Step 4 (Fig. 4)
The hook and loop straps can now be used to secure
the mask to the handlebars (one on each side).
Pull the hook & loop strap beyond and around the
handlebar base, securing the strap back onto itself.
The strap should be pulled tight enough so as to
secure the mask however not so tight as to create
excessive pressure, tension or tearing.
FM100HD – Installation Instructions
The NoviStretch™ FM100HD fairing mask is secured
to the motorcycle using resistance principle installa-
tion along with retaining straps and optional thumb-
screws.The optional thumbscrews, supplied in the
hardware kit, may be installed along the windshield
trim of the fairing replacing the existing screws.The
initial installation should require approximately 5
minutes to complete. Aer setup the mask can be
easily installed in just under one minute.

The FM100HD is designed for installation on all
Harley-Davidson Motorcycles equipped with a
“Bat Wing” fairing.
Step 1
Clean the fairing surface thoroughly (tar and grease
remover is recommended).
Enclosed you will find:
• FM100HD Fairing Mask
• Hardware Kit containing three (3) thumbscrews
• Installation Instructions & Warranty Information
Tools Required:
•#15 Torx head screwdriver
Step 2 (Fig. 2)
Holding the cover at the ends with each hand, the
cover is stretched and moved into place fiing over
the ends of the fairing.

The mask can now be positioned over the fairing by
pulling it down at the boom-center until the center
opening in the mask is centered over the headlamp.
Note: ensure the opening is properly centered over the
headlamp so as not to obstruct or prevent the headlamps
full and complete operation.

Note: the “non-slip” strips sewn into the mask indicate the
interior/inside side of the mask that should be in full contact
with the back of the fairing housing.
The mask material will be a very tight fit, however
the material will stretch allowing for the mask to
cover the fairing (much like a fied bed-sheet).
The non-slip material helps prevent the mask from
“rebounding” during the installation process.

Note: while the mask should be a tight fit, there is enough
stretch to go over the air deflectors if they are installed
on your fairing Note: Do not operate motorcycle without securing the mask
utilizing these straps.
Cleaning and Care Instructions
• The mask can be cleaned by rinsing in water to
remove any dirt or debris then squeezing the
water out and let air-dry. Wash (by hand) only
as necessary.
• Use a concentrated soap solution on areas of
the mask that may be particularly dirty.
• Always ensure areas covered by the mask are
clean and free of sand and grit before installing
the mask.

Step 5 (Optional) (Fig.5)
If desired the mask can made to cover up to the
windshield, by swapping the OEM screws in the
fairing trim and replacing with the supplied
thumbscrews the mask may be raised to the
top line of the fairing.

Note: this is optional, as the mask is sufficiently secured
without hooking to the thumbscrews .
NOVIGO DESIGNS™ TWELVE (12) MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY
Novigo Designs, LLC warrants this product against “defects
in material and workmanship” for a period of twelve (12)
months from the original date of purchase by the original
consumer purchaser.The “material defects” that can occur
and are subject to coverage by this warranty are those
specifically related to UV degradation and problems that
can arise from the loss of elasticity due to degradation.
“Workmanship” refers to the hardware and stitching that
are part of the design and construction of the product.
During the warranty period, Novigo Designs will repair, or at
its own option, replace all or part of the product that proves
to be defective from normal wear and tear, provided the
product is returned freight paid to Novigo Designs. Your
PURCHASE RECEIPT, or other proof of date of original
consumer purchase along with the defective product must be
provided when requesting warranty service to be performed.
This Warranty does not apply if, in the opinion of Novigo
Designs, the product has been altered or damaged by
accident, misuse, neglect or abuse. Due to the nature of the
application the product is subject to tearing if it comes in
contact with road debris or the road surface such as driveway
Remove the two (2) outside OEM screws along
the top of the fairing and replace with the supplied
thumbscrews.
Note: 3 thumbscrews are supplied should you wish to use
hardware consistently across fairing (except 2014 which
would require a longer center screw).
Hook the small straps of the mask located along the
top elastic over the thumbscrew.

droppings , tree sap, etc.. This type of deterioration is not
subject to warranty coverage and can generally be avoided
by proper and frequent cleaning of the product. In the event
this product proves defective either in “Workmanship” or
“Materials”, only repairs or remedy as stated in this warranty
shall be recognized, and under no circumstances shall Novigo
Designs or its authorized distributors be liable for any loss or
damage, direct, incidental or consequential, arising out of the
use of, or inability to use this product caused by any defect
in the product. Novigo Designs (and its authorized distribu-
tors) liability is limited to the materials and workmanship of
the product. Novigo Designs is not responsible for damage
caused by the product to the paint or finish of the vehicle.
To avoid any possible damage and to get the maximum
benefit from your Novigo Designs product, carefully follow
the installation and care instructions provided.
