NOTE : MUST TIGHTEN SCREWS PERIODCALLY WITH USE SCREW WILL BECOME LOOSE CHECK TIGHTNESS OF ALL SCREW EVERY 6-8 WEEKS.

STEP 1.1 : Attach Headboard Leg Support (I) to Headboard Leg (C & D) with Wood Dowel (9) and secure with
I-Bracket (7) with Csk Screw (8) and tighten them by using Screw Driver (NOT PROVIDED).

Attach Head Board Leg ( C & D ) to Head Board ( A ) as shown using JCBC BOLT ( 1 ) with
Flat washer (2) and securing with ALLEN KEY ( 3 ) .

NOTE : MUST TIGHTEN SCREWS PERIODCALLY WITH USE SCREW WILL BECOME LOOSE CHECK TIGHTNESS OF ALL SCREW EVERY 6-8 WEEKS.

Attach Center Slat (H) with L Bracket (6) by follow
Screw Marking as shown. Secure with Csk Screw(8)
tightten with Screw Driver (NOT PROVIDED).

REMARK: Push the ends of the
Slats (E) to meet against the Slat
PVC Stoppers at the ends on the
support rail of the Side Rail (G)
and secure with Csk screw (5) as
shown.
Loosen JCBB Bolt at Headboard Leg (C & D) and Footboa d (B) using Allen Key (4). Do not
tighten them before hook in Side Rail (G) to Headboard Leg (C & D).
Repeat to hook in the other end of Side Rail (G) on to Foo oard (B).
Install the bed slat (E) to side rail (G) and tighten with Csk Screw (5) as per diagram shown.
(NOTE: THE SETUP MUST DONE AT THE DESIGNATED LOCATION FOR THE BED TO
OBTAIN PERFECT STABILITY)
Repeat step 3 for other set of slats assembly.
