1. Insert the strap into the underside of the buckle closest to where the belt is sewn to the buckle.
2. Wrap the belt around the slider bar and through and out the bottom of the buckle.
3. Pull strap tight.

Here are vital hazard warnings, important product information as well as maintenance instructions for getting the most from
your new Spotting Belt.
THIS PRODUCT IS A GYMNASTIC TRAINING DEVICE
Make sure you are using the correct belt type for the activity you are teaching. This product is intended solely as a
coaching/training/spotting assist device and, as such, should never be used to suspend users longer than a few SECONDS at
a time. It is neither designed NOR intended to withstand the stress of extended or static suspension, and is not appropriate
for use by professional acrobats or other performers unless for training purposes. This is NOT an acrobatic harness.
1. This product is intended for use ONLY by properly trained and qualied participants.
2. Use without proper supervision is DANGEROUS and should NEVER be undertaken or permitted.
3. Be sure it’s stored securely when not in use to avoid unsupervised use.
4. Spotting Belts are not eld serviceable and no parts are made available to the public. If your Belt needs repair or service,
please contact us.
5. Do NOT modify or alter this product in any way.
6. Spotting Belts - and similar devices - are generally attached to overhead suspension systems with cable or rope controlled
by spotters who literally hold users’ lives in their hands. Users and spotters are responsible for inspecting Spotting Belt
and all its components immediately prior to each spot, including (but not limited to) the following:
a. Carefully check complete Belt assembly and all components for any sign of damage, wear, loose or missing parts,
loose stitching, frayed fabric and all other indications of potential failure.
b. Inspect and test all connections to cables/ropes between spotting rig and Belt.
c. Determine whether D ring clips are securely attached to belt and check for signs of wear.
d. Be sure buckle latches securely.
7. SIZING! - We do not give waist sizes for each belt. Slip Spotting Belt on and adjust Belt tightly enough to prevent
slippage and fasten buckle securely. NEVER use a Belt that doesn’t properly t user or cannot be tightened snugly
around user’s waist. USING THE INCORRECT SIZE BELT IS DANGEROUS!
8. Ask gymnast if Spotting Belt ts snugly and comfortably.
9. Prior to each spot, re-conrm with gymnast Belt is properly and comfortably secured.
10. After conrming gymnast's comfort, test Spotting Belt by slowly and steadily lifting gymnast
