabbiare:
1. Rilasciare i blocchi eccentrici e rimuovere il paccheo motore.
2. Sollevare il ltro e il secchio della polvere.
3. Collegare il essibile alla sabbiatrice.
4. Riempire con il materiale per la sabbiatura. (5 l)
5. Rimontare il secchio della polvere, il ltro e il paccheo motore.
6. Collegare l’aria compressa alla pistola sabbiatrice.
7. Collegare la sabbiatrice a una presa per il voltaggio correo.
8. Montare un ugello idoneo sulla pistola sabbiatrice.
6 Uso dell’SB750
1. Indossare i disposivi di protezione obbligatori.
2. Spostare la pistola sabbiatrice verso il pezzo da lavorare. Non puntare mai
la pistola verso se stessi o alcun’altra persona.
3. Iniziare la sabbiatura premendo il grilleo e tenendolo premuto.
Rilasciando il grilleo si arresta la sabbiatura.

7 Manutenzione
7.1 Sostuzione del ltro/rabbocco del materiale per la sabbiatura
Scollegare la macchina dall’alimentazione di rete e spegnere l’aria compressa.
1. Rilasciare i blocchi eccentrici e rimuovere il paccheo motore.
2. Sollevare il secchio della polvere e il ltro (se occorre, sostuirlo).
3. Riempire con il materiale per la sabbiatura. (5 l)
4. Rimontare il secchio della polvere, il ltro e il paccheo motore.
5. Ricollegare la macchina all’alimentazione di rete.
6. Riaccendere l’aria compressa.
7. Manipolare con cura la sabbia della sabbiatrice usata con i materiali
sabbia. Aenersi alle normave sui riu in vigore. Per le linee guida,
contaare le autorità locali.

5 Montaż
Przystępując do piaskowania, wykonaj poniższą procedurę.
1. Zwolnij blokady mimośrodowe i wyjmij zespół silnika.
2. Wyciągnij ltr i pojemnik na pył.
3. Podłącz wąż do oczyszczarki.
4. Napełnij maszynę środkiem do piaskowania (w ilości 5 litrów).
5. Z powrotem zamontuj pojemnik na pył, ltr i zespół silnika.
6. Doprowadź sprężone powietrze do pistoletu do piaskowania.
7. Podłącz oczyszczarkę do gniazdka, w którym występuje napięcie
znamionowe maszyny.
8. Załóż odpowiednią dyszę na pistolet do piaskowania.
6 Korzystanie z oczyszczarki SB750
1. Zastosuj wymagany sprzęt ochrony osobistej.
2. Skieruj pistolet do piaskowania na obrabiany przedmiot; pod żadnym
pozorem nie kieruj pistoletu na siebie ani na inne osoby.
3. Aby rozpocząć piaskowanie, wciśnij i przytrzymaj spust; piaskowanie
zostanie przerwane z chwilą zwolnienia spustu.
