Bitte lesen Sie diese Betriebsanleitung sorgfältig und vollständig bevor Sie mit
den Arbeiten beginnen. Etwaige Fehler sind nur mehr unter erheblichem Aufwand oder
gar nicht mehr behebbar (v.a. Betonarbeiten).
Montage Einbausatz
Der Einbausatz zu den Neptun Compa t Gegenstromanlagen ist mit dem beiliegenden Bau-
s hutz abzude ken damit sämtli he Gewindebu hsen ges hützt sind.
Bitte bea hten Sie unbedingt die Einbauanordnung. (Abb. 1)
Folienbecken / Betonbecken
Einbautopf ist komplett auszubetonieren; na hträgli hes Auss häumen ist unzulässig.
Polyesterbecken
Wenn nötig ist ein zusätzli her Stützfuß anzubringen.
Styropordistanzblo k ist ni ht notwendig.
Einbau
Der Einbausatz ist 180 mm unter dem Wasserspiegel zu befestigen (Abb. 9). Die 4 Gewin-
denippel dienen zur späteren Montage der Düsenblende (Abb. 9). Die übrigen Gewinde
dienen der Flans hbefestigung. Bei Betonbe ken werden nur die 4 Gewindemuffennippel
montiert.
Folienmontage

Montage der Basiseinheit (Abb. 3 4 5 6 u. 7)
Um eine Überflutung des Aufstellungsortes zu verhindern, ist eine Abflussmögli hkeit sowie
eine ausrei hende Be- und Entlüftung vorzusehen. Nur dadur h kann ein störungsfreier Be-
trieb garantiert werden.
Das Luftventil muss senkre ht na h oben angebra ht und über dem Wasserpiegel montiert
werden. Sämtli he erforderli hen Verbindungsstü ke liegen bei. Sollten denno h Verlänge-
rungen notwendig sein, so ist darauf zu a hten, den Pneumatiks hlau h mögli hst kurz zu
halten (max. 4 m), und keinesfalls zu kni ken oder einzuklemmen.
Compact 950 und 1200
Der Pneumatiks hlau h ist am Steuerkasten sowie am Einbautopf anzubringen und zu fixie-
ren.

Montage der Einlaufblende
Verbinden Sie den Lufts hlau h (5) mit der Düsenblende und ste ken Sie das andere S hlau-
hende auf den im Topf vorgesehenen Luftleitungsans hluss.
S hieben Sie nun die Spiralfeder (8) über den kurzen Pneumatiks hlau h (7) und befestigen
Sie diesen mittels Klemmhülsen (14) am Ein- bzw. Auss halter und der Pneumatikführung.
Fetten Sie nun den O-Ring der Düsenblende gut ein und ste ken Sie unter Rü ksi htnahme
auf die Verbindungss hläu he diesen in die vorgesehene Rohrführung des Pumpenflans hes
(9).
Die Düsenblende wird nun mittels der S hrauben (17) an den Gewindemuffennippeln (Abb.
6,7) befestigt.
Zur Beachtung für bauausführende Firmen:
Zum Abdi hten der Kunststoffgewinde ist auss hließi h ein Teflonband zu verwenden.
Sämtli he Anlagenteile sind so zu montieren, dass diese spannungsfrei bzw. frei von Ver-
s hmutzungen sind. Insbesondere der Sitz sämtli her O-Ringe, Di htungen, Überwurfmut-
tern, et . ist dahingehend zu überprüfen. Die Pumpe darf niemals tro ken laufen (d.h. ohne
Wasser), da ansonsten die Gleitringdi htung bes hädigt wird (Garantieverlust).
Die Benutzung in und an S hwimmbe ken bzw. Gartentei hen ist nur zulässig, wenn diese
na h den lokalen gesetzli hen Bestimmungen erri htet sind. Kontaktieren Sie diesbezügli h
Ihren NEPTUN-Fa hmann bzw. die lokale Baubehörde.

Es sind die Vors hriften na h ÖVE (VDE), sowie die örtli hen EW bei der Installation der
Anlage unbedingt zu bea hten. Die Installation darf auss hließli h von einem konz. Elektri-
ker dur hgeführt werden. In der Netzzuleitung muss eine allpolige Trenneinri htung mit
einer Kontaktöffnung von mind. 3 mm vorhanden sein. In der Netzzuleitung ist ein Fehler-
stroms hutzs halter mit einem Nennfehlerstrom von <= 30 mA vorzusehen.
ACHTUNG! Auf Motordrehrichtung achten (Drehrichtungspfeil)
Das S haltgerät ist an einem gut zugängli hen, tro kenen Ort zu installieren.
Das Luftansaugventil sowie der PN-S hlau h müssen si h über dem Niveau der Wasser-
oberflä he befinden. Im S ha ht ist ein ausrei hend dimensionierter Bodenablauf vorzuse-
hen.

Betriebshinweise für den Endverbraucher:
Pumpe Ein- / Ausschalten (Abb. 13)
Dur h Drü ken des PN-Tasters Pos. 1 wird der Pneumatiks halter betätigt und die Pumpe
geht in Betrieb. No hmaliges Drü ken s haltet die Pumpe aus.
Strahlrichtung und Strahlregulierung (Abb. 13)
Die Strahlri htung kann dur h die allseitig s hwenkbare Düse Pos. 2 festgelegt werden.
Dur h drehen der Düse stell sie den Wasserstrahl stärker bzw. s hwä her.
Luftregulierung und Massage (Abb. 13)
Dur h drehen des Ringes Pos. 3 wel her auf der Düse angebra ht ist, wird die Luftzufuhr
s hwä her oder stärker.
Gegenstromschwimmen
Düse so s hwenken, dass die Wassers hi ht unmittelbar unter der Wasseroberflä he in
starke Strömung versetzt wird.
Verwendung des Massagezubehörs (Abb. 14)
Vor dem Anbringen oder Entfernen ist die Gegenstromanlage abzus halten. Zum Anbrin-
gen der Massage-Einheit ziehen Sie die S hiebemuffe Pos. 5 zurü k
und s hieben die S hlau hkupplung in die Düse Pos. 2. Drü ken Sie nun die S hiebemuffe
gegen die Düse und ziehen Sie den S hlau h Pos. 6 zurü k.
Die S hlau hkupplung ist verriegelt. Zum Abkuppeln drü ken Sie den S hlau h Pos. 6
gegen die S hiebemuffe Pos. 5, S hiebemuffe fassen und herausziehen.
ACHTUNG:
Massagezubehor nicht näher als 30 cm an den Körper halten optimaler Massageeffekt
bei voller Durchflussleistung und geeignetem Abstand
Überwinterung
Wasser bis unterhalb des Düsenblo kes ablassen. Pumpe mit Hilfe der Entleerungss hraube
an der Vorderseite entleeren. Erst na h Ende der Frostgefahr Entleerungs hraube wieder
eindrehen.
Die in diesem Dokument gegebenen Hinweise und Ri htlinien entspre hen dem Stand der Te hnik
und sind kein Ersatz für eine Beratung bzw. deren Ausführung dur h den S hwimmbadfa hhandel
bzw. die enspre henden Bauorgane und Baufirmen unter Einhaltung der geltenden Bauvors hriften.
Im Falle von Reklamationen bitte die Kotrollnummer und eine Kopie des Kaufbeleges beilegen.

Die Installation darf auss hließli h von einem konz. Elektriker dur hgeführt werden.
In der Netzzuleitung muss eine alloplige Trenneinri htung mit einer Kontaktöffnung von mind. 3 mm
vorhanden sein. In der Netzzuleitung ist ein Fehlerstroms hutzs halter mit einem Nennfehlerstrom von
<= 30 mA vorzusehen.

Montaggio Kit da murare
Il kit da murare dei gruppi nuoto ontro orrente NEPTUN COMPACT devono essere pro-
tetti on la protezione adesiva parte della fornitura, per proteggere gli inserti filettati.
Attenzione seguite la sequenza di montaggio indi ata (Figura 1).
Piscine con Liner / piscine in cemento armato
Il orpo da murare deve essere sommerso ompletamente dal emento, s hiumature su es-
sive non sono ammissibili.
Piscine in resina di polyestere
Se ne essario appli are un supporto.
Il blo o distanziale di polystirolo non è ne essario.
Posizionamento
Il kit da murare è da posizionare 180 mm sotto il livello dell’a qua (Fig. 9). I 4 nippli filet-
tati serviranno più tardi per il montaggio della opertura ugello (Fig. 9). I restanti filetti ser-
vono per il fissaggio della flangia . In aso di pis ine in emento armato vengono montati
solamente 4 nippli filettati.

Per evitare effeffi alluvionali nel vano pompa è da prevedere una possibillità di s ari o e
per garentire suffi iente areazione del vano sono da prevedere delle aperture per la stessa.
Solamente questi a orgimenti possono garentire un eser izo privo di problemi.
La valvola d'aria deve essere fissata in verti ale verso l'alto sopra il livello dell'a qua in pis-
ina. Tutti i ra ordi ne essari fanno parte della onsegna. Nel aso dovessero essere ne-
essari dei prolungamenti, fa iamo presente, he il tubo pneumati o non deve superare i 4
m di lunghezza e he non deve essere piegato ad angolo a uto o in astrato.
COMPACT 950 e COMPACT 1200
Il tubo pneumati o è da fissare sul ontrol box e sul orpo da murare.
La preghiamo di leggere attentamente queste istruzioni di montaggio prima
di iniziare i lavori. Eventuali errori si potranno correggere solamente con notevoli spese o
addirittura non saranno correggibili (p.es.: getto di cemento).

Montaggio della copertura ugello
Collegate il tubo aria (5) on la opertura ugello e fissate l'altro apo del tubo sul ra ordo
previsto all’interno del orpo da murare.
Mettete la molla spiralata (8) sopra il tubo pneumati o orto (7) e fissate questo mediante le
bo ole da s hia iare (14) sul pulsante On/Off ed al ondotto pneumati o.
Adesso ingrassate bene l'O-Ring della opertura ugello e poi inserite il tutto, fa endo at-
tenzione alle tubature di ollegamento, nei ondotti dei tubi della flangia della pompa (9).
La opertura ugello deve essere adesso fissata tramite le viti (17) sui nippli filettati (Fig.
6,7).
All'attenzione dell'impresa costruttrice:
Per fare la tenuta di filettature in plasti a si deve utilizzare ex lusivamente nastro di teflon.
Tutti i omponenti del gruppo devono essere assemblati privi di tensioni , liberi da spor i-
zia, in parti olare le sedi degli O-Ring e delle guarnizioni, ghiere e dadi e .
La pompa non deve assolutamente mai lavorare a se o (ossia senza a qua), altrimenti av-
verrà danneggiamento della tenuta me ani a e onseguente perdita del diritto di garan-
zia.
L’istallazione e l'utilizzo dei gruppi Nuoto Contro orrente NEPTUN COMPACT su pis ne e
laghetti pis ina è permesso solamente, se questi sono ostruiti in onformità alla disposi-
zioni di legge lo ali, ontattate l'uffi io te ni o del omune ompetente.

Le pres rizioni delle Norme Europee e del distributore lo ale di elettri ità sono da seguire
perentoriamente.
L'istallazione deve essere eseguita es lusivamente da un elettri ista professionale. L'alimen-
tazione elettri a deve essere provvista di un interruttore di si urezza su tutti i poli on aper-
tura di almeno 3 mm ed un salvavita on taratura <= 30 mA.
ATTENZIONE! AI senso di rotazione del motore della pompa (vedi freccia sulla copertura
della ventola)
Il ontrol box deve essere posizonato in un luogo fa ilmente a essibile ed as iutto.
La valvola di aspirazione aria ed il tubo pneumati o devono essere posizionati sopra il
livello dell'a qua della pis ina. Il vano pompa deve essere provvisto di s ari o dimensio-
nato a suffi ienza.

Istruzioni per l'utilizzo da parte del'ulente:
Avviare / Spegnere la pompa (Fig. 13)
Una pressione sul pulsante pneumati o Pos.1 si attiva l'interruttore pneumati o e la pompa
si avvia. Un ulteriore pressione sul pulsante spegne la pompa.
Direzione getto e regolazione getto (Fig.13)
La direzione del getto può essere stabilita tramite posizionamento dell'ugello posizionabile
in tutte le direzioni.
Girando la testa dell'ugello si regola l'intensità del getto.
Regolazione aria e massaggio (Fig. 13)
Girando l'anello Pos. 3 sull'ugello si regola il flusso dell'aria.
Nuotare contro corrente
Posizionare l'ugello in modo he il getto rei orrente immediatamente sotto il livello
dell'a qua
Utilizzo degli accessori da massaggio (Fig. 14)
Prima di appli are gli a essori da massagio, spegnere la pompa. Per appli are gli a es-
sori tirare all'indietro la bo ola Pos.5 ed inserire il ra ordo del tubo nell'ugello Pos.2.
Adesso spostare in avanti la bo ola e tirare all'indietro il tubo Pos.6.
Il olIegamento del tubo osi è blo ato. Per sta arlo spingete il tubo Pos.6 ontro il ra -
ordo Pos.5, prendete la bo ola ed estraete.
ATTENZIONE:
Non avvicinare accessori da massaggio sotto i 30 cm effetto ottimale di massaggio con
piena prestazione della pompa e distanza adatta dal corpo.
Cosa fare quando inizia l’inverno
S ari are la qua fino a sotto il blo o dell'ugello. S ari are la pompa tramite il bullone ap-
posito sulla parte frontale.
Riavvitare questo bullone quando in primavera no i sarà più peri olo di gelo.

Mounting installation kit
The installation kit for the Neptun ompa t jet stream must be overed with the en losed
building prote tion so that all threads are prote ted. Please mind the installation arrange-
ment. (fig.1)
Film pool/ concrete pool
The built-in pot must be on reted entirely, subsequent foaming is not allowed.
polyester pool
When ne essary, an additional supporting foot must be atta hed.
Styrofoam distan e blo is not ne essary.
Installation
The installation kit must be fixed 180 mm below the water surfa e (fig. 1). The 4 threaded
nipples are used for the subsequent mounting of the nozzle frame (fig. 7). The other threads
are used for flange mounting. With on rete pools only the 4 threaded nipple sleeves are
mounted.

The air valve must be mounted verti ally upwards and above the water surfa e. All the re-
quired pipe fittings are in luded. Should, however, extensions may be ne essary, keep the
pneumati hose as short as possible (max. 4 m), and don`t rin le or lamp it in any way.
Compact 950 and 1200
The pneumati hose must be pla ed and fixed on the ontrol box as well as on the buit-in
pot.

Mounting of the inlet aperture
Conne t the air hose (5) with the nozzle frame and plug the other end of the hose in a pot
provided airline onne tion. Then push the oil spring (8) over the short pneumati hose (7)
and fix it through the laming sleeve (14) at the on-off swit h and the pneumati implemen-
tation.
Then grease the O-ring of the nozzle frame well to plug it in easily under the onsideration
of the onne ting hoses into the provided tube guide of the pump flange (9).The nozzle
frame is then fixed through s rews (17) at the threaded sleeve nipple. (fig 6,7).
Precautions for building companies
For sealing the plasti thread ex lusively a Teflon tape must be used. All system omponents
must be mounted in the way that they are voltage free and free of ontamination. In parti u-
lar, the seat of all the o-rings, union nuts, et . must be he ked to that effe t. The pump
must never run dry (whi h means without water), be ause otherwise the me hani al seal
will be damaged (loss of warranty).
The use in and around swimming pools or garden ponds is only permitted if they are built
a ording to lo al statutory regulations. In this regard please onta t your Neptun expert or
the lo al bulding department.

There are rules ne essarily to be observed by ÖVE (VDE), as well as the lo al EW when in-

In power line an all- pole seperator with a onta t gap of at least 3 mm must be provided.
In the power line a residual urrent ir uit breaker with a rated leakage urrent of <= 30

Attention! Pay attention to the motor direction of rotation (direction of rotation arrow)

Error / cause / repairing
The pump is very loud and does not bring the normal power.
Wrong motor dire tion of rotation Reverse the polarity of motor by swapping the phase
(400 V).
The pump is loud and does not take full power.
The engine over swipes. Fan over loosely, fix properly.

Operating instructions for the end user
Turn on/off the pump (fig. 13)
By pressing the PN-button pos.1, the pneumati swit h is a tuated and the pump is in ope-
ration. Press again to turn off the pump.
stream direction and beam control (fig. 13)
The stream dire tion an be set by the all-round swiveling nozzle pos. 2. By rotating the
nozzle you make the water jet stronger or weaker.
air control and massage (fig. 13)
By rotating the ring pos. 3 whi h is mounted on the nozzle, the air supply gets weaker or
stronger.
swimming against the countercurrent
Swivel the nozzle that the water layer dire tly below the water surfa e is pla ed in strong
urrent.
Use of the massage equipment (fig. 14)
Before installing or removing, the ounter urrent system must be swit hed off. To atta h the
massage unit, pull ba k the sliding sleeve pos. 5 and push the hose oupling in the nozzle
pos. 2. Then press the sliding sleeve against the nozzle and pull the hose ba k pos.6. The
hose oupling is lo ked. To un ouple, press the hose pos. 6 against the sliding sleeve pos.
5. Take the sliding sleeve and pull it out.
Attention:
Do not take the massage equipment closer than 30 cm to your body you get the optimal
massage effect at full flow capacity and suitable distance.
Wintering
Drain the water to below the nozzle blo k. The pump must be emptied with the help of the
draining s rew on the front. Only after the end of the danger of frost the drain plug an be
s rewed again.
