SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the operating instructions manual carefully before using novita the M Series® Foot Massager and keep it
for later reference.
Improper operation may cause injury to users or product damage.

This foot massager is not intended for self-diagnosis or self-treatment of medical conditions that should be managed by qualified
health care provider. It is not recommended for user who experience the following medical conditions to use the foot massager.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
DO NOT use wet hands to operate the control panel or pull the adapter wire.
DO NOT splash water onto the control panel to avoid malfunction.
DO NOT place heavy objected on the control panel.
Only use the provided adapter. Usage of any third party, non-original or unauthorized adapter could damage
the unit and void the limited warranty.
Charging duration of the adapter should not exceed 3 hours.
DO NOT plug the adapter with wet hands to avoid electric shock accident.
Remove the adapter by holding onto the plug, DO NOT pull the power cord.
DO NOT excessively bent, pull, twist or entangle the adapter wire.
When the adapter wire is damaged, DO NOT dissemble or replace it yourselves.
Servicing should only be conducted by professional service technicians from novita.
Always remove the adapter from the power socket during maintenance, after usage and when not in use.
In the event of power failure, please immediately turn off the power switch and unplug the adapter from the
power socket.

DO NOT use the unit in environment lower than 0oC or higher than 40 oC.
DO NOT use the unit in damp or dusty environment to avoid electric shock or unit malfunction.
DO NOT use the unit in the event of lightning. Please unplug the adapter from the power socket.
DO NOT place the unit on an uneven ground for usage.
DO NOT place the unit near a stock or expose to direct sunlight.
DO NOT disassemble the internal component of the unit. Doing so would void the limited warranty.
This unit can accommodate user weight up to 120 Kg.
DO NOT use other therapeutic equipment when using the foot massager.
This unit can only be used by one person at a time. DO NOT allow two or more people to use at the same
time.
Before using the unit, please remove any ankle accessories.
Before usage, please check to ensure all the fabric of the contact part is not damaged. If any damaged
is spotted, please stop using the unit immediately and contact novita customer care centre.
Please stop using the unit immediately and consult a doctor if the user experiences any physical
abnormalities during usage.
Ensure there are no pets or other items on/near the unit before usage.
If the unit is not being used for an extended period time, please charge it monthly to prevent battery
damage.
DO NOT stand on the unit to avoid injury or unit malfunction.
DO NOT push or pull the unit on the delicate flooring/carpet to prevent damage/scratches.
Please keep the unit in a well-ventilated space and not expose to strong/direct sunlight.
If any of the below phenomenon occurs, please stop using the unit immediately to prevent occurrence of
faults and accidents.
• Burnt smell
• The electricity is abnormal
• The power cord heats up

Ensure the power plug is disconnected from the power supply at all times during installation, maintenance and
transportation.
Remove all packaging materials and place the unit on a dry, stable and level surface.

SETTING UP

• DO NOT place the unit on uneven ground.
• The unit must be grounded and keep away from damp places to avoid electrical shock.
• Keep the unit away from high temperature/heat sources to avoid fire or damage to the materials.
• DO NOT use the unit with a surrounding temperature higher than 40oC.
To prevent from signal interference, please keep the unit at least 1 metre away from the IV, radio
and other video and audio devices.

• When charging, please straighten the adapter wire so that it does not get entangled or damaged.
• Charing duration should not exceed 3 hours.
• DO NOT charge the unit with third-party, non-original or unauthorized adapter.
• The adapter indicator illuminates in green when it is connected to a power supply.
• The foot massager has a built-in lithium-ion battery to facilitate unit portability.
• A fully charged battery can support up to 2.5 to 3 hours of full foot massage function.
• A fully charged battery can support up to 5 hours of top cover vibration massage function.
Connect the adapter to the unit and turn on the power supply to power the unit/charge the built-in
lithium-ion battery. When the battery runs low, user can charge it with the adapter provided. The
battery will take about 3 hours to be fully charged.
This product can accommodate user up to 120 Kg.

OPERATING NOTES
Remove the top cover to use the base unit as a foot massager.
Follow the operating notes as follows.
FOOT MASSAGER
Each foot massage cycle is programmed with an auto timer of 10 minutes.
Press the power on/off button to power on/off the unit.
flashes in red to indicate battery power is running low.
Press the mode button consecutively to select the preferred
operating mode and its corresponding indicator illuminates on the
selected setting.
Press the heat button to activate/deactivate the heating function.
Illuminates in red indicates heating function is activated.
Press the intensity button consecutively to select the preferred
massage intensity and its corresponding indicator illuminates on
the selected setting.
Illuminates in green indicates vibration, airbags and massage roller functions
are activated.
Illuminates in yellow indicates only the airbags function is activated.
Illuminates in red indicates both vibration and massage roller functions are
activated.
Illuminates in green indicates low massage intensity.
Illuminates in yellow indicates medium massage intensity.
Illuminates in red indicates high massage intensity.

02 THE TOP COVER VIBRATION
When the top cover is capped onto the base unit, press the vibration massage button to activate the top
cover vibration massage function. To deactivate, press the button again.
FRONT VIEW
Align the connecting joint of the top cover to the base unit.
STORAGE
• Ensure the top cover and base unit is carefully aligned in order to cap it properly.
• Failure to properly align the top cover to the base unit may cause surface imperfection.
Tips: User may align the top cover and base unit vertical stitches
as a reference guide to cap the unit properly.

TROUBLESHOOTING

It is recommended to regularly use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the foot massager to prevent accumulation
of dust.
EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE
CLEANING THE DETACHABLE FABRIC COVERS
• DO NOT use any chemicals or aggressive solvents as these substances may discolour
the unit and results in permanent stains.
• DO NOT splash water onto the control panel to prevent unit malfunction.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Please unplug the power plug from the power supply before cleaning and maintenance.
DO NOT wash the fabric covers inside the washing machine or comb it with a brush to prevent deformation.

Zipper
Gently pull up the fabric covers to detach them from the bottom Velcro.
Unzip the fabric covers to detach it from the base unit.
Handwash the fabric covers with tap water or mild detergent.
Air dry it thoroughly before attaching the fabric covers back into the unit.
