The XiPTM Wash+Cure is suitable for washing and post-curing the printed objects of
XiPTM 3D printers. The Wash+Cure is an all-in-one automated post processing system for
washing and curing. Magnetic stirrers provide consistent cleans and a rotating base
platform provides an evenly cured nish.
Please read this manual carefully. The installation instructions and safety guidelines in
this manual can help you avoid any unnecessary damage or frustration.

to avoid any unnecessary damage to the machine or individual injury.
1. UV-blocking cover – Blocks 99.995% of UV light
2. Mode button – Press to switch between wash mode or cure mode
3. Time display – Shows washing or curing time
4. Time knob – Turn to set the washing time or curing time, from 1 to 60 minutes
5. UV LED Tower – LED lights on a movable use UV light to cure resin
6. Turnable & UV Reector – Removable rotational platform and reective surface
7. Wash Bucket – holds 8.5 Liters of solvent for wash Mode

Use appropriate protective equipment when handling resin and solvents, including
chemical-resistant nitrile gloves gloves, safety goggles, smock, and vapor respirator
if recommended by SDS for the resin or solvent you are using.
Seal and store washing solvent in a cool and dry place after use. If the solvent is
Isopropyl Alcohol, please comply with local regulations for use of alcohol.
