ToactivateRelay2/Auxoutput,simplytypeinthevalidcodeforthatrelayorpressandreleasethefreeexitpushbuttonifthis
functionhasbeenconfiguredandinstalled:
-Therelaywillactivateinthemannersetupbytheinstaller.
-TheyellowLEDwillactivateaspertherelay.
Ifthealarmmonitoringhasbeensetupbytheinstaller,andanalarmconditionoccurs,thefollowingwillhappen;
• Alarmoutputactivates,
• Builtinbuzzersounds,
• GreenLEDbeginsflashing.
Thefollowalarmconditionsareavailable:

Afterthealarmtime(setbytheinstaller)hasexpired,thealarmoutputandthebuiltinbuzzerresets.However,the
flashinggreenLEDcontinuesuntilthefirstvalidusercodeisenteredintothekeypad.Thiswaytheuserismadeaware
thatanalarmconditionoccurredevenafterthebuiltinbuzzerandalarmoutputhavereset.
TO AVOID OVERHEATING OF THE SOLENOID, NEVER USE THIS FUNCTION WITH ELECTRO-MECHANICAL
STRIKERS or LOCKS!
Incasessuchasanofficeparkorschoolgateautomation,thatneedstotemporarilybekeptopentoallowforpeaktraffic
periods,thisfunctioncanbeused.
Thisfunctionrequiresadedicatedcodewhichissetupbythemastercodeholder.
Whenthebypasscodeisentered,Relay1/Lockoutputwilllatchonuntileitherthesamecodeisenteredagainorthefree
exitpushbuttonispressed.
Whilethebypassfunctionisactive,nootherRelay1/Lockoutputusercodewillreleasetherelay.
Thisfunctionisalsousefulwhereamagneticlockisinstalled.
