SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• By ignoring the safety instructions the manufacturer can
not be hold responsible for the damage.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualied
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• Never move the appliance by pulling the cord and make
sure the cord can not become entangled.
• The appliance must be placed on a stable, level surface.
• The user must not leave the device unattended while it is
connected to the supply.
• This appliance is only to be used for household purposes
and only for the purpose it is made for.
• This appliance shall not be used by children from 0
year to 8 years. This appliance can be used by children
aged from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children
aged less than 8 years. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by children unless older than 8 and
supervised.
• To protect yourself against an electric shock, do not
immerse the cord, plug or appliance in the water or any
other liquid.
• Do not allow children to use the device without supervision.
• Switch o the appliance and disconnect from supply before
changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
• Always disconnect the device from the supply if it is left
unattended and before assembling, disassembling or
cleaning.
• It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at
all times, because it comes into direct contact with food.
• NOTE: The chopping blades are very sharp, avoid
physical contact during emptying and cleaning the
device, you can seriously injure.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Note: Never use the appliance without any food or liquid in it!
• Take the appliance and accessories out the box. Remove the stickers,
protective foil or plastic from the device.
• Before using the appliance for the rst time clean it with a damp cloth.
Caution: the jar contains very sharp blades, handle with care at all times.
• Place the main body of the appliance on a heat-resistant, stable surface.
• While the appliance is operating, keep ngers clear of the stainless
steel mixing bowl.
• Do not change accessories until the appliance is at a standstill and it
has been unplugged.

Use the timer function
The timer can be used in any mode. If a countdown time has not been
selected timer will automatically count during operating, the appliance will
automatically stop working when the appliance runs for 15 minutes.
• Connect the mixer to the power supply.The display will light up and beep.
• Press the Timer/Temperature button to select the timer. Press the“+”
and“–”buttons the time will be increased or decreased by one minute.
• Timer maximum time setting is 60 minutes, the minimum time setting
is 1 minute.
• Turn the speed control button to the desired speed, the mixer will start
and the timer will count down.
• The mixer operation can be paused at any time by turning the speed
control button to the o position. This will also pause the timer. The
timer will continue count down when the mixer is re-started.
• The mixer will automatically stop when the total time has elapsed.
• Press the“+”and“–”buttons at the same time the timer will
automatically set to zero then we can re-set the time.
Use the cooking function
NOTE: Make sure the temperature sensors under the bowl and external
surface of the bowl base are clean to prevent a poor heating performance.
NOTE: Always use oven gloves to remove the bowl and tools after heating.
NOTE: Do not immerse the bowl in any liquid and do not clean it by running
water. Clean the outside surface of the bowl by wiping it with a damp cloth. A
little detergent can be added if the outside surface of bowl is heavily soiled.
• Connect the mixer to the power supply.The display will light up and beep.
• Press the Timer/Temperature button to select the temperature setting,
Press the“+”and “–”buttons until the desired temperature is displayed,
(Temperature range: 25oC-140oC)
• Set time, please refer“Use the timer function”.
• Turn the speed control button to the desired speed, the mixer will start
and heating.The mixer operation can be paused at any time by turning the
speed control button to the o position, this will also pause the heating.
The mixing and heating will continue when the mixer is re-started.
• If the bowl temperature exceeds 60°C, for safety reasons the speed is
automatically limited even if a higher speed has been selected. The
speed will not automatically increase when the temperature drops
below 60°C, The mixer must be switched o and on.
• Press the“+”and“–”buttons at the same time and the temperature will
automatically set to zero.

PULSE BUTTON
• The pulse button can only be used when the speed control button is in
the o position.
• Press the pulse button and the mixer will run at maximum speed for as
long as the button is held in this position. If the bowl content is above
60°C, the speed is automatically limited.
MIXER FUNCTION
Important
• Do not operate the appliance for more than 10 min. continuously
when the dough hook, at beater, or whisk are working. Running the
appliance continuously for too long without a break may reduce the
life span of the appliance. After 10 min. of working allow the appliance
to cool down for at least 40-45 minutes.
• If the swivel arm will be raised during operation, the mixer will
automatically stop and it will not re-start when the swivel arm will be
lowered. To re-start the mixer turn the speed control button to the o
“0”position and then re-select a speed.
• After 10 minutes of no interaction the display will turn in sleep modus.
If any button or control knob will be touched, the display will resume.
Installing and use
• Place the appliance on a at surface, e.g. a kitchen counter, and make
sure it is standing rmly.
• Ensure that the protective cover for the meat grinder and blender are
tted in place.
• Press the arm release button at the same time lift the swivel arm by
hand until it locks into place, the swivel arm is now in the upwards
position.
• Fit the lid onto the swivel arm, so that it locks into position securely.
• Place the food in the mixing bowl, t the tabs on the mixing bowl in
the recess on the motor house. Turn the mixing bowl slightly clockwise,
so it locks into position.
• Place the splash guard onto the kneading hook as shown in the
picture. Turn and x the hook. The splash guard prevents the dough
from rising above the top of the hook.
• Fit the required accessory onto the motor spindle on the underside of
the swivel arm.
• Place the accessory so that the tabs on the spindle are aligned with the
recesses on the accessory, press the accessory against the swivel arm
and turn it anti-clockwise at the same time until the accessory locks
into position securely.
• Press the arm release button and press down the swivel arm by hand
until it locks into place with a click. The lid must t tightly with the
mixing bowl, otherwise it is tted incorrectly. The appliance is now
ready for use.
• Connect the mixer to the power supply. The display will light up and
beep.
• Turn the speed control button to the desired and recommended speed
setting, time and capacity shown in the table above.
• The timer will count up in 1 second intervals. The speed can be
changed at any time while the mixer is operating.
• If you need to scrape the inside of the bowl, wait until the accessory

has stopped completely. Use a spatula. Do not use your ngers.
• Stop the mixer by returning the speed control button to the o
position. Unplug it from the mains electrical supply before you change
the accessories, or before you take the appliance.
• Press the arm release button at the same time lift the swivel arm by
hand until it locks into place.
• Detach the accessory by turning it clockwise.
• Remove the mixing bowl by turning it anti-clockwise.
MEAT GRINDER FUNCTION
• Place the appliance on a at surface, e.g. a kitchen counter, and make
sure it is standing rmly.
• Remove the protective cover for the meat grinder.
• Ensure that the protective cover for blender is tted in place.
Safety
• Always remove bone, gristle, tendons, and rind before grinding the meat.
• Frozen food must be thoroughly defrosted before grinding.
• Never run the meat grinder continuously for more than 10 minutes.
Running the meat grinder continuously for too long without a break may
reduce the life span of the appliance. After having used the appliance for
10 minutes, take a break and wait at least 30 minutes before using it again.
Fit the grinder body
• Fit the meat grinder body in the accessory socket, so that the arrow is
aligned with the circle. Turn it to the vertical position, so the arrow is
aligned with the arrow.
• Fit the meat tray onto the meat grinder body so that the wide part is
positioned over the motor house of the appliance. Place a container
under the meat grinder body opening.
• Connect the mixer to the power supply. The display will light up and
beep.
• Turn the speed control button to the desired and recommended speed
setting, time and capacity shown in the table above.
• The timer will count up in 1 second intervals. The speed can be
changed at any time while the mixer is operating.
• Cut your meat into smaller pieces, so the pieces t into the feeding
tube. Dice or cut into strips with a width of approx. 2.5 cm.
• Put the pieces onto the tray. The meat pieces will go down in the
feeding tube. Push down carefully with the tamper. Do not press too
hard, otherwise you may damage the appliance.

Grinding
• Fit the scroll in the meat grinder body with the pen pointed outwards,
press it rmly into place. Fit the silicon coupling onto the scroll pen.
• Fit the cutter onto the scroll connection. The sharp edges of the cutter
should point towards the mincing disc.
• Fit one of the three mincing discs on top of the cutter. Turn the mincing
disc so the two recesses are aligned with the tabs on the meat grinder
body. Select the mincing disc for the required consistency, you can
choose ne, medium and coarse.
• Fit the ring nut over the mincing disc on the meat grinder body, turn
clockwise to lock. The ring nut must hold the mincing disc securely in
place but do not over tighten.
Pasta screen
• Fit the scroll in the meat grinder body with the pen pointed outwards,
press it rmly into place. Fit a pasta screen, turn the screen so the two
recesses are aligned with the tabs on the meat grinder body.
• Fit the ring nut over the screen and turn clockwise to lock. The ring nut
must hold the screen securely in place. But do not over tighten.
Kibbe canister
• Fit the scroll in the meat grinder body with the pen pointed outwards,
press it rmly into place. Fit the meat spreader and the Kibbe canister
so the two recesses are aligned with the tabs on the meat grinder body.
• Fit the ring nut over the Kibbe canister and turn clockwise to lock. The
ring nut must hold the it securely in place. But do not over tighten.

Sausage canister
• Fit the scroll in the meat grinder body with the pen pointed outwards,
press it rmly into place. Fit the dough spreader and the sausage
canister so the two recesses are aligned with the tabs on the meat
grinder body.
• Fit the ring nut over the sausage canister and turn clockwise to lock. The
ring nut must hold the screen securely in place. But do not over tighten.
Dough spreader
• Fit the scroll in the meat grinder body with the pen pointed outwards,
press it rmly into place. Fit the dough spreader and round metal
holder so the two recesses are aligned with the tabs on the meat
grinder body.
• Fit the patterned at metal strip into the metal holder. Push the metal
strip back or forward to select the pattern.
BLENDER
Safety instructions
• To achieve the best results when blending solid ingredients, put small
portions into the jar one by one instead of putting a large quantity all
at once.
• If you are processing solid ingredients, cut them into small pieces (2-3cm)
rst.
• Always place your hand on top of the blender when you are operating
the device.
• Operate the motor for a maximum of 2 minutes to prevent overheating
or consequent damage.
• The water level can not be higher than 1.75L after adding material and
water.
Installing the blender jar
• Place the appliance on a at surface, e.g. a kitchen counter, and make
sure it is standing rmly.
• Remove the protective cover for the blender.
• Ensure that the protective cover for meat grinder is tted in place.
• Place the Joint washer and cutting blade onto the cup base. Handle the
cutting blades with care, they are extremely sharp.
• Place the cup base assembly on the glass jar and turn it clockwise to lock.
• Put your ingredients in the jar and place the lid on the jar.
