Thank you for purchasing the SQ60524(WB) Thermostat. This thermostat is a device that
lets you customise the heating and cooling of your home as needed. The SQ60524(WB) is
an electronic room temperature controller which oers key advantages over conventional
mechanical products. The controller is easy to operate using the conventional backlit
adjusting dial and oers you unique control convenience for heating applications of all types
thanks to the high quality device electronics.

Installation
Temperature is set by turning the knob to wanted temperature: 5° - 35°C.
The ideal position to locate the thermostat is 1,5 m above oor level, far from heating
or cooling sources. The thermostat can’t be exposed to sunlight or any extreme conditions,
for example draft. It should be mounted in a location where the thermostat is easily
accessible and away from direct sunlight.
1. Gently remove front housing and make the wiring connections
2. For wall mounting, mark the correct position on the wall and mount the rear case to
the wall.

Slide Switch on the side with 3 positions:
UP-Heat Mode
Middle-OFF Mode
Down - Cooling mode
Default position is UP (Heat mode).
Heat Mode
Side switch in the upper position.
Cooling Mode
Side switch in the lower position.
OFF Mode
The thermostat will be turned o when the side switch is in the middle position.
NSB (Nigth Set Back) function
NSB mode depends on the NSB wired connection: 0V = NSB OFF; 24V = NSB ON
When NSB is ON the temperature will be set back to 2°C or 4°C according to the dipswitch
setting located inside the thermostat.
Heat cut o
When the room temperature is over 36°C heating output will be turned o.
Cooling cut o
When the room temperature is under 4°C cooling output will be cut o.
Short cycle protection
When the cooling mode is enabled the minimum interval between On/OFF is 3 minutes.
Heating mode
The thermostat will start heating when the room temperature will get below the setpoint.
The thermostat will stop the Heating function when the room temperature is on set point
or above.
Cooling mode
The thermostat will start cooling when the room temperature gets above the setpoint. The
termostat will stop the Cooling function when the room temperature is on setpoint or below.
