Tips, advice and care
Whenever you dress up in this product, avoid
any unnecessary stretching or pulling of the
material in order not to damage the internal
wiring system.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - BATTERY
• Consequently, any new battery should never be
used before it has been completely charged.
• To ensure maximum battery life, it should be
completely charged and discharged during the rst
8-10 times.
• Remove the battery from the clothing when no
longer required.
• The battery must be "summer-stored" in 100%
charged condition, do to the built in security print
that monitors the cellvoltage, it discharges over a
longer period (apox. 1-2 pr. month).
• Make sure that the battery is always fully charged
before storage or use.
Charger
• For proper and safe use and charging – make
sure that only the supplied Nordic Heat charger
and battery are used.
• Red light= charging, Green light= fully charged.
Storage
• Charge the battery 100% before long lasting
storage - Recharge at least twice a year.
• Always store in a cool and dry place, away from
sources of strong heat or open re.
• Li-on batteries, like any other battery will in time
also undergo reduction of charging capacity. Our
batteries guaranteed to last +500 charging cycles.
Air transport / travel:
Never put the batteries in your suitcase
- must ALWAYS be carried in the hand luggage.
Protect the environment
Always dispose the battery at recycle station
or in an approved battery box.
Wash & Care
• Handwash and spot clean followed by hang drying.
• Machine wash 30˚ gentle cycle using washbag
with light spin only.
• No fabric softener.
• No wringing or twisting of the clothes.
• Always remove battery before washing :-)
Safety Warnings
• The clothes are not to be worn in a wet condition.
• For the safety and protection of the electronic
parts, needles or pointed objects are not to be
inserted in the clothes.
• Keep clothes away from re or excessive heat.
• When you remove the battery from the pocket,
grab the plug and turn it clock- and counter wise
while pulling gently, avoid pulling the cord.
Warranty
• Subject to normal usage, Nordic Heat™ extends
an all-inclusive 2-year warranty. Damage to
fabric, wiring connections, or battery by misuse,
accidents, re, water, any unauthorized service or
negligence is not covered.
• All repairs must be executed by Nordic Heat™
Service Center, which invite you always to telepho-
ne ahead with your problem. Should Customer
Service be unable to solve the matter on the
telephone, the items in questions are to be forwar-
ded to the Service Center.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
Storage and use of Nordic Heat Lithium-ion batteries
Never use the new battery before it has been charged 100%.
When charging, the charger light is red and turns green when fully charged.
When charging both batteries, make sure that the charger is constantly lit red.
(The charger ashes when only 1 battery is connected)
If the charger ashes towards the end of the charge (approx. 3 hours),
one battery is fully charged - just wait for the constant green light.
Whenever the batteries are to be stored during the summer, make sure
that they are fully charged. Once again when the season starts, it is important
that the batteries is fully charged before use. This will maintain the battery
memory, extend the durability and provide you maximum capacity.
Nordic Heat®– Product optimization
It is benecial to switch the setting to RED for a few minutes before use and
then reducing to yellow or green, this will help prolong the battery life signi-
cantly. Warm hands, in heated gloves - is your best starting point.
