HOW TO COOK
Cookingwithyournewprogrammablecookerisverysimple,justentertheingredients,setthecookeraccordingto
therecipebookandintroducelunchme,thentheprogrammablepotwillhaveyourmealpreparedforyouinthe
scheduledme.
How to cook in your programmable pot:
1. Openthelidrotangitclockwiseunlitabuts.
2. Introducealltheingredientswithintheinnercupand,ifnecessary,someoftheaccessories(asprescribed).
3. Thenenterthecupwithfoodinsidetheprogrammablepot(theprogrammablecookerwillnotcookunlessthe
innercupisinit).Then,replacethelidandrotateitcounter-clockwise,justtheoppositethatinthepreviousunl
itstops.
4. Weproceedtoselectthemenuastherecipebooksuggests.Onceselected,weproceedtosetthecookingme
(reectedintherecipebook),selectthemewiththe HORADE
COMER buon,whichincreases1by1theminutesofcooking
from1to180andthe CALIENTE
CANCELAR buonthatdecreases.Werecommendyoutofollowthemesmarkedintherecipe
bookand,iftheresultisnot100%toyourliking,changethemebyincreasingordecreasingthememarked
bytherecipebooktopreparethefoodaccordingtoyourtaste.Ifduringtheseprocessesyouareconfusedjust
pressthecancelbuonandstartagain,Amovingscriptappearsonthescreen,thenpressthecancelbuon CALIENTE

ATTENTION! Inside of the cup there are some marks that in case
of pressure cooking (especially in high pressure) should not be
exceeded at its highest line for any kind of liquid.

stageofcookingistheautomacdeteconoffoodandheangbecausewhatyouselectistheactualcookingme.
Theprogrammablepotdetectstheamountoffoodyouarecooking,soyoushouldonlysetthememarkedintherecipe
regardlessifitisforoneorfor10guests.Duringthisprocess,thesetmeandascriptinmoonwillappearonthescreen,
asthisprocessiscompleted,thescriptwillremainxedwhileyourprogrammablepotiscooking,themeletonishwill
bedisplayed,discounngeachminuteoriginallyscheduledforyou.
Youwillknowthatyourprogrammablepothasnishedcookingbyits3beeps.Fromthatpoint,thewarmfunconwillbe
automacallyacvatedindenitelyandwithitthelightsignal,sothatthepotwillkeepthefoodwarmunlservingme.

Toopenthelid,therststepistoensurethereisnopressureinside(otherwisetheprogrammablepotwillnotallowyou

PROGRAMMING THE POT
Programtheprogrammablepottohavethefreshlycookedfoodataspecicme:
1. Click the “LUNCH TIME” buon HORADE
COMER , and selectwhen you want to have your lunch. To select lunchme, you must
telltheprogrammablepothowmanyhoursareleforservingthefood,notthemeyouwanttoeat,itisimportant
toindicateproperlythemeremainingtoeat.LunchTimeissetin10minutesintervals.Bypressingthebuon HORADE

2. Select the menu, the cooking me and pressure kind,asindicatedintheprevioussecon.
Theprogrammablepotautomacallycalculateswhentostartcookingsothatthefoodisfreshlymadeatthescheduled
me,ifthecookingmeislongerthanthemeremainingbeforethescheduledme,yourprogrammablepotwillstartthe
cookingcycle,togetascloseaspossibletothepresetme.Itisimportantthatyouprogramthepotatleasttwohoursin
advance.
Ifwhilecookingorwaingapowerfailureoccurs,theprogrammablepotrememberitsprogrammingandwhenthecurrent
isbackyourprogrammablepotwillconnueatthesamepointwherethecookingprocessstopped.

CLEANING YOUR PROGRAMMABLE POT
Your programmable pot has one of the most non-sck surfaces, made of PTFE that generates incredible non-sck
properes,thismakescleaningeasiertotheextentthattheuseofanytypeofpadorabrasivecleaningisnotnecessaryto
cleanthecup,evendishwashable.
Alongwiththecup,theitemsthatareindirectcontactwiththefoodshouldalsobecleaned.Thesearetheinnerlid,the
lid,thesiliconeringandtheexhaustvalve.Theyshouldbecleanedwithsoapandwaterandusingaspongeor,ifnecessary,
ascouringpad.
Toremovetheinnerlidandthesiliconering,pullthesmallholderintheinnerlidandremoveeasilythesiliconeringinit,
theimportantthingistocleaneachmeyouuseit,otherwiseyoucanalterthetasteorodorinthefollowingmealstobe
cookedwithyourprogrammablepot.

Rememberthatyourprogrammablecookingincorporatesthefoodheangsystemindenitelyonceitnishescooking,andyoumustcancelit

foodaround,unlessyouwanttomarkthemonbothsides.
• Pressure:tocookunderpressureselecttheHighPressureCookingMenu,donotputmuchmorewaterthanyouwanttohaveattheend.
• Roasng/baking:ccookoverthekitchenrack(oponal),intheOvenMenuandthelidclosedbutwithouttheweightplaced,withhardly
anyliquid,remembertoreplacetheweightwhennished.Tobrownthedish,heatpreviouslyintheOvenMenu1minute,togetamore
markedandgoldennish,oncethehotpanisinplace,withoutthebakingagmarkthefoodfor3minutesoneachside,thenputthebaking
