Yourloaderisdesignedandmadetomovematerial(s),dig,grade,andlevel,althoughwithinsomephysicallimits.
Theworkingspeedandperformancemaydependonanumberofvariousparameters,suchasweatherandterrain
conditions.Thoughthemachineisdesignedtoperformsatisfactoryinmostmaterialsandconditions,theremaybea
numberofcombinationsofaboveparameters,forwhichthereisseveredegradationofperformanceofthemachine.
Ifyounoticedegradationofperformance,contactyourNEWHOLLANDdealerforassistance.Hemayhaveuseful
informationforimprovements,orakitmaybeavailabletoenhancetheperformance.
•TheloaderwasdesignedtomountonNEWHOLLANDapprovedtractors.Theloaderisdesignedtoloadandmove
materialswithavarietyofbucketsandapprovedNEWHOLLANDattachments.
•Donotusethemachineforanotherpurposethanintendedbythemanufacturerandoutlinedinthismanual.
•Donotusethemachinebeyonditslimitsofterraingradientandstabilityasoutlinedfurtherinthismanual.Using
themachinebeyondtheselimitsmayresultinroll-overortip-over.Observetherecommendationsinthismanual.
•Useonlyapprovedaccessoriesandattachmentsthataredesignedforyourmachine.Consultyourdealeron
changes,additionsormodicationsthatmayberequiredforyourmachine.Donotmakeanyunauthorizedmodi-

causeroll-overofthemachine.Alwayscheckouttheconditionandcarryingcapacityofbridgesandrampspriorto
engage.
•Donotusethemachinewithoutwearingtheseatrestraintsystemduringactivitieswhereroll-overortip-overhaz-
ardsexist.TheRollOverProtectionStructure(ROPS)structurewillonlybefullyeffectivewhenthedriverremains
attachedtohisseat.
•Donotusethemachinebeyonditslimitsofdynamicstability.Highspeed,abruptmaneuvers,andfastandshort
corneringwillincreasetheriskofroll-over.
•Becautiousthatthecenterofgravityofthemachinemayincreasewhenloadsonthebucketorattachmentare
raised.Intheseconditions,themachinemayroll-overearlierthanexpected.
•Youshalltakethenecessaryprecautionstoalwaysbeawareofthepossiblepresenceofbystanders,certainly
whenmaneuveringinconnedareas,suchasthefarmyardandsheds.Keeppeopleawayfromthemachine
duringwork;askbystanderstoleavetheeld.Thereisnotonlytherisktobeoverrunbythemachine,butobjects
maybedroppedfromaloader.Thepathofthefallenobjectsareunknown.Keepbystandersawayfromthework
area.
•Donotallowridersonthemachine.
•Amachinehasonlyoneoperatorstationandisaonemanoperatedvehicle.Otherpeopleonoraroundthemachine
duringnormaloperationarenotallowed.
•Allpersonswhowillbeoperatingthismachineshallpossessavalidlocalvehicleoperatingpermitand/orother
applicablelocalageworkpermits.
•Themachineisdesignedandproducedexclusivelyforagriculturaluse.
•Themachineisnotdesignedforlight/heavyforestryapplications;usageisprohibitedforforestryapplications.
•AllotherusewillbeconsideredtobecontrarytotheusespeciedbyCNHINDUSTRIALAMERICALLC,who
cannotbeheldliablefordamagetopropertyorthemachine,orforpersonalinjurieswhichmayresult.
