Elinkoppling
OBS!
All elektrisk inkoppling ska ske av behörig
elektriker.
GÖR SÅ HÄR
1. Gör AMS 10-8 / F2040-8 / VVM / SMO spänningslö-
sa.
2. Vänta minst en minut för att kondensatorer ska lad-
das ur.
3. Anslut ESD-skyddsarmband.
4. Demontera kontrollkortet PWB1. Lossa PWB1 ge-
nom att skruva loss de fyra skruvarna.

5. Lossa kontakterna från PWB1 efter hand som du
kommer åt dem. (De är färgkodade för att underlätta
återmontering.)
6. Lossa kablarna från inverterkortet PWB2. Öppna
kabelfästena (3 st) på sidorna och fortsätt lossa
kablarna.
7. De gula kablarna T24 och T25 ska avlägsnas helt.
(De kommer inte att behöva återmonteras.)
8. Demontera reaktorn som är placerad på plåten ne-
danför ellådan.

9. Demontera (bryt loss) de grå fästena (3 st). Nya
fästen finns bipackade. De sitter fast med dubbelhäf-
tande tejp.
10. Skruva loss PWB2. Skruvarna sitter nedsänkta under
själva kortet, se uttagen i hörnen på kretskortet.
Använd med fördel en magnetisk skruvmejsel.
11. Lyft upp både inverterkort PWB2 och kylfläns.

12. Placera det nya inverterkortet PWB2 med kylfläns
på plats i elboxen.
13. Fäst det nya inverterkortet PWB2 och kylflänsen
med de fyra skruvarna i hörnen. Använd gärna en
magnetisk skruvmejsel.

14. Montera de tre nya grå kabelfästena med den dub-
belhäftande tejpen. (Öppningen ska alltid vara uppåt.)

15. RD, WH och BK placeras på det nya kortet i rad, se
beteckningarna.
Återmontera alla kablarna enligt tidigare placering,
se beteckningarna.
16. Återanslut kablarna T21 (röd) och T22 (vit).

17. Återanslut kablarna T26 (röd) och T27 (blå), se be-
teckningarna.
18. Tryck fast det vita kabelfästet på kortet.
Montera resten av kablarna.

19. Använd kabelfästena för att få ordning på kablarna
och hålla dem på plats.
20. De tre skruvarna som reaktorn satt med ska återan-
vändas för att montera dit den nya fästplåten.
21. Haka fast den nya reaktorn i utskärningen på fästplå-
ten.
22. Fäst reaktorn med de två medföljande skruvarna i
fästplåten.

23. Anslut kontakten på reaktorn. Klicka fast de medföl-
jande kablarna, två orange kablar (T52 och T62) och
en gul kabel (T51) på kretskortet. Samla kablarna i
närmaste grå fäste.
24. Återmontera kontrollkortet PWB1 och alla dess
kontakter. Fäst kontrollkortet med de fyra skruvarna.
25. Spänningssätt först AMS 10-8 / F2040-8 och sedan
VVM / SMO.

General
These service instructions describe how to replace the
inverter board (PWB2) in AMS 10-8 / F2040-8.

Electrical connection
NOTE
All electrical connections must be carried out
by an authorised electrician.
DO AS FOLLOWS:
1. Disconnect the power to
AMS 10-8 / F2040-8 / VVM / SMO.
2. Wait for at least one minute for the capacitors to
discharge.
3. Connect an ESD bracelet.
4. Remove the control board PWB1. Release PWB1
by unscrewing the four screws.

5. Disconnect the connectors from PWB1 step by step,
as you get to them. (They are colour-coded to make
reinstallation easier.)
6. Disconnect the cables from the inverter board
PWB2. Open the cable mounts (3 pcs) on the sides
and continue to disconnect the cables.
7. The yellow cables T24 and T25 must be removed
completely. (They will not need to be reinstalled.)
8. Dismantle the reactor that is located on the panel
below the distribution box.

9. Remove (break off) the grey mounts (3 pcs). New
mounts are enclosed. They are attached with double-
sided tape.
10. Unscrew PWB2. The screws are countersunk below
the actual board, see the notches in the corners of
the circuit board. It is best to use a magnetic
screwdriver.
11. Lift up both the inverter board PWB2 and cooling
fin.

12. Place the new inverter board PWB2 with the cooling
fin in position in the distribution box.
13. Secure the new inverter board PWB2 and the cool-
ing fin with the four screws in the corners. It is best
to use a magnetic screwdriver.

14. Install the three new grey cable mounts using the
double-sided tape. (The opening must always face
upwards.)

15. RD, WH and BK are placed on the new board in a
row, see the designations.
Reinstall all the cables in their previous positions,
see the designations.
16. Reconnect the cables T21 (red) and T22 (white).

17. Reconnect the cables T26 (red) and T27 (blue), see
the designations.
18. Press the white cable mount onto the board.
Install the rest of the cables.

19. Use the cable mounts to get the cables tidy and to
keep them in place.
20. The three screws that were securing the reactor
should be reused to install the new mounting plate.
21. Hook the new reactor into place in the cut-out in the
mounting plate.
22. Secure the reactor with the two enclosed screws
in the mounting plate.

23. Connect the connector on the reactor. Click the en-
closed cables into place, two orange cables (T52
and T62) and one yellow cable (T51) on the circuit
board. Gather the cables in the nearest grey mount.
24. Reinstall the control board PWB1 and all its connect-
ors. Secure the control board with the four screws.
25. Supply first AMS 10-8 / F2040-8 and then
VVM / SMO with power.

Allgemeines
In dieser Serviceanleitung wird der Wechsel der Inver-
terplatine (PWB2) in AMS 10-8 / F2040-8 beschrieben.

Elektrischer Anschluss
HINWEIS!
Alle elektrischen Anschlüsse müssen von ei-
nem befugten Elektriker ausgeführt werden.
VORGEHENSWEISE
1. Unterbrechen Sie die Spannungsversorgung für
AMS 10-8 / F2040-8 / VVM / SMO.
2. Warten Sie mindestens eine Minute, damit sich die
Kondensatoren entladen.
3. Schließen Sie ein ESD-Schutzarmband an.
4. Demontieren Sie die Steuerplatine PWB1. Lösen
Sie PWB1, indem Sie die vier Schrauben lösen.

5. Lösen Sie anschließend die Kontakte von PWB1,
wenn diese erreichbar sind. (Sie sind farblich gekenn-
zeichnet, um die erneute Montage zu vereinfachen.)
6. Lösen Sie die Kabel von der Inverterplatine PWB2.
Öffnen Sie die Kabelbefestigungen (3) an den Seiten
und fahren Sie mit dem Lösen der Kabel fort.
7. Die gelben Kabel T24 und T25 müssen vollständig
entfernt werden. (Sie müssen nicht erneut ange-
bracht werden.)
8. Demontieren Sie die Drossel, die sich am Blech
unter dem Schaltschrank befindet.

9. Demontieren Sie (durch Abbrechen) die grauen
Halterungen (3 St.). Neue Halterungen befinden sich
im Lieferumfang. Sie sind mit doppelseitigem Klebe-
band befestigt.
10. Lösen Sie PWB2. Die Schrauben sind unter der
Platine versenkt, siehe Aussparungen in den Plati-
nenecken. Es wird die Verwendung eines magneti-
schen Schraubendrehers empfohlen.
11. Heben Sie Inverterplatine PWB2 und Kühlkörper an.

12. Positionieren Sie die neue Inverterplatine PWB2
mitsamt Kühlkörper an der vorgesehenen Position
im Schaltkasten.
13. Befestigen Sie die neue Inverterplatine PWB2 und
den Kühlkörper mit den vier Schrauben in den Ecken.
Es wird die Verwendung eines magnetischen
Schraubendrehers empfohlen.

14. Montieren Sie die drei neuen grauen Kabelbefesti-
gungen mit dem doppelseitigen Klebeband. (Die
Öffnung muss stets nach oben weisen.)
