Series Smart Gateways
The Cayman 3500 Series lets households gain
high-speed access, share MP3 files and photos across
multiple PCs, and enjoy broadband entertainment
while small companies can connect their office
networks, send email, and securely conduct business
over the Internet.
The Cayman 3500 Series gateways make broadband
shared access more secure by including advanced
features such as a NAT firewall, security monitoring
and intrusion detection. LAN users are protected from
unwanted network attacks across the Internet.
A complete line of local area networking options
includes a 4-port switch and 802.11b wireless
networking.
The intuitive Web User Interface (WebUI) and self-
install features let users browse the Internet in
minutes. In most applications, no manual
configuration is required!
The business security features include a more robust
firewall with three pre-configured settings. The
Cayman 3500 Series also provides extended remote
management, logging capabilities, and an optional
IPSec VPN gateway that cost-effectively and securely
connects teleworkers to corporate networks.
The Cayman Series share a common architecture, built
upon a rich feature set and robust performance that
has connected millions of small businesses over
broadband. The platforms are customizable and
