Cleaning & Re-install Instructions
NSG0110-US500 Paint Sprayer
1) Unplug tool. Trigger the spray gun so that the material
inside the spray gun flows back into the canister.
2) Unscrew the canister. Empty any remaining material back into
the 1200ML container.
3) Fill around 800ML Water-based or Oil-based Thinner into
container, attach container back to sprayer gun,
spray into waste bin and waving gun at same time to clear up
the internal paint delivery channel.
4) Unlock the Quick release lock of the gun body.
As shown below

5)First rotate the gun head to 90°to the holder, then slowly
rotate it until the gun head can be pulled out.

Removal of the front unit
1)First rotate the nut out, then remove the air cap and nozzle.

2)Rotate the cover of the container until it can be removed,
then remove the suction tube and sealing cup.

Cleaning Steps
PS:Please make use the paint thinner recommended by the paint
manufacturer.
1)Clean the inside of the pick-up tube and air channel with
included brush.

2)Clean the paint in the threads for better sealing.

3)Use the needle (included) to remove the paint residue from
these holes during cleaning.
PS: Please remove pvc tube of needle before use

Assembly of cleaning parts
PS: After cleaning, let all components dry naturally, then put
them all back in place ready for next project.
Step 1
Put the pick-up tube and sealing cup in place for fit
completely,then install into the inside of the gun head.

Step 2
Re-install nozzle step by step

Paint sprayer`s unit assembly
Step 1
The front unit and the body maintain 90°, then insert
the front unit into the body by rotating according to
the thread.

Step 2
Lock the Quick release lock of the gun body for fit completely.
