1.0 Unpacking Kiosk (12501-GA007 shown)
Remove the strapping from the outer carton.
Caution: The strapping is under tension and can flick
when cut.
Lift the outer carton off the Pallet. Ensure internal
packaging is free from damage.
Remove all packaging provided from the Kiosk.
Remove and clear the film from the LCD screen.
Remove the 2x M8 Coach Bolts & Washers securing
the Kiosk to the Pallet.
Carefully remove the Kiosk off the Pallet.
Position the Kiosk in the final location.

2.0 Install Paper
Unlock and open the LCD Screen Door by unlocking
the Lock at the top of the Kiosk using the key provided.
This provides access to the Paper Mounting Bracket.
Note: Gently push the top of the LCD Screen near the
lock to aid the disengagement of the lock.
To access the printer paper tray, pull out the green tray
outwards from the Kiosk towards the installer.
Remove the Paper Spindle from the roller supports.
Slide the paper roll onto the roller and re-install back
into roller supports in the paper feed orientation shown.
Note: PC shown in following images for reference only.
Ensure the Printer Paper Bracket is pushed into stop
position.

3.0 Installing Power Supply Unit →customer supplied
Feed the paper downwards and into the Printer. The
Printer will automatically take the feed and perform a
small cut on the end of the paper.
Close the LCD Screen Door via the Lock at the top of
the Kiosk using the key provided.
Remove Power Supply Unit from packaging (customer
supplied).
Unlock and open the LCD Screen Door by unlocking
the Lock at the top of the Kiosk using the key provided.
This provides access to the Power Supply Mounting
Bracket.
Note: Gently push the top of the LCD Screen near the
lock to aid the disengagement of the lock.

3.0 Installing Power Supply Unit →customer supplied (continued)
The Power Supply Unit is to be installed on the RH
side of the Kiosk in position shown.
Undo the Velcro Strap from the Power Supply
Mounting Bracket to a loose condition.
Plug the earthed IEC cable supplied with the Kiosk into
the applicable Power Supply Unit port.
Install the Power Supply Unit into the Power Supply
Mounting Bracket.
Check: Ensure that the mains connector is orientated
at the top of the Power Supply Mounting Bracket.
Re-strap the Velcro to a firm condition.
Install USB Plug into Lenovo PC.

Undo 2x Cable Tie Twist Clamps retaining the Kiosk
Looms (highlighted).
Guide the Power Supply unit Loom into the 2x Cable
Tie Twist Clamps & fasten.
Unwrap the Velcro on the Kiosk Loom (highlighted
yellow circle) and bundle together.
Re strap Velcro.
Remove Lenovo PC from packaging (customer
supplied).
Unlock and open the LCD Screen Door by unlocking
the Lock at the top of the Kiosk using the key provided.
This provides access to the PC Mount.
Note: Gently push the top of the LCD Screen near the
lock to aid the disengagement of the lock.
Loosen the 4x Knurled Nuts (2x LH side & 2x RH side)
fastening the PC Mount into position.
