nSens – HT probes

Handling and Storage
The nSens-HT probe has a high accuracy sensor inside and must be
handled with care. Avoid mechanical damage (drop from heights) and
shocks. Such strong physical impact might damage the sensing element
irreversibly. Keep the nSens in their original packaging if the sensor is
not used to avoid damage or contamination.
Exposure to Chemicals
Humidity and Temperature sensors are highly accurate environmental
sensors and can be used drift free in a wide range of application.
However, pollutants are known to occur in some installations. The
sensor should not get in close contact or be sprinkled with volatile
chemicals such as Acetone, Alcohols, Toluene which are added as
plasticisers into plastics, packaging, cleaning agents etc. Such
volatiles can cause drift of the humidity reading. Above examples do
not represent a complete list of harmful substances.
Novasina provides different types of humidity / temperature probes, get
in touch with your sales representative to find the right probe for your
application if drifts are observed.
Connecting:
Connect the nSens probe to a compatible cable or device, such as any
nlink transmitter, ClimMate handheld, nlink-USB or nSens cables.
Device can remain powered on while connecting or removing nSens
probes.
Align the white markers on nSens and connector and press them
together.
Remove the nSens probe by holding the connector tightly and simply
pulling off the nSens. No turning or screwing motion necessary.

Maintenance
The nSens-HT probe does not need regular maintenance, except
calibration if required or mandated by local SOP.
If required wipe the surface with a lint-free cloth. Avoid wet conditions
and cleaning detergents. Avoid touching or cleaning the filter with
brushes or pressurized air, it will damage the porosity and functionality
of the filter system. Slight discoloration on the cap is normal and does
not interfere with the measurement. Replace the Cap if necessary.
Calibration and adjustment
nSens probes can be calibrated at multiple points, the calibration line
is stored directly on the nSens. Calibration must be done on a PC with
Novasina nSoft-Cal Set (software and nlink-USB cable)
Use either Novasina SAL-SC calibration solution or climate chambers
as reference points.

In einzelnen
Auflistung
nicht abschliessend.
Novasina stellt verschiedene Fühlertypen zur Auswahl, kontaktieren
