1.0 Unpacking Entain Kiosk
ATTENTION: Prior to installation, refer to Chapter 1
–Safety Information in the Entain User Service
Manual.
Remove the strapping from the carton.
CAUTION: The strapping is under tension and can
flick when cut.
Carefully lift and remove the outer carton, inner
carton, and protective packaging.
Ensure the internal packaging is free from damage.
Remove all packaging provided from the Kiosk
components.
CAUTION: DO NOT LIFT THE KIOSK USING THE
PLASTIC BAG.
Open the top of the plastic bag.
Carefully remove the Kiosk from the packaging by
sliding both hands through the “mouth” of the Kiosk
and lift in an upwards direction.
Position the Kiosk into the final location.
Remove all protective films from the Kiosk and
dispose.
Caution:
Kiosk weight = 26.5lbs (estimate).
The Printer is packaged in a separate carton within
the Entain packaging.
Carefully remove the Printer and Power Loom from
the carton.
Remove all protective films from the Printer and
dispose of waste.
For the “Breadboard Kiosk”design, the Printer can
be installed on either the LHS or RHS of the Kiosk.

2.0 Power up the Entain Kiosk
Power, Fuse and Network are accessed from the
rear of the Kiosk.
The Kiosk is intended to be used in a location having
equipotential bonding (such as a restricted access
area) and is connected to power using an earthed
IEC cable supplied.
Verification of the protective earthing connection of
the socket-outlet to be performed by a skilled person.
Open the Kiosk Back Cable Door to access Power,
Fuse and Network.
Plug the Power lead into position shown.
Plug in the Network cable into the “ETHERNET” port.

Select Printer Loom from packaging (reference
image only).
Plug into USB Type A Power Plug into Printer.
Opposite end of the Printer Loom has the following
plugs (reference image only):
•Printer Power.
Push the Printer Power plug into the Rear Switch
Plate in position shown.
After all plugs are connected, the Rear Switch will be
populated as shown.

3.0 Loading Printer Paper
Switch unit from O →I in position shown.
Close the Back Cable Door.
For Kiosks with the Printer installed into the Kiosk
Peripherical Tray:
Holding the bottom of the 15.6” LCD Screen, tilt in an
upwards direction to a full stop position.
This action provides clearance to the Printer to open
without interference.
Withdraw the Printer in an outwards direction until the
slide reaches the stop position.

3.0 Loading Printer Paper (continued)
For Kiosks with the Printer installed onto the side of
the Kiosk:
Re-position the Printer (if required) for clear access
to load the paper.
For both set-ups, push the grey lever on the RH side
of the Printer in a downwards direction until stop is
reached to disengage the Printer Head.
The Printer Head will open towards the operator to
expose the Printer internals.
Place the Paper Roll into the Printer guides.
Manually feed the Paper Roll into the Printer Head.
Close the Printer and wait for a “click” to indicate
locked position into the Printer Latch.
For Kiosks with the Printer installed into the Kiosk,
return the Printer Peripherical Tray into the closed
position.
Readjust the 15.6” LCD Screen position to suit the
user.

4.0 LCD Screen adjustment
5.0 Swipe Card Payment and NFC Reader
The view angle of the 15.6”Teller LCD Screen can be
adjusted in an up and down direction to suit the user.
Carefully hold the LCD Screen on the sides with both
hands and adjust up and down as required.
The Swipe Card Payment and NFC Reader are
located on the RH Side of the 15.6”Teller LCD Screen.
