Tools for checking the gate’s
function following installation of
Nordic Innovation’s rat blocker.
Description
The tool KS-16 is used to check the gate’s function
following an installation of Nordisk Innovation’s rat
blocker.
NB: In cases of sewer blockage, where the
blockage is located near the rat blocker, we
recommend using the KS-16 tool for activating the
gates prior to removal. This ensures that there
aren’t any foreign objects or anything else is stuck
in the gates.
Insert the installation pipe Model no. 154390801
and, if needed, use the extension pipe Model no.
154390802 for the KS-16 tool. Then lower the KS-
16 into the well.
If the rat blocker is mounted in the inlet side of
the well, gently guide the KS-16 tool along the
bottom of the well and under the gates.
Carefully guide the KS-16 tool back and forth under
the rat blocker, thereby inspecting whether the
gates open easily and unencumbered.
Then pull the KS-16 tool backwards, while
simultaneously lifting evenly upward.
Make sure that the gates move freely.
